Buongiorno a tutti! E’ tempo di scegliere.. .Esistono scelte facili, difficili, da prendere di petto oppure di testa. Ma quando si tratta di scegliere cosa indossare ci troviamo di fronte a scelte divertenti, per fortuna!! Quando ho iniziato a scrivere il mio blog vi ho parlato quasi subito del mio amore incondizionato per i berretti! Solitamente seleziono e ragiono molto, ma quando si tratta di berretti, agisco di pancia…se ne trovo uno che mi piace (e me lo dice la pancia, proprio come accade in fase di innamoramento!), non posso lasciarlo lì. Non posso che portarmelo a casa, so che non lo lascerò dentro ad un cassetto, ma che lo sfrutterò a più non posso ! Ed è così anche con quest’ultimo berretto in Cashmere che ho comprato per me e uguale identico alla mia Ginevra. Devo averlo scovato in qualche blog e mi è piaciuto subito ! Sono andata a vedere il sito : http://www.warm-me.com e ho scelto il modello ( ce ne sono di tutti i tipi !) , poi senza pensarci due volte, l’ho comprato identico anche alla mia piccola.Leggendo il loro sito mi sono innamorata della loro storia: il Warm-me è un berretto fatto a mano in Nepal, ci pensate ? Mi emoziona un pochino pensare che dall’ altra parte del mondo una sarta con le sue manine magiche abbia creato quest’opera d’arte che Ginevra ed io indosseremo questo inverno… So bene cosa ci sia dietro ad un capo, quanto lavoro, dedizione e ricerca. Quando scelgo un capo mi piace scoprirne la storia ed è stato anche un bel motivo per spiegare a mia figlia dove fosse il Nepal e parlarle del suo popolo. Andate a curiosare sul sito, vedrete che ve ne innamorerete anche voi… Al tatto sono così morbidi, soffici e caldi che è impossibile non amarli ! A presto, un abbraccio.

Good morning to everyone! It’s time to choose… There are easy choices, difficult ones, choices to be faced head on or in a more reasonable way. But when it is about what to wear we have luckily to make funny choices!! When I started writing my blog I almost at once told you about my unconditionate love for caps. I usually select and think a lot, but when the matter is caps, I face it head on… if I find one that I like (and it is my belly which tells it to me, exactly as it happens when we’re falling in love!), I can’t leave the cap in the shop. I just have to bring it at home, I know that I won’t leave it in a drawer, but that I’m going to take advantage of it as much as I can! It is so also with this most recent cashmere cap which I bought for me and I bought an identical one for my Ginevra. I may I have discovered it in some blog and I immediately liked it! I visited the website: http://www.warm-me.com and I chose the model (there are all kinds!) then, without thinking twice, I bought it identical to my little girl too. Reading their website I fell in love with their story: the Warm-me is a cap handmade in Nepal, can you think about it? Thinking that, in the other side of the world, a seamstress with her magical hands has created this work of art, which Ginevra and I are going to wear during this winter, is something that touch me a bit… I really know what there is behind an item of clothing, how much work, dedication and research. When I choose an item, I love discovering its story and it has been a good reason to explain my daughter where Nepal is and to talk her about its population. La salopette e i miei sogni di bimba/ The overalls and the girl of my dreams

