Buon sabato a tutti! Come state? Di sabato non si può che stare meglio… Eh sì! Parliamo di moda? Di alta moda? Cosa ne dite, sì? Allora vi racconto che lunedì scorso sono stata invitata al White, la famosa fiera Italiana che si svolge a Milano in via Tortona, che ospita brands fashion tra i più eccellenti al mondo. Ero ospite del marchio Paige, il pantalone luxory più famoso in America. Mi ha colpito immediatamente il fit di questo pantalone: asciutto ma con una vestibilità accessibile ad ogni donna e poi, elemento per noi mamme importantissimo, stra-comodo! Io indossavo un pantalone bianco a righe blu molto cool, ma le varianti colori e tessuti sono moltissime… Il brand è sbarcato da poco in Italia e pensate che l’ ideatrice e creatrice del pantalone, Paige Adams Galler, che nel 2004 è entrata nel mercato facendolo letteralmente tremare per la bellezza della sua creazione, ha dichiarato in un’ intervista che uno dei momenti più belli della sua vita lavorativa è stato quando ha visto una ragazza , passeggiare per le strade di Firenze, indossando un Paige… e per una abituata a vederlo indossato alle stars più imponenti di questo pianeta è singolare che il ricordo più importante della sua carriera sia legato all’aver visto il suo denim indosso ad una ragazza comune in Italia.. . Allora che dire? Da qui a breve ne sentiremo parlare tantissimo… e voi avete già scelto il vostro Paige? Buona giornata…e buona domenica.

Happy Saturday everyone…how do you feel today? On Saturdays we always feel better, don’t we? Would you like to talk about haut couture? Last Monday I was invited to White, the famous Italian exhibition located in Milan, in Via Tortona, which hosts some of the top most leading fashion brands in the world. I was a guest of the brand Paige, America’s most famous luxury pants. I immediately noticed the shape of these pants: they are fitted but easily wearable by every woman and then they are extremely comfortable, which is the most important thing for us moms! I was wearing a white and blue striped pair of trousers, very cool, but it is possible to pick between so many different colors and fabrics. This brand has recently arrived in Italy and the designer of these trousers, Paige Adams Geller, has stated in an interview that one of the most important and rewarding moments in her career was the one time she saw a girl walking around in her Paige pants in Florence! And considering she is well used to see some of the most renowned and famous stars wearing her creations, it is quite crazy to think that she considers as one of her biggest accomplishments to have seen someone wearing them here in our beautiful Italy! Buon week-end a tutti, come state? Oggi è sabato e quindi possiamo prenderci la libertà di rilassarci e andare sino in Puglia, ci venite con me? A fare che, direte voi.. Oltre ad un giretto in spiaggia e un tuffo in nel suo mare stupendo, si potrebbe andare a conoscere un negozio Kids ( 0-16 anni) meraviglioso. Come ormai ben sapete sono curiosa per natura e alla ricerca sempre di cose nuove e diverse! Quello che andiamo a conoscere oggi è uno store innovativo, prima di tutto per la sua filosofia: è il primo negozio in Europa che nasce 100% Vegano, avete presente ? Tutto studiato nei minimi dettagli per essere amico degli animali e diciamoci la verità, non va a meraviglia con la filosofia da seguire per ogni bambino? In fondo ogni bimbo è super amico di ogni animale! Ecco, so di avervi vi già convinti e allora andiamo tutti in Puglia a Ruttigliano, al The Corner Kids and Stuff dove potete trovare brands come: Mini Rondini, Play Come des Garcons, Little Elevenparis, Petit Bateau, Save the Duck e molti altri. Ma all’interno di questo troverete anche accessori e giochi ideati sempre con lo stesso concetto di protezione e rispetto verso la terra in cui viviamo. Lo dico spesso, soprattutto sui miei social, io amo il pianeta dove viviamo, lo amo alla follia e adoro negozi e aziende che lavorano in questo modo. Dobbiamo sempre ricordarci che siamo di passaggio e che è nostro diritto rispettare la natura che ci ospita e insegnare ai nostri figli a farlo. Well, besides going to the beach and in that beautiful water we could also go see a great kids store (0-16 years). As you well know I am extremely curious and I’m always looking for something new and different. So the store we will be talking about today is first of all innovative for its philosophy: it is the first store in Europe 100% Vegan, do you know what it means? Everything is designed in detail to be animal friendly and let’s be honest, isn’t that every child’s philosophy as well? Every child wants to be friend with all the animals! I know I have already convinced you, so let’s go to Rutigliano, in Puglia region, at The Corner Kids and Stuff , where you will find brands such as: Mini Rondini, Play Come des Garcons, Little Elevenparis, Petit Bateau, Save the Duck, and many others. Inside this store you will also be able to find toys and accessories specifically designed all with the same concept of protection and respect towards the earth. I say it quite often, mostly on my social networks, I love the planet on which we live, I love it a lot and I also love the stores and companies that work for it. We need to always keep in mind that we are only passing by, we must respect the nature around us and teach our children to do the same. My book: Un passo indietro

