Se penso all ’anno appena trascorso, sento il respiro mancare e poi ripartire lentamente. Non so se anche a voi capita di pensare che siete più impegnati di quante cose in realtà riuscireste a fare. Se siete messi come me, benvenuti nel club! È stato un anno sicuramente molto soddisfacente da più punti di vista, ma quando mia madre mi diceva che nella vita nulla ti arriva per caso, ora capisco bene di cosa parlasse.

Ho una famiglia e un lavoro come quasi tutti voi che mi leggete e come tutti voi, corro dalla mattina alla sera. Non so se questa è la vita che sognavo di fare quando era una bambina, so solo che appoggio la testa sul cuscino ed è settembre, mi sveglio ed è già Natale e quando mi prendo del tempo per pensare a come sia possibile che i mesi passino così in fretta, la maggior parte delle volte non trovo risposta! Quando era ragazzina vivevo molto più intensamente e le giornate mi sembravano mesi; ora tutto vola e a volte penso che sto perdendo molto, forse troppo! Ho deciso di staccare la spina per una settimana ma malata come sono per il lavoro, non avevo voglia di farlo.

Ma vi sembra normale non aver voglia di andare in vacanza perché altrimenti pensi che il tuo lavoro, la tua casa e la tua vita possano crollare? No! Ma ho deciso che dovevo andarci per portare la mia bimba. Ecco che per una serie di coincidenze ho scoperto i Resort della Valamar e poco dopo, avevo una camera prenotata al Marea Suites a Porec in Croazia, dove mi sono recata una settimana con mia madre e la mia bimba. Quanto avessi realmente bisogno di una vacanza l’ho capito solo quando sono stata in quel posto meraviglioso così calmo, tranquillo e bellissimo. Quanto avessi bisogno di stare in silenzio e staccare la spina mi è stato chiaro ad ogni tramonto che mi sono soffermata a guardare.

Mi è stato chiaro nell’ immediato che c’eravamo recate in un piccolo paradiso dove regna la pace e la serenità totale, dove il mondo con i suoi orari e la sua velocità se n’e stava fuori, perché lì funzionava tutto con uno solo tempo: il tuo! Ci hanno accolto come delle principesse e la prima cosa che ho notato è stato che il Resort in ogni angolo era stato arredato in modo che i bambini potessero giocare! La nostra camera era al terzo piano e dal balcone potevamo osservare l’intero Resort: l’hotel completo, le quattro piscine, le varie postazioni prendi sole, il ristorante la spiaggia e quel tramonto che ho ancora negli occhi. Tutto era perfetto.

Appena sistemato i bagagli e capito che anche nella nostra camera da letto la mia bimba aveva il suo letto comodo e dei bellissimi giochi ad attenderla, ci siamo infilate il costume e via alla scoperta della nostra vacanza! Sono state giornate bellissime dove il clima, che in quei giorni in Italia era afoso e torrido lì era più fresco e ventilato e noi abbiamo potuto rilassarci e riposarci in completo benessere; mentre io e mia madre eravamo stese a prendere il sole, Ginevra invece non ha trovato un’attimo di pace, perché c’erano così tante attività per lei che ad ogni ora avrebbe potuto fare qualcosa di diverso. Sicuramente le sono rimasti nel cuore i mitici scivoli nella piscina per bambini, Maro il granchietto simbolo del baby club, i castelli fatti in spiaggia e l’auto galleggiante nella piscina salata.

