L’estate sta finendo e un anno se ne va…. sto diventando grande, lo sai che non mi va!” Cantavano proprio così i Righeira nell’ormai lontanissimo 1985. Non so a voi, ma a me gli anni Ottanta sembrano secoli fa! Ma puntualmente a settembre, ad ogni italiano di tutto rispetto, viene in mente questa canzone e ho notato che non esiste età…. persino i ragazzini di oggi conoscono questo pezzo! Purtroppo, siamo già arrivati alla fine di questa estate, un’estate caldissima, dicono la più calda dal 2003 (altro anno che mi sembra lontanissimo!). Voi cosa avete fatto di bello? Dove siete stati? Io sono andata un po’ al mare e poi per finire in bellezza, sono stata in montagna e per quanto io ami il mare, quest’anno ho adorato in modo particolare la montagna. Siamo stati sulle Dolomiti, nella nostra amatissima Alta Badia e come lo scorso anno, abbiamo scelto l’Hotel La Majun, per avere la sicurezza di essere coccolati con un’ospitalità incredibile, di mangiare e bere benissimo e di sentirci a casa. Ormai per me scegliere di andare da Roberta e Natalie, madre e figlia, nonché titolari dell’Hotel è abbastanza naturale, sapete come si dice, no? Squadra che vince non si cambia (altro pensiero tipico da italiano super tifoso di calcio!). Ecco per noi è la stessa identica cosa. Quest’estate con grande sorpresa abbiamo trovato un Hotel quasi totalmente rinnovato; infatti sono stati fatti dei lavori di restaurazione e in tempi da record! In poco più di tre mesi hanno ristrutturato l’esterno e hanno aggiunto un piano con 8 suite, tutte fantastiche! Non potevo credere che in così poco tempo, potessero creare un albergo praticamente nuovo; ma in Alta Badia questo e molto altro, è possibile. Le camere nuove sono a dir poco stupende, curiosa come sono le ho volute vedere tutte e ho potuto costatare che ognuna ha una vista incredibile, sono tutte ampie e con un design da lasciare senza fiato. Come sempre abbiamo mangiato benissimo e grazie alla cantina di Carlo, il papà di Natalie, abbiamo bevuto dell’ottimo vino. Io mi sono rilassata nella loro SPA, Nicola e Ginevra hanno giocato e nuotato nella loro piscina e la sera dopo cena, ci siamo divertiti a giocare tutti e tre a qualche gioco in scatola. Amo questo tipo di vacanza che mi ricorda molto quando ero bambina e oggi, come allora, di giorno camminavamo molto e la sera ci rilassavamo in albergo! Credo che l’Alta Badia in estate sia un’ottima scelta, ma credetemi che oltre al famoso periodo invernale, anche l’autunno è una stagione meravigliosa per salire in alta quota e perdersi in quelle montagne e in quei colori, che sono state proclamate tra le più belle del mondo.

But punctually in September, to every respectable Italian, this song comes to mind and I noticed that there is no age … even today’s kids know this song! Unfortunately, we have already arrived at the end of this summer, a very hot summer, they say the hottest since 2003 (another year that seems very far away!). What did you do? Where have you been? I went to the sea and then to finish in style, I was in the mountains and as much as I love the sea, this year I particularly loved the mountain. We have been in the Dolomites, in our beloved Alta Badia and like last year, we have chosen the Hotel La Majun, to have the security of being pampered with incredible hospitality, of eating and drinking very well and of feeling at home. Now for me choose to go to Roberta and Natalie, mother and daughter and owners of the Hotel is quite natural, you know how to say it, right? The winning team doesn’t change (another typical thought of an Italian super soccer fan!). For us is the exact same thing. This summer, to our great surprise, we found a Hotel almost totally renovated; in fact, restoration works have been done and in record time! In just over three months they renovated the exterior and added a floor with 8 suites, all fantastic! I could not believe that in such a short time, they could create a practically new hotel; but in Alta Badia this and much more is possible. The new rooms are nothing short of amazing, curious as they are, I wanted to see them all and I could see that each has an incredible view, they are all large and with a breathtaking design. As always, we ate very well and thanks to the cellar of Carlo, Natalie’s father, we drank some excellent wine. I relaxed in their SPA, Nicola and Ginevra played and swam in their pool and in the evening after dinner, we had fun playing all three of them in some boxed game. I love this kind of vacation that reminds me a lot when I was a child and today, like then, we walked a lot during the day and in the evening, we relaxed in the hotel! I believe that Alta Badia in summer is a great choice, but believe me that in addition to the famous winter period, autumn is also a wonderful season to climb high and get lost in those mountains and in those colors, which have been proclaimed among the most beautiful in the world.