Buon sabato! Che ne dite? E’ stata una bella settimana? Per me sì, molto veloce come tutte!!! Oggi vorrei raccontarvi del mio libro” Un passo indietro”. A maggio, dall’ 8 al 12 ci sarà il Salone internazionale del libro a Torino dove sarò presente per delle interviste(anche se non amo molto essere intervistata , preferisco mille volte farle!). Ma stavolta non ci scappo. Stavo riflettendo sulla trama del mio libro e sulle varie recensioni ricevute: moltissime persone mi hanno scritto che è piaciuto, che sono stata brava, che è un bel libro scorrevole. Ma ho letto anche commenti del tipo “A me non è piaciuto”, “Non è malvagio”, “Tu puoi scrivere di meglio”. Insomma, come ogni opera che si rispetti può piacere o meno, io ne vado comunque fiera. Il mio libro racconta di una giovane donna nata in una ricca famiglia borghese che si innamora del ragazzo sbagliato: sbagliato proprio perché non proviene dal suo stesso mondo borghese. Si tratta di Elisabetta Primo che per questo motivo viene addirittura snobbata dai ragazzi del suo gruppo con i quali era cresciuta. A tal proposito ho letto un commento in cui la mia protagonista veniva descritta negativamente come ingenua,ma penso invece che Elisabetta sia tutt’altro che ingenua, anzi, è molto furba e a volte addirittura un po’ stronza. E’ una ragazza dai valori profondi, forse troppo giovane per essere così matura e troppo combattiva per una madre che la desidera soltanto a sua immagine e somiglianza, senza mai averla guardata negli occhi per capire realmente chi fosse. E’ una ragazza intelligente, che non ha paura di andare alla ricerca della verità, anche a costo di andare contro tutti e tutto. Alla fine riceverà delle belle soddisfazioni … sta a voi scoprire quali. Vi abbraccio … buon week-end.

Happy Saturday! What do you think? Has it been a good week? For me it has, it went by quickly like every week!!! I would like to tell you about my book “A step back”.From May 8th to the 12th, the Salone internazionale del libro will take place in Turin, where I will be available for interviews (even if I don’t really like it, I certainly prefer to interview, rather than being interviewed!).But this time I can’t escape. I was thinking about my book’s plot and the several reviews I received: a lot of people said they liked it, that I did a good job and that the book is nice and fluent. But I’ve also read comments such as: “I didn’t like it”, “it wasn’t too bad”, “you can do better”.Well, just like all the works, it can be liked or not, but no matter what, I still am proud of it. My book tells the story of a young woman from a rich family of the middle class, who falls in love with the wrong man: wrong because he doesn’t come from her same rich world.The girl is Elisabetta Primo, who for that reason gets also left out by the boys and girls she grew up with. in reference to this, I read a comment in which my main character was negatively described as naïve, but actually I think Elisabetta is not nearly naïve, she is very smart instead, and sometimes even a little bitchy.She has deep values, maybe she is too young to be so mature and fights too much for a mother who only wanted her to follow her steps, without ever looking her in the eyes to understand who she really was.Elisabetta is a smart girl, not afraid of looking for the truth, even if that means going against everything and everyone. In the end she will get some good satisfactions…that are up to you to find out.A big hug…have a nice weekend.