Per quanto riguarda il servizio di ristorazione del Marea Suites incluso nel pacchetto c’erano la colazione e la cena, mentre per il pranzo ti davano la possibilità di andare al ristorante pagando extra, oppure al bar della hall potevi trovare della frutta secca e varie bevande. La colazione e la cena erano presentati con un ampio e bellissimo buffet. Alla mattina potevi far colazione con tutto ciò che potevi sognare: dal dolce al salato, dalla frutta alle uova e con ogni tipo di bevanda; i cuochi cucinavano al momento su una piastra dalle crepes oppure del balcone; avevi un desiderio particolare? Loro lo esaudivano! La cena era di tipo internazionale, preparata spesso con salse e molto condita, quindi io e mia madre abbiamo quasi sempre mangiato pesce, che era preparato al momento e squisito! Per Ginevra invece c’era una saletta a parte con un buffet a misura di bambino, dove se avesse voluto avrebbe potuto cenare con gli altri bambini. Se questo non bastasse, il ristorante era davanti al mare e la visuale era incantevole. Per quanto riguarda le attività serali, anche in quel caso c’era molta scelta: si poteva andare a visitare città come Porec, dove un trenino a 5 minuti a piedi dell’Hotel ti ci portava e in 10 minuti eri in centro; andare a vedere Rovigno oppure rimanere nei paraggi e farti una camminata in pineta; andare al mini club a due passi dall’ Hotel dove ogni sera c’era uno spettacolo per bambini o decidere di stare nel Resort a goderti un buon cocktail. Per me questa è stata una vacanza in un posto a dir poco bellissima, dove il personale è giovane, dinamico e attento.

L’ordine, la pulizia e la sicurezza regnano sovrani. Le attività che si possono fare sono molteplici e i genitori con bambini si possono rilassare, perché c’è un servizio di babyclub giornaliero, dove i bambini possono fare diverse attività e sentirsi sempre sicuri. Abbiamo trovato un mare limpido, cieli sereni e aria pulita, confort e tanta bellezza. Una vacanza che consiglio a chi come me ha una vita frenetica e non ha tempo di lasciarsi mai andare al relax totale.

If I think about the year that has just ended, I feel the breath fail and then start again slowly.I don’t know if you happen to think that you are more committed than you could actually do. If you are reduced like me, welcome to the club! It was certainly a very satisfying year from many points of view, but when my mother told me that in life nothing comes to you by chance, now I understand well what she was talking about. I have a family and a job like almost all of you who read me and like you all, I run from morning to night. I don’t know if this is the life I dreamed of doing when I was a child, I only know that I put my head on the pillow and it’s September, I wake up and it’s Christmas and when I take time to think about how the months can go so fast, most of the time I can’t find the answer! When I was a young girl I lived much more intensely and the days seemed to me months; now everything flies and sometimes I think I’m losing a lot, maybe too much!
I decided to switch off for a week but as sick as I am for work, I didn’t want to do it. But does it seem normal not to want to go on vacation because otherwise you think your work, your home and your life can collapse? No! But I decided that I had to go there to bring my baby. Here for a series of coincidences I discovered the Valamar Resorts and shortly after, I had a room booked at the Marea Suites in Porec in Croatia, where I went a week with my mother and my baby. How much I really needed a vacation I only understood when I was in that wonderful place so calm, peaceful and beautiful. How much I needed to be silent and pull the plug was clear to me at every sunset that I stopped to watch. It was clear to me immediately that we had gone to a small paradise where peace and total serenity reigns, where the world with its schedules and its speed stood out, because everything worked there with only one time: yours! They welcomed us like princesses and the first thing I noticed was that the Resort in every corner had been furnished so that the children could play! Our room was on the third floor and from the balcony we could watch the entire Resort. The complete hotel, the four swimming pools, the various sunbathing areas, the restaurant, the beach and the sunset that I still have in my eyes. As soon as we packed up our luggage and realized that even in our bedroom my little girl had her comfortable bed and beautiful games waiting for her, we slipped on our costume and set off to discover our vacation! They were beautiful days where the climate, which in those days in Italy was sultry and torrid, was cooler and more windy and we were able to relax and rest in complete well-being; while my mother and I were stretched out to sunbathe, Ginevra instead didn’t find a moment of peace, because there were so many activities for her that at any time she could have done something different. Surely the mythical slides in the children’s pool have remained in her heart, Maro the little crab symbol of the baby club, the castles made on the beach and the car floating in the salt pool. As for the Marea Suites restaurant service included in the package there was breakfast and dinner, while for lunch they gave you the possibility of going to the restaurant paying extra, or at the lobby bar you could find dried fruit and various drinks. Breakfast and dinner were presented with a large and beautiful buffet. In the morning you could have breakfast with everything you could dream of: from sweet to savory, from fruit to eggs and with every type of drink; the cooks cooked at the time on a plate from the crepes or the bacone; did you have a particular desire? They granted it! For Ginevra instead there was a separate room with a child-friendly buffet, where if she wanted she could have dinner with the other children. If this were not enough, the restaurant was facing the sea and the view was lovely. As for the evening activities, even in that case there was a lot of choice: you could go to visit cities like Porec, where a train 5 minutes on foot from the Hotel would take you there and in 10 minutes you were in the center; go see Rovinj or stay nearby and take a walk in the pine forest; or stay nearby and take a walk in the pine forest; go to the mini club a stone’s throw from the Hotel where every evening there was a show for children or decide to stay in the Resort to enjoy a good cocktail. For me this was a holiday in a place that was nothing short of beautiful, where the staff is young, dynamic and attentive. Order, cleanliness and security reign supreme. The activities that can be done are manifold and parents with children can relax, because there is a daily babyclub service, where children can do different activities and always feel safe. We found a clear sea, clear skies and clean air, comfort and so much beauty. A vacation that I recommend to people like me who have a busy life and don’t have time to let themselves go to total relaxation.