Hallo!! How are you? Stavo ripensando al passato, a voi capita mai di ripensare a quando eravate bambini e adolescenti? A me capita spesso … Oggi vi racconto un sogno che facevo da bambina, uno di quelli che non racconto mai … da bimba sognavo ad occhi aperti di sposarmi in salopette e per di più incinta!! Ne avevo di fantasia, no?? Sì, ripeto, sposa in salopette, con il velo in testa ed incinta! Testimone tutta la mia famiglia di questo amore folle per la salopette. Vi racconto la mia storia … Ho frequentato le scuole medie in Svizzera in Canton Ticino, dove sono cresciuta: un paesino di 3000 anime, vicino a Lugano. Le scuole Svizzere sono molto diverse da quelle italiane … noi, all’epoca, avevamo l’obbligo un’ora a settimana di cucina e di cucito,mentre i maschietti dedicavano un’ora ai lavori manuali. Personalmente non amavo molto l’ora di cucito, però ho imparato lo stesso a lavorare a maglia, a fare l’uncinetto e ad usare la macchina da cucire. Ok, imparato forse è una parola grande, ma qualcosa ancora oggi so arrangiare. Un giorno l’insegnante ci domandò che abito volevamo crearci. Le mie compagne di classe scelsero tutte cose meravigliose ma tradizionali: chi una gonna, chi un abito corto, chi lungo e io cosa scelsi? Una salopette in jeans! Ovviamente la mia scelta fu derisa da tutti, io stessa ci risi su, ma era l’unica cosa che avrei voluto indossare fatta da me, cosa c’era di più bello? Voi non ci crederete, ma io la mia salopette me la sono fatta davvero e ne uscì una cosetta non propriamente bella anzi, però avevo raggiunto il mio obiettivo … L’agosto seguente mio padre ci portò tutti a Miami ed è lì che trovai la salopette dei miei sogni !! Mio padre me la comprò e dopo una vacanza da sogno ritornai nel mio bel paesino Svizzero. Ovviamente il primo giorno di scuola la indossai fiera come non mai … Voi non potete crederci, mi hanno presa in giro tantissimo: diabolici i ragazzini di 13 anni! Ma qui viene il bello: l’anno seguente mi sono presa tutta la mia rivincita perché tutti indossavano una salopette! Ero stata soprannominata idraulica, Super Mario Bros, pittore … ma poi a scuola tutti se la sono comprata! Ed eccola qui, ancora oggi ne sono innamorata pazza! Questa salopette è del stesso brand di cui vi parlo da un po’, Paige e l’adoro come se l’avessi fatta con le mie mani! E voi avete voglia di raccontarmi i vostri sogni? Un abbraccio grande! Hello! How are you? I was thinking about the past, do you ever think about when you were children and then teenagers? I think about it quite a bit… Today I am going to tell you a dream that I had when I was a child…as a child I wanted to get married pregnant and wearing overalls!! I was a creative kid, wasn’t I? Yes, that was my dream, getting married in overalls, with a veil and a baby belly! My entire family can testify! I kept saying that, I was madly in love with overalls. This is my story: I attended middle school in Switzerland, in Ticino, because I was raised there, in a little town with 3000 people near Lugano. Swiss schools are way different from Italian schools, indeed, one hour a week girls and boy would split in groups and attend different classes: handicrafts for boys and needlework for girls. I wasn’t too excited about that time of the week but I learnt to do knitting, crochet and to use the sewing machine. Well, at least a little bit, but today I still can do something. Then one day the teacher asked us what clothing item we wanted to produce. All of my classmates picked beautiful things: skirts, long and short dresses…what about me? I made myself denim overalls! Of course every other person in the class laughed at my idea, and even I did! But that was the only thing I would ever have worn, made by myself, what is cooler than that? And you might not believe it but I did it: I made my own overalls and, even if it turned out quite bad that it still makes me laugh only thinking about it, I achieved my goal… The following summer my dad brought the whole family to Miami and that’s where I finally found the overalls of my dream! I obviously bought it and, after an amazing vacation, I went back to my little Swiss town and, as soon as the school year had started, I wore my overalls to school and I was super proud of it! You won’t believe it but I got laughed at, my schoolmates would make fun of me like only 13 year old kids can do…but, here comes my revenge: the following year everybody was wearing overalls to school! They called me plumber, Super Mario, painter etc… and then everybody had one! Still today I am in love with it! These overalls are by a brand I have been talking about a lot lately: Paige, and love it like I made it with my own hands! Would you like to tell me some of your dreams? A huge hug! I love you…

Come si dice oggi? Buongiorno ottobre? Ma che mese è ottobre? Quello delle castagne? Dei ricci? Capricci e vizi? Ma che bello, credo che presto porterò Ginevra a fare un bel giretto nel bosco,già lo sapete che noi siamo amanti delle passeggiate, posto sempre foto sui miei social delle “nostre avventure” !Per iniziare alla grande quest’ottobre ho deciso di parlarvi dei miei nuovi pantaloni Paige: come già accennato in precedenza sono ultra comodi … Avete presente quelle donne che si descrivono così: “Sempre in equilibrio con il tacco dodici?”. Ecco io vivrei per terra se fossi sempre con il tacco 12 e poi con una bimba di 2 anni, dove vado a farmi male? Però venerdì sera sono stata invitata in una villa antica alle porte della mia città ad una degustazione di vini alle e avevo il tacco in abbinata a questi super pantaloni. Ginevra è rimasta a casa con la nonna Flora, la mamma di Nicola e anche se la mancanza della mia piccola si sentiva, è stata una serata elegante e meravigliosa … Vi confesso che a volte penso alla mia vita come se fosse un sogno: ho la famiglia che desideravo, il lavoro che volevo e poi ora ho anche il pantalone più chiacchierato del pianeta, cosa voglio di più? Questo brand lo adoro perché è trasversale da matti … posso indossarlo in una serata come quella appena trascorsa o in serate più easy o più rock… Vi aspetto, non finisce qui … un abbraccio.

How do you say? Hello October? What kind of month is October? The month of chestnuts and husks? Of whims and vices? How nice, I think very soon I will take Ginevra for a walk in the woods, you know how much we love walks, I always post pictures of our walks on my social networks…in order to start off at best with this new month I want to talk about my Paige pants. First off, like I said in my previous post, they are super comfortable! Do you know those women who define themselves as “always balanced on a pair of 12 cm heels”? Well, if I had to live my life on a pair of 12 cm heels, I think I would be sitting on the ground most of the time! Especially with a 2 year old child! But last Friday night I went to an ancient mansion located just outside of my city for a wine tasting tour and I had my heels on…Ginevra stayed home with her Grandma Flora, Nicola’s mom, and even if I missed her so much we had a great and elegant night! Sometimes I think of my life as dream, I have the family I have always wanted, the job I was looking for and now I even have the most wanted pants in the planet! What more could I ask for? I simply love this brand because it can be used in so many different ways…you can wear it for an elegant night out, like me, but also when you are feeling a little rocker or you just want to wear something comfortable! But that’s not all…I will be waiting for you! Hugs.