Hotel Majun: dove puoi sentirti a casa sulle Dolomiti

Fra i boschi dell’Alta Badia, in località La Villa, a pochi passi dai grandi massicci dolomitici Puez-Odle e Fanes-Senes-Braies esiste un luogo dove la cultura ladina incontra il comfort: l’Hotel La Majun . Come ama ricordare la titolare Roberta Rinna: «Non siamo un hotel, ma una casa. Per noi e i nostri ospiti». La storia dell’Hotel La Majun, infatti, ha inizio negli anni Trenta quando suo padre, Giovanni Rinna il fabbro del paese, morì lasciando alle donne della famiglia il compito di rilevare l’attività di forgiatura, mestiere prettamente maschile. Non potendo continuare quella tradizione, per mantenere la famiglia all’inizio degli anni Sessanta a sua madre Giuditta venne un’idea: mettere in affitto due camere della casa ai turisti che arrivavano in Alta Badia. Nelle settimane in cui queste erano occupate dagli ospiti, Giuditta e i suoi cinque figli dormivano nella rimessa della casa suddividendosi i compiti da svolgere nella loro piccola struttura ricettiva. La titolare, Roberta, era solita allora dare una mano in cucina dopo la scuola, mentre la zia serviva agli ospiti la tradizionale minestra d’orzo, le mezzelune ripiene, e gustosi piatti di selvaggina dei boschi dolomitici. Lo spirito di collaborazione familiare e la determinazione delle sue proprietarie, generazioni di donne generose e professionali, ha reso La Majun ciò che è oggi: un hotel quattro stelle superior nell’incantevole contesto delle Dolomiti.

LE CAMERE

Le spaziose camere e le suites dell’albergo offrono comfort e intimità grazie agli arredi in legno che sanno di casa, com’è nell’idea che ispira la gestione della famiglia di titolari, Roberta Rinna e suo marito Carl Mellauner. Il loden, il tradizionale tessuto dell’Alta Badia, si ritrova inoltre in tutti gli ambienti, a ricordare le radici nella cultura ladina. Un legame, quello con il territorio e la tradizione, che emerge anche nella scelta dei mobili costruiti con legno antico e creati dalle sapienti mani sapienti delle genti dolomitiche.

LA SPA

La piscina coperta si affaccia con grandi vetrate panoramiche sull’incredibile paesaggio delle Dolomiti, mentre nella zona sauna, fra elementi in pietra naturale e legno, gli ospiti potranno scegliere fra il benessere delle due saune finlandesi e il piacere del bagno di vapore al sale. Per immergersi letteralmente nel cuore delle Dolomiti consiglio un bagno nella tradizionale vasca rustica in legno, riempita fino all’orlo di fieno odoroso e coloratissimi fiori alpini e per finire in bellezza i trattamenti rilassatevi con una tazza fumante di tisana alle erbe, preparata con acqua di fonte, a disposizione nella confortevole saletta da tè.

«La tradizione culinaria quasi cinquantennale della nostra dimora nacque in cantina, a pelare patate», ricorda Roberta, la titolare. Con le specialità ladine reinterpretate, i suoi piatti di stagione e l’abbinamento con gli ingredienti della cucina italiana, il ristorante dell’Hotel La Majun è oggi un punto fisso nello scenario gastronomico dell’Alta Badia. Il suo personale si è infatti specializzato nella preparazione di piatti che legano il gusto italiano alla tradizione alpina e ai vini accuratamente scelti dal marito di Roberta, Carl Mellauner, che provengono dai vigneti dell’Alto Adige, ma anche dal resto d’Italia e da diversi Paesi del mondo. Tutte noi abbiamo bisogno di un momento di stacco, per riprenderci dalle fatiche del lavoro e dalla stressante quotidianità: quando emerge questo desiderio, spesso siamo portate a pensare che l’unica soluzione sia dedicarsi ad un weekend presso una delle tante SPA italiane. Non è detto che questa debba essere l’unica strada da seguire, anzi: con meno fatica (e meno spesa) possiamo convertire la nostra stessa casa in una SPA fai-da-te. Magari non tutta, ma quanto basta per godere di un ambiente votato al relax e perfetto per scaricare le tensioni. Per farlo, bisogna chiaramente seguire certe regole e certi consigli, innanzitutto a livello contestuale: prevedere la presenza di candele profumate e di altre cosucce, significa convertire il nostro tempo libero in una vera e propria vacanza a cinque stelle. Quali step compiere?

Come convertire la casa in una SPA fai-da-te?