Essere stata scelta da L’Oréal Paris per raccontarvi cosa significa essere una Age Fighter è per me un vero onore! Non mento quando vi dico che da sempre seguo un’alimentazione sana, pratico sport (che in base ai periodi della mia vita è cambiato) e cerco di avere ogni giorno un pensiero positivo. Ma alle volte tutto questo non basta, soprattutto perché avere una figlia che ti riempie la vita con mille attività diverse è stimolante ma allo stesso tempo molto impegnativo. Ma io sono una donna che non si arrende mai, nemmeno alla comparsa sul viso dei primi segni del tempo! Credo che L’Oréal Paris abbia capito quanto io sia meticolosa, soprattutto nella mia beauty routine, e che magari abbia in serbo qualche piccolo segreto da condividere con voi! Quale? Non è detto che questa debba essere l’unica strada da seguire, anzi: con meno fatica (e meno spesa) possiamo convertire la nostra stessa casa in una SPA fai-da-te. Magari non tutta, ma quanto basta per godere di un ambiente votato al relax e perfetto per scaricare le tensioni. Per farlo, bisogna chiaramente seguire certe regole e certi consigli, innanzitutto a livello contestuale: prevedere la presenza di candele profumate e di altre cosucce, significa convertire il nostro tempo libero in una vera e propria vacanza a cinque stelle. Cari lettori, vi ho raccontato delle mie vacanze sulla neve, di Ginevra sugli sci per la prima volta e della mia ansia costante, ma vi voglio descrivere anche i momenti più rilassanti che ci sono stati. Siamo una famiglia dinamica, certo, ma come tutti abbiamo bisogno di relax!

