Oggi vi voglio raccontare di un musts di Ginevra per quest’estate 2014, nonché il suo accappatoio colorato e le sue ciabattine rosa. Meno male che erano con noi , perché sono stati indispensabili. L’accappatoio, molto comodo e facile da infilare e sfilare, dopo due ore che Gin stava a mollo nel mare limpido della Sardegna e aveva le labbra viola, la teneva calda, tanto che lei stessa me lo richiedeva : “Mamma attapapoio ho feddo”. Lo cercava anche nei momenti di riposo, per coccolarsi o quando “tragicamente” si bagnava con l’acqua salata gli occhietti. Mi ha fatto  morire dalle risate: ogni volta che veniva spruzzata in faccia, per gioco o per sbaglio, lei partiva da sola, faceva il giro della spiaggia, tornava al nostro ombrellone fino a che trovava  il suo “attapapoio” , si asciugava e tornava felice come non mai da noi che la guardavamo ridendo. Ma solo io ho una figlia così delicata? Un giorno vi racconterò di quanto è ordinata! E’ da non credere … Tornando a noi, l’accappatoio è stato un acquisto fantastico. Ho scelto quello del brand Sterntaler e ovviamente lo userà anche quest’ inverno ! Un altro acquisto top sono state le ciabattine della IPlay:  inizialmente non c’è stato un gran feeling, ad essere sincera, pensavo non le avrebbe mai messe, ma sono una mamma di quelle che non insiste sulle cose, piuttosto lascio che la mia piccola faccia le sue esperienza da sola … Ginevra è un’amante delle scarpe in generale (è proprio donna), ogni tanto la vedi camminare sopra ad un tacco 12 cm meglio di me …  Che ho fatto allora? Ho lasciato le ciabattine in giro per casa. Vedevo che lei ogni tanto provava a mettersele; inizialmente non ci riusciva, si arrabbiava molto e le lanciava in giro, tipico atteggiamento di quando non riesce a fare qualcosa, mentre  io me ne sono sempre stata zitta ad osservarla.  Questa scena si è ripetuta per giorni più volte al giorno finché finalmente, è riuscita a mettersele! E da quel momento in poi chi è riuscito a fargliele togliere è stato bravo!  Un amore immenso che dura ancora oggi, tornate a casa dalle vacanze.  Tra l’altro non vuole tenerle solo in casa, ma andiamo proprio a spasso io, lei e le sue ciabattine. E ora chi glielo spiega che sta arrivando il freddo e che devo mettersi qualcosa di più pesante ai piedi? Ci pensate voi?  A me viene da ridere, certo che da quando sono mamma ho inventato di tutto per far fare le cose a mia figlia, mi inventerò qualcos’ altro! Altro che maghi noi mamme….  Vi bacio forte e a presto!

Today I want to tell you about one of Ginevra’s “musts“ for this summer 2014, such as her colorful bathrobe and her pink little sandals. Good thing we had them with us because they were essential.  The bathrobe, besides being very comfortable is also extremely easy to put on and take off and after Ginevra had been in the clear water of Sardinia’s sea for hours, and her lips had turned blue, it would also keep her warm. She asked for it herself: “Mommy, I’m cold, bathrobe!”. She would also look for it for her nappy time as well as  every time she would “dramatically” get her eyes wet with saltwater. It was too funny…each time she would accidentally get water on her face she would go back to where our stuff was, search for her bathrobe, dry her face and, super happy, walk back to mom and dad, who had been staring at the whole scene for the entire time, laughing. Am I the only one with such a sensitive daughter? Sometime I will also tell you how tidy she is! It’s unbelievable…back to where we were, the bathrobe was such a great purchase. I chose the brand Sternataler and Ginevra will obviously use it throughout the winter too! Another very good purchase were the IPlay sandals. At first it seemed like there wasn’t too much feeling between Ginevra and her sandals and I honestly thought that she would never have worn them. But I don’t like to insist too much, I much rather let my little one make her own experiences… Ginevra loves shoes in general (she’s definitely a little woman). Sometimes she walks around on some 12 cm heels and she walks better that I do… so what I did was just leaving the sandals around the house and I could see her every now and then trying to put them on. Initially she couldn’t do it so she would get mad and throw them away, which is very much like her whenever she can’t do something. And I kept observing her without saying a word and this happened for days, she tried other five or six times until she finally made it! And since then it’s been extremely hard to get her to take them off! A huge love for those sandals, and she doesn’t only wear them at the house, she wants them all the time. Now, how am I supposed to explain to her that the cold weather is coming soon and she needs to wear something that will keep her feet warm? It makes me laugh to think about it…Now that I am a mother I have thought of the most crazy ways to get my daughter to do things, I will surely figure something out! Moms are better than magicians…a big kiss!