Quali sono i passaggi che vi permetteranno di godere di una SPA fatta in casa? Intanto tutto l’occorrente per compiere una pulizia del viso fatta in casa: qui è necessaria la presenza di alcuni prodotti e accessori vitali per questo step. Ad esempio, non potrete fare a meno di acquistare delle strisce apposite per la rimozione dei punti neri: se non sapete quali reperirli, Nivea, per esempio, ha alcune ideali se desiderate fare una pulizia del viso completa ed efficace. Partiamo dal viso, e nello specifico dalla maschera a base di miele e – ancora una volta – di yogurt. Come prepararla? Mescolando due parti uguali di miele e yogurt: tutto qui. Poi dovrete applicarla sul viso per un quarto d’ora circa, e in seguito lavarla via con acqua a temperatura ambiente. Per sbiancare i denti, invece, la migliore maschera è quella a base di fragole e bicarbonato di sodio: dovrete spremere le fragole, aggiungere un pizzico di bicarbonato, e spalmarlo sui denti come se fosse dentifricio, dunque con lo spazzolino. La pasta va fatta agire per circa cinque minuti, prima del risciacquo. L’ Hotel per il relax perfetto: Hohenwart

Buongiorno love people! Rieccomi qui … perdonate l’assenza, ma tra influenze di Ginevra e mie, feste e festine, qui ci si è un po’persi! Per rimediare, oggi vi porto in una delle Spa resort tra le più grandi d’Europa che si trova a Scena, tra le montagne di Merano, l’ Hohenwart! Per me non si tratta soltanto di una vacanza di relax, bensì di un luogo in cui mi sento proprio come a casa e ora vi racconto perché. Primo: adoro i centri benessere e questo hotel a quattro stelle superior ne ha uno stupendo, secondo: amo mangiare e qui si mangia divinamente, terzo: qui sei coccolato in tutto e per tutto come solo a casa propria appunto. Ci rechiamo in questo albergo da tantissimi anni, ma non mi dimenticherò mai il periodo in cui sono venuta quando è nata Ginevra: era agosto, lei non aveva ancora tre mesi ed io stavo vivendo il mio momento magico da neo mamma, ma allo stesso tempo non dormivo e la stavo allattando giorno e notte ogni tre ore. Ricordo che a chiunque mi parlasse in quel momento, rispondevo a malapena, ero così stanca che riuscivo solo a stare attenta alla mia piccola. Poi Nicola ci ha portato qui e in questo luogo magico sono a dir poco rinata! Per una mamma questo è l’hotel ideale! Ricordo che sono entrata in camera e avevano già preparato tutto: culla, fasciatoio, scalda biberon, bidoncino ermetico per gettare i pannolini … insomma, forse anche più organizzati di casa propria! Per lei, ora che è più grande, ci sono sale gioco e un grande parco! Se si hanno figli più grandi c’è un mini club con tanto di baby sitter disposte a tenerli mentre tu ti rilassi e facendo far loro delle bellissime attività. Noi siamo amici della famiglia titolare dell’hotel, i Mair e di tutto il personale formato da persone fantastiche! Colgo ora l’occasione per ringraziarli della loro ospitalità. Logicamente questo albergo ha un clima caloroso che è ideale anche per le coppie e perché no, anche per i single! Scena è a 10 minuti da Merano e per le amanti dello shopping come me, qui c’è solo l’imbarazzo della scelta. Ci sono boutique e negozi super esclusivi e non mancano Zara e H&M. Good morning love people! I’m back…I apologize for my absence but, between Ginevra’s flues and mine, holidays and such, I kind of lost the track of time! To make up for that today I’m taking you to one of the biggest Spa Resort in Europe located in Scena, between the Merano mountains, the Hohenwart!To me, it is not just a relaxing vacation, but a place where I really feel like home, and here’s why.First: I love wellness centers and in this four star superior Hotel there is an amazing one, second: I love eating and the food here is awesome, third: here you get pampered in every aspect like you would do at home.We have been going to this Hotel for many years but I will never forget the time we came here after Ginevra was born: it was in August, she wasn’t even three months old yet and I was going through that magical moment of a new mom, but at the same time I couldn’t sleep and I had to breast feed day and night, every three hours.I remember that I could barely reply to whoever would talk to me, I was so tired all I could do was looking after my baby.The Nicola took us there and in that magical place I literally revived! For a mom this is the ideal Hotel! I remember entering in our room and they had already prepared everything: cradle, changing table, baby bottle warmer and airtight bin for trashing diapers… maybe even more organized than home! For her, now that she’s bigger, there are playrooms and a big park!For older children there’s a kids club with babysitting service, so they can take care of your babies with awesome activities while you relax. The family that owns the place, the Mairs, and all the fantastic members of the staff are friend of ours! I use this occasion to thank them for their hospitality.Obviously this Hotel has a warm ambiance which is perfect for couples and, why not, also for singles! Scena is 10 minutes from Merano and for those who love shopping, like me, there’s a wealth of choices.There are boutiques and super exclusive stores, as well as Zara and H&M.
