Buon venerdì e poiché il fine settimana è arrivato, allacciamo le cinture di sicurezza e partiamo! Avete fatto? Avete allacciato le cinture? E quelle dei vostri bimbi? Fermiamoci un attimo per favore e procediamo … Lo so, lo so, è noioso e faticoso:  metti il pupo sul seggiolino, il pupo in questione fa la lotta con te perché non vuole, oppure urla o scalcia o ti prega in qualsiasi lingua perché vuole stare in braccio e non seduto da solo e per lo più legato sul suo seggiolino. Venite a raccontarlo a me? Con Ginevra ogni volta è uno stress, devo raccontarle chissà cosa per metterla in auto e legarla, se poi vuole dormire e al volante c’è suo padre mi grida per tutto il viaggio: “Mamma qui con me coccole!” , può andare avanti anche delle ore … lei è Ginevra Duracell, sono convinta che chi ha creato le pile abbia avuto l’idea osservando un bambino. Noi  donne, ultra dinamiche, lavoriamo, facciamo i lavori di casa, siamo sempre in giro, facciamo shopping e prendiamo il caffè con l’amica, andiamo alla posta, a fare la spesa e quasi sempre facciamo tutto nello stesso giorno, nelle poche  ore libere che abbiamo con i nostri figli sempre al seguito. Se poi c’è qualcuno che guida per noi cosa c’è di più semplice di tenerli in braccio nel sedile posteriore? Tanto pensiamo:  sono pochi chilometri non può accaderci nulla! In realtà non è così! Dobbiamo imporci  care mamme di  mettere i nostri figli nei loro seggiolini e di legarli anche per fare solo mezzo metro di strada, è PERICOLOSISSIMO non farlo!  Purtroppo ad oggi le statiche in sicurezza stradale, sebbene le raccomandazioni e  le multe salatissime  in caso di infrazione, dicono che noi genitori siamo ancora troppo poco sensibili in fatto di sicurezza e che muoiono troppi bimbi perché non sono legati ai loro seggiolini! Sto cercando di affrontare il discorso in modo leggero, ma davvero è un argomento serissimo! Mi raccomando, posso capire non sia sempre facile … ma leghiamo i nostri figli in auto, vi prego !! Happy Friday everyone! Weekend is finally here sooo: buckle up and let’s go! Are you ready? Do you have your seat belt on? What about your kids? Stop for a second and make sure they are safely buckled up… I know, who better than a mom knows how annoying this process can be: sit your kid on the child seat, and they would immediately begin to cry, scream, kick all over the place and beg you in every language to sit on your lap because they don’t want to be sitting on their seat all by themselves. I know exactly how that feels… every time I do da with Ginevra is absolutely exhausting! I have to make whatever story up just to have her get in the car and fasten her. Especially when she wants to sleep and her father is driving…she just doesn’t stop yelling at me that she wants me to sit in the back and cuddle her! She can easily keep going for hours…I call her Ginevra Duracell, and I am almost sure that the inventor of the Duracell batteries came up with the idea after observing a child. Let’s be honest: women nowadays are super dynamic, we go to work, clean the house, go shopping, we go out for a coffee with our friends, post office, grocery shopping and whatever else needs to be done, and most of the times we do all these things in the same day! And our kids are always with us… then, when we go for a ride in the car and someone is driving, the easiest thing is to sit in the backseat and let our children sit on our lap…it’s only a short drive, nothing is going to happen! But that couldn’t be more wrong! Moms, we must have our children sit on their child seat even for the shortest drive, it is absolutely DANGEROUS not to do so! And, to this day, the road safety statistics, no matter how many times we are told to be careful or how expensive the fines can be, show how parents are still not careful enough when it comes to our kids’ safety on the road and there still are too many mortal accidents involving children that are not properly fastened to their seats! This is truly a serious topic! I know, I understand it is not easy, but please let’s do it! Let’s buckle our children up, always!!