I grandi tifosi di pallone invece, con la serie A Tim delle squadre Premium e la Uefa Champions League, non rimarranno delusi. Buon inizio settimana a tutti!Il week end scorso per me è stato come al solito molto impegnativo, ma c’è un momento della giornata, dopo una certa ora in cui posso stare tranquilla e rilassarmi un pochino. Solitamente è verso le undici di sera: Ginevra alla nove crolla e solitamente Nicola non arriva alle dieci e mezza… ecco allora che il mio Pc ed io rimaniamo soli, luci soffuse nel mio salotto, in mano la mia tazza di tisana bollente… Se ripenso a questa scena sembro una vecchia di 90 anni, ma la verità è che Nicola ed io abbiamo un’attività ciascuno e una bimba che abbiamo scelto di crescerci senza l’aiuto di nessuna baby sitter se non qualche ora al mattino quando è all’ asilo nido o con le nonne che fanno quello che possono…quindi vi assicuro che per entrambi è piuttosto dura ! Non ci lamentiamo, anche se è innegabile arrivare a sera sfiniti, lo sapete anche tutti voi che siete genitori… L’altra sera ero in relax e stavo guardando al Pc l’andamento del mio blog ridendo da sola pensando alla polemica che è uscita ultimamente in cui si diceva che le bloggers comprano i like o i followers,ect…. ma chi fa il mio mestiere e lo fa per davvero, sa benissimo che non sono i numeri fuori dal blog che contano, ma quelli analitici che sono calcolati da google e vi spiego come .Il mio blog ha un moderato “dietro” che calcola giornalmente quante persone mi leggono, da che motore di ricerca state entrando, da che paese, nazione, quante pagine avete visualizzato;ovviamente i vostri nominativi rimangono solo come e-mail nel caso in cui mi scrivete un commento… insomma ridevo del fatto che qualche blogger voleva insegnare alla grandi aziende a come fare marketing e avvertire che ci sono blogger che ingannano, ma “ste bloggers” non si saranno mica montate la testa, vero? Il nostro bigliettino da visita per ogni azienda è quello di mostrare i numeri che fa il nostro blog e vi assicuro che questi numeri non sono modificabili ! Quindi care “bloggerine” fate il vostro lavoro, che le aziende fanno il loro e se molte sono multinazionali è perché sanno come funziona e non hanno bisogno di voi che vi permettete di insegnarli qualcosa. Scusate, avevo questo sassolino nella scarpa, ma sapete io e tantissime mie colleghe lo facciamo per lavoro e pertanto sentivo di dire la mia… Detto questo, stavo appunto guardando l’andamento del mio blog e sono caduta sulla pagina degli hashtag. Ogni volta che scrivo un post lascio degli hashtag che possono portare ai vari motori di ricerca e sapete qual è il mio hashtag? Quella parolina che in assoluto in Italia e in tutti gli altri paesi che mi seguite vi ha portato ad imbattervi di più sul mio blog? Non ci crederete, ma ha battuto parole come #love #selfie #blog #blogger #fashion #moda ect…, la mia parola è LEONE! Ma ci pensate, ero lì con la mia tazza di tisana che gongolavo tra una risata e l’altra tra i miei pensieri e leggo che in assoluto la parola LEONE vi ha riportato più spesso sul mio sito, ma attenzione mica solo in Italia! Pazzesco!! Però bellissimo , no? Mi ha dato fiducia e ho fatto un pensiero veloce per tutte quelle migliaia di persone che vivono e lavorano con gli animali, che si battono per la natura e per salvaguardare questo pianeta! Il leone è l’animale preferito di Ginevra, questo vi avevo raccontato in quel post famoso e vi avevo detto che era stato anche il primo verso di animale che aveva imitato ! Good morning and happy beginning of a new week. This last weekend has been so exhausting, as usual, but there is one moment of the day when I can finally sit down and relax. It usually happens around 11 o’clock at night, as Ginevra goes to bed at about 9 and Nicola hardly ever stays up past 10.30. And that’s when I am alone with my computer, in my living room, with a beautiful soft light and a mug of hot herbal tea…picturing this scene in my head makes me feel like a 90 year old woman. But the thing is, both Nicola and I have a business and a child that we decided to raise without the help of a baby sitter, except for a few hours in the morning when she goes to nursery school. Our moms help out a lot but still, I can tell you it is extremely hard! We do not complain whatsoever about it, but it is very tiring! All of you who are parents surely know…so the other night I was relaxing and checking on my blog and I started laughing by myself thinking of the recent debate claiming that bloggers buy their own followers and stuff like that…but the people like me, those who do my job, know exactly that the numbers that count are not the ones outside the blog but the analytic numbers calculated by Google. My blog has a system that calculates every day how many people have read my posts, from which search engine and from which city or country they are accessing and how many pages have been visualized. Obviously I only have access to your names and emails when you leave a comment. But yes, I was laughing at the fact that some bloggers wanted to teach some of the biggest companies how to do marketing and to warn them that some bloggers are trying to fake their numbers. Don’t you think these girls might have become a little too full of themselves? A blogger’s best introduction is to show the companies their blog’s numbers and I can assure you that such numbers are not modifiable! So, my dear little bloggers, please just keep doing your job that the companies will keep doing theirs. Buon venerdì a tutti! Rilassiamoci ora, abbiamo davanti a noi due giorni di riposo, che cosa farete? Ciao Martina, ci vuoi raccontare prima di tutto come si diventa Naturopata?

