Buongiorno cari lettori! E’ venerdì e ci si rilassa almeno un po’, programmi per il week-end? Come al solito sarei sommersa da 100mila cose da fare, come tutti voi immagino però oggi propongo di metterci comodi sul divano e di pensare un po’ alla nostra salute, soprattutto alla cura delle nostre vie respiratorie. Avete già preso il primo raffreddore?  Io sono al terzo! Fortunata, che dite?!!  Sapete che cosa faccio  invece di imbottirmi di medicinali?