Buon sabato a tutti! Come state? Di sabato non si può che stare meglio… Eh sì! Parliamo di moda? Di alta moda? Cosa ne dite, sì? Allora vi racconto che lunedì scorso sono stata invitata al White, la famosa fiera Italiana che si svolge a Milano in via Tortona, che ospita brands fashion tra i più eccellenti al mondo. Ero ospite del marchio Paige, il pantalone luxory più famoso in America. Mi ha colpito immediatamente il fit di questo pantalone: asciutto ma con una vestibilità accessibile ad ogni donna e poi, elemento per noi mamme importantissimo, stra-comodo! Io indossavo un pantalone bianco a righe blu molto cool, ma le varianti colori e tessuti sono moltissime… Il brand è sbarcato da poco in Italia e pensate che l’ ideatrice e creatrice del pantalone, Paige Adams Galler, che nel 2004 è entrata nel mercato facendolo letteralmente tremare per la bellezza della sua creazione, ha dichiarato in un’ intervista che uno dei momenti più belli della sua vita lavorativa è stato quando ha visto una ragazza , passeggiare per le strade di Firenze, indossando un Paige… e per una abituata a vederlo indossato alle stars più imponenti di questo pianeta è singolare che il ricordo più importante della sua carriera sia legato all’aver visto il suo denim indosso ad una ragazza comune in Italia.. . Allora che dire? Da qui a breve ne sentiremo parlare tantissimo… e voi avete già scelto il vostro Paige? Buona giornata…e buona domenica.

Happy Saturday everyone…how do you feel today? On Saturdays we always feel better, don’t we? Would you like to talk about haut couture? Last Monday I was invited to White, the famous Italian exhibition located in Milan, in Via Tortona, which hosts some of the top most leading fashion brands in the world. I was a guest of the brand Paige, America’s most famous luxury pants. I immediately noticed the shape of these pants: they are fitted but easily wearable by every woman and then they are extremely comfortable, which is the most important thing for us moms! I was wearing a white and blue striped pair of trousers, very cool, but it is possible to pick between so many different colors and fabrics. This brand has recently arrived in Italy and the designer of these trousers, Paige Adams Geller, has stated in an interview that one of the most important and rewarding moments in her career was the one time she saw a girl walking around in her Paige pants in Florence! And considering she is well used to see some of the most renowned and famous stars wearing her creations, it is quite crazy to think that she considers as one of her biggest accomplishments to have seen someone wearing them here in our beautiful Italy! A Milano per scoprire 4 brands che stanno arrivando in Italia

Buongiorno my people love, come state? Oggi è lunedì ed io ho un sacco di cose da raccontarvi! Il nichylove ha molti progetti per il futuro e il primo in ordine di tempo è quello di esserci a Milano questa settimana.Cosa accadrà?Si terrà un evento strepitoso, dove la moda andrà a incontrarsi con l’arte. Tutto nasce da una collaborazione tra lo showroom di Stefano Lora, situato nei colli Vicentini e che da 26 anni rappresenta brands molto importanti nel mercato Italiano e mondiale e l’artista scenografo Moreno Panozzo. Quello che verrà presentato è un vero e proprio percorso sensoriale che miscela moda e arte, abbigliamento e bio Arte per sfociare nell’ internazionalità dei prodotti. Lo scopo è quello di aprire il mercato affinché i negozi si sviluppino proprio in tal senso: verso l’internazionalità di ciò che vendono.

Ad oggi siamo tutti dei viaggiatori: da chi prende un aereo al giorno a chi sta seduto in casa di fronte al proprio tablet: non ci sono più confini e ci sentiamo tutti cittadini del mondo. Chiunque può indossare un tipo di abbigliamento che in giro per i continenti sta già spopolando!E se è vero che per i brands di lusso questo è già accaduto, è vero anche che mancano dei brands medio alto per accontentare tutti.

Ecco che dal 3 al 6 dicembre la Fabbrica Pensante,atelier di Moreno Panozzo apre le porte al pubblico specializzato per presentare 4 brands che nella FW 2014-2015 entreranno nel mercato Italia.

Parliamo di Paige, uno dei più importanti lifestyle denim brand a livello mondiale, MC Neal Clothing Company che coniuga un alto stile con un prezzo accessibile,

Baldasserini total look uomo, nato dalla volontà dello storico direttore creativo di Hugo Boss e infine Art in Motion, collezione di accessori “made in the word” realizzati dallo stesso Moreno Panozzo.

Mi recherò per voi a questa presentazione e vi farò un reportage si tutto ciò che accadrà. In più l’artista Moreno Panozzo si è reso disponibile a rilasciarmi un’ intervista durante la quale mi farò raccontare tante bellissime cose! Cosa ne dite?