Ciao a tutti! Io ho iniziato leggendo moltissimi libri soprattutto di rimedi naturali ed di erboristeria, non so nemmeno quanti ne ho letti, ma mi hanno aiutata a capire molte cose e successivamente, quando ho capito che era il mio mondo ho frequentato l’accademia di Naturopatia a Torino ed ho preso il diploma.

Gli italiani come si stanno approcciando con la naturopatia?

Sicuramente oggi c’è stato un boom, soprattutto per le mamme con i propri bambini e devo dire che è un mondo che sta prendendo sempre più piega; il paese comunque in cui usano questo modo di curarsi da più tempo è la Francia, io stessa le materie prime vado a comprarle la; quest’estate sono stata in Provenza e mi sono letteralmente persa dentro a tutti quei favolosi negozi che hanno medicine e cosmesi naturali.

Una volta che hai capito che questo è il tuo mondo e hai preso il diploma, che hai fatto?

Sono molto semplici, come faccio vedere spesso su Rai due a Detto Fatto, sono una pentola e un bicchiere, tutti ce li abbiamo in casa, pertanto tutti potremmo iniziare a creare prodotti naturali.

Ci dai una ricetta per creare una crema che possa andare bene per uomo, donna e bimbo, magari per proteggere la pelle che deve essere protetta dai primi freddi ?

Certo questa è ideale per tutti.

1 cucchiaio di olio di riso o mandorle dolci

1 cucchiaio di gel d’aloe vera (rinfrescante, idratante, cicatrizzante).

Si miscelano con le fruste elettriche qualche secondo finché non otteniamo un composto cremoso ed omogeneo, si trasferisce in un barattolino, come quello di una crema terminata, ben pulito e si applica sulle parti interessate..

si conserva in frigorifero o a temperatura ambiente un mese.

Oggi con la mia bambina mi metterò subito a lavorare in cucina !! Sarà divertentissimo…. Nonostante la tua giovane età sei arrivata a fare molte cose, ora quali sono i tuoi obiettivi futuri?

Innanzitutto ho aperto due settimane fa un altro blog: www.cucinarenaturale.com dove dispenso consigli per ricette alimentari completamente naturali ed il mio obiettivo è quello di farlo crescere il più possibile. Poi il mio sogno nel cassetto, anche se fino ad oggi di sogni ne ho già realizzati molti , è un altro: scrivere un libro nel quale racchiudo in modo semplice le mie ricette, è una richiesta che ricevo dalle molte persone che mi seguono e spero di realizzarlo presto anche perché amo molto scrivere.

Happy Friday everyone… let’s relax a little bit, two days of rest are coming, do you have any plans? My weekend is going to be full: I have been invited to store presentations and there’s the Fashion week, yeah, this weekend is definitely going to be full! But today I have interviewed, directly from the Rai Due Studios, from the TV show “Detto Fatto”, hosted by Caterina Balivo, the naturopath Martina Rodini who, thanks to her studies and to her capacities, prepares in her kitchen natural remedies and she also teaches us how to make them.

Hello Martina, first of all, would you like to tell us what is required for becoming a naturopath?

Hi, I have started by reading many many books, mostly about herbal medicine and natural remedies. I couldn’t even tell how many I have read, but they definitely helped me understand a lot of things and later on, after realizing that this was what I wanted to work with, I attended the Naturopathy Academy in Turin where I got my degree.

How do Italians approach naturopathy?

Nowadays there has certainly been a boom, especially for moms and their children. It is constantly getting bigger. However, the country where this curative method is used the most is France, I get all my raw materials from there. Last summer I went to Provence and I got lost among those beautiful shops of natural medicine and cosmetics.

What did you do after you took your degree?

I got in my “laboratory”, which is my kitchen, and started creating natural recipes and body lotions. After a little while I started my blog www.ilmioangoloalchemico.com and that’s when everything started…

Can you tell us about it?

Little by little my blog has started to become popular and then I opened my Youtube channel, where I show in detail how to create all of my recipes and lotions.

Within a few months I started to become very famous, a lot of people were following me and watching my videos and three years ago the editorial board of the show “Detto Fatto” contacted me.

