La musica accompagna ogni momento della mia vita, ma immagino anche della vostra e per me come i profumi è una macchina del tempo, ogni momento della mia vita è associato ad una canzone. Io personalmente amo la musica e amo ascoltarla in moltissimi momenti della mia giornata. Confessate…….a quanti di voi è successo almeno una volta nella vita di sentire una canzone “speciale”, di alzare il volume della radio al massimo e di cantarla tutta a squarciagola? Che sensazione meravigliosa. Per quanto mi riguarda ora ho una bambina di 4 anni che quando sente: Laura Pausini o Alessandra Amoroso mi urla: Mamma alza ! Sa tutte le loro canzoni a memoria. Diversi studi infatti hanno suggerito che ascoltare certi tipi di musica può avere influenza sugli stati d’animo: può rendere allegri, migliorane l’umore, rendendoci perfino felici! Sembra infatti che quando noi ascoltiamo un brano musicale il cervello rilasci una sostanza chimica chiamata Dopamina che ci dà un senso di piacere e di appagamento (lo stesso tipo di piacere di quando si assumono sostanze stupefacenti). La Dopamina infatti è presente in alcune droghe con la differenza che “drogarsi” di musica è un’esperienza positiva e per nulla dannosa. La musica entra a fondo nei centri emozionali del cervello: dà vita a ricordi, pensieri ed emozioni che poi all’ apparenza svaniscono, ma quando risentiamo quella canzone o quella composizione, come per magia riaffiorano.Non è detto poi che la sensazione che un brano ci dà oggi, sia le stessa che ci darà fra un anno. Quell’emozione forte che provi oggi ascoltando una canzone, che ti fa venire la “pelle d’oca” e le lacrime agli occhi, potrebbe essere molto meno intensa dopo un po’ di tempo perché il ricordo si affievolisce. Ma anche dopo anni e anni, ogni volta che ascolterai quella canzone inesorabilmente ricorderai l’episodio a cui è legata. (Lo dice anche l a scienza!). Quanti momenti importanti della nostra vita sono legati o collegati ad una canzone in particolare? Io credo tantissimi. Insomma continuiamo ad ascoltare musica (e magari anche a studiarla),perché ci emoziona, ci fa sentire vivi e sono proprio quelle emozioni che ci rendono felici anche se solo per pochi istanti. Che vita sarebbe senza musica?

I personally love music and I love to listen to it in many moments of my day. Confess ……. For me now I have a 4 year old girl that when she hears: Laura Pausini or Alessandra Amoroso yells to me: Mom gets up! He knows all their songs by heart. It seems that when we hear a piece of music on the brain releases a chemical called dopamine which gives us a sense of pleasure and fulfillment (the same kind of pleasure when you take drugs). Happy Thursday…I am always on a rush…what about you? Let’s just take a break together and relax a little bit! I would like to tell you were I went last Sunday…I have been invited to the Children and Family Fair in my city, Vicenza, dedicated to the whole family! I went there with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, my little nephew and obviously with Ginevra! What about Nicola? Well, let’s just say he has some sorts of allergy to this kind of things, he stayed home watching the soccer game (how surprising!). Instead, we dipped in this magical world, which lasted for the entire weekend. We decided to go on Sunday, at lunch time, just to make sure it was not too crowded, as I had to shoot some pictures and it would have been impossible to do so with too many people! But, even though it was the very first edition, the Children and Family Fair had an unexpected success and it was full of people all day long, even on Sunday, on lunch time! I didn’t exactly know what to expect but I had a great impression, first of all because the fairground was huge and there were so many different little areas, each one dedicated to something different: they had the play area, sport, music, store exhibiting their products, several family communities, many activities for children, which Edoardo and Ginevra had so much fun doing, and they also had the drawing area set up, nothing was left out! You know, there’s one thing I do when I am surrounded by people and it is looking at other parents, carrying their children on their shoulders, holding their hands or pushing the strollers. I observe them, I observe those parents who are busy chasing after their kids, and what I see in their eyes is exactly the same happiness and tiredness that I find in mine…this fair has was mostly thought for parents like me, who are constantly seeking for the best for their children. And even if this might be hard sometimes, we do it from our hearts, because we would do anything for our little ones! I will be back to you soon, hugs.