Indeed in your tutorials it is possible to see exactly how you prepare several things.

Yes, and I have Caterina Balivo, and usually other guests as well, test my mixtures live on television. I am the official supplier of body lotions for Caterina Balivo.

Today, besides your blog, your youtube channel and the show “Detto Fatto”, are you taking part in any other project?

Yes, I have been studying more and I am about to become a psychosomatic nutrition consultant.

Would you please explain us what that means?

Psychosomatic disorders are nothing but diseases that derive from our state of mind and from the way we feel, as well as what we eat deeply depends on our feelings. What I am going to study now is why a person would experience eating disorders or would eat inappropriately: you need to figure the reason out and once you’ve worked on the problem you will be able to start eating much more healthier.

So you are a sort of psychologist too.

Well, digging into a person’s past in order to understand the cause of such unhealthy habits is fundamental to find a remedy.

Where do you buy the products for your recipes?

I usually buy them either in pharmacies or at the herbalist’s shop, but sometimes I also find them at the grocery store.

What about your working tools?

They are actually very simple. As I always show during the episodes of “Detto Fatto” on Rai Due, they are just one pot and one glass, everyone has them at the house so we are all ready to start creating awesome natural products. Could you give us one recipe that would work for men, women and children to protect our skin from the cold of the winter that’s about to come?

Absolutely, this one is good for everybody:

1 spoon of rice oil and sweet almonds

1 spoon of aloe gel (refreshing, moisturizing and healing)

You need to mix them with the electric whisk for a few seconds until it all turns into a creamy and homogeneous mixture, you put it into a well cleaned jar, like the empty one of an old lotion, and then you are ready to rub it on the spots where your skin feels more sensitive.

It lasts about a month either in the fridge or at room temperature.

My daughter and I will immediately start working in our kitchen!! It will be so much fun… despite your young age you have been able to accomplish a lot of things. What are your future goals?

First of all I have just opened a new blog, a couple if week ago: www.cucinarenaturale.com, where I give advices for food recipes that are completely natural and my goal is to make it as popular as possible. My dream, even though so far I have achieved so much, would be to write a book that contains all of my recipes . I have been asking that by many people and I really hope to be able to do it soon because I love writing.

Un week-end rilassante

Buon lunedì… la mia settimana inizia all’insegna del relax, dopo aver passato un fine settimana in un Hotel incantevole a Costa, frazione di Folgaria (TN).

A essere sinceri io e il mio compagno non ci siamo mai permessi una notte lontani da nostra figlia. Ma questo week-end abbiamo deciso di lasciare Ginevra a casa dalla nonna. E noi ci siamo recati al Muu Village un residence-hotel di nuova concezione, elegantissimo e particolarissimo con zona benessere meravigliosa.

L’occasione è stata quella di partecipare a una festa di compleanno di un caro amico. Dove si è tenuto anche il party finale della LAFER CUP, il più prestigioso torneo di golf dell’Alpe Adria. All’evento hanno partecipato: Presidente, vice Presidente e Amministratore delegato di Lafer S.p.a La serata si è tenuta nel ristorante del hotel. Tutti gli invitati a fine serata hanno pernottato nelle prestigiose camere del Muu Village dotate di tutti i confort, tra cui un enorme vasca idromassaggio posta al centro di ogni camera. Ammetto che quando il mio ragazzo mi ha detto che ci voleva andare solo con me, un po’ mi è venuto, come si chiama? Magone?

Però poi sono stata felicissima. La festa è stata divertentissima. Mi sono goduta la zona relax facendo sauna e bio e respirato aria buona di montagna, e passato ore sola con il mio compagno, che non accade mai. Ginevra con la nonna, zia e cugino è stata benissimo.

L’albergo si trova a due passi dal comprensorio sciistico e dal Golf Club di Folgaria. I titolari: Davide e Sara sono dei ragazzi giovani e molto disponibili. La cucina è ottima. Un posto ideale per una fuga d’amore o anche per chi ha famiglia e ha voglia semplicemente di riposo o festeggiare un compleanno tra amici.
