L’Hotel che ci ha ospitati è stato il Tratterhof a Maranza, un albergo bellissimo dove ogni persona viene trattata come un principe, dalla famiglia Gruber e il loro team! Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella parte nuova dell’hotel dove la nuovissima SPA Monte Silva è talmente bella da lasciarti senza fiato. Ma non sono solo gli adulti ad avere dei privilegi di benessere, perché il Tratterhof ha anche una piccola Spa per i loro piccoli ospiti. La cucina è incentrata su piatti tradizionali altoatesini e piatti mediterranei raffinati, gustosi e molto buoni.

Sabato

Il sabato mattina siamo stati accompagnati da Karolin, responsabile PR e Marketing dell’area di Rio Pusteria (che poi è stata tutti i due giorni con noi), alla scoperta del doppio comprensorio sciistico Gitschberg -Jochtal.  Noi siamo stati nelle piste di Gitschberg e abbiamo percorso la pista blu e la nuova pista rossa Wastl Huber, salendo spesso nella nuova cabinovia Ski Express. Ginevra è stata seguita per un paio d’ore dallo skiguide Lorenzo che l’ha aiutata a scendere dalle piste, nel modo più corretto possibile. Nella parte del Jochtal c’è una nuovissima pista per bambini e famiglie: la Gimmy Fun Ride, adatta a gli adulti e ai bambini che hanno ancora poca confidenza con gli sci. Il pranzo ha segnato un incontro molto atteso da Ginevra. Arrivati alla baita Gitschhutte dove abbiamo pranzato, ci ha raggiunti il Cavaliere: un personaggio vestito elegante che scia tutto il giorno da queste parti, per proteggere le famiglie e i loro bambini. Questo personaggio è pronto a soccorrere chi ne ha bisogno e a rispondere ad ogni domanda, che riguarda il comprensorio. Il cavaliere, che di nome si chiama Tiziano è un ragazzo che oltre a saper svariate lingue, ha girato il mondo e ci ha allietato il pranzo con i suoi racconti, avventurosi ed entusiasmanti. A fine pranzo ci ha fatto salire su un vero gatto delle nevi, spiegandoci come funziona!

Domenica

Alle ore 10.30 nel nostro Hotel è passata una carrozza! Ad attenderci il suo cocchiere Walter e i suoi due cavalli: Fausto ed Elisa. Dopo esserci accomodati, Walter ci ha portati a fare un giro di circa un’ora. Siamo stati in Valle Altafossa per poi entrare dentro ad un percorso in un bosco innevato, che ci ha riportati a Maranza per poi lasciarci sotto la cabinovia, dove Karolin ci stava attendendo per risalire sul Gitschberg. Era il momento di vivere una nuova avventura!  Il Cavaliere si è aggiunto a noi ancora una volta, per andare a percorrere il Brimi Winter Run, la pista di slittino che è stata aperta nell’inverno tra il 2017/18 con una lunghezza di 7 KM. Per noi, che non eravamo mai saliti su uno slittino e tanto meno scesi da una pista, è stato molto importante, per prima cosa conoscere le regole che vanno assolutamente rispettate, per la sicurezza di adulti e bambini che decidono di svolgere un’attività così divertente.

Regole:

1. Rispetto per gli altri slittini.
2. Scendere con una velocità controllata.
3. Rispettare traiettoria e incroci.
4. Il sorpasso da uno slittino all’altro deve essere sempre fatto solo, con una buona visibilità
5. Sosta: sempre a fianco della pista
6. Salita e discesa: è vietato scendere con gli sci nella pista dello slittino.
7. Rispettare la segnaletica.
8. Equipaggiamento: scarponi adatti (con un buon profilo) e tuta da sci.
9. Caduta: aiutare chi è caduto e liberare lo slittino dalla pista
10. Obbligo del casco sia per adulti che per i bambini.

Dopo averci preso un po’ la mano, devo dire che ci siamo tanto tanto divertiti! Ovviamente è importantissimo ricordare, che con lo slittino, si deve slittare solo nella sua apposita pista. In seguito a tutte questa attività era nuovamente ora di pranzo. Abbiamo deciso così di fermarci a metà pista degli slittini, nella baita di Pichlerhutte, famosa per i suoi piatti e il panorama sulle Dolomiti, la Valle Isarco e la Val Pusteria. Sono stati tre giorni molto belli e intensi, come quelli che amiamo noi. Una vacanza a misura di ogni famiglia con bambini e per chi ha bisogno di staccare un po’la spina e di respirare aria buona, per ritrovare l’energia che manca, in un luogo tranquillo e molto accogliente.

Last weekend we were invited to Rio Pusteria, in South Tyrol to discover the various activities that can be done in the mountains, in those parts.
I am familiar with Trentino-Alto Adige and I already knew that my family and I would spend three days of wellness, good food and fun. The district of Rio Pusteria has not betrayed our expectations even this time!What struck me immediately was the peaceful and blessed climate that I remembered to find in the mountains, only when I was a child. The times, the ways and the philosophy in this part of Italy is certainly more peaceful compared to many other places where we have been guests on holiday.
The Hotel that hosted us was the Tratterhof in Maranza, a beautiful hotel where every person is treated like a prince, by the Gruber family and their team!
We stayed in the new part of the hotel where the brand-new SPA Monte Silva is so beautiful that it leaves you breathless. But it’s not just adults who have wellness privileges, because the Tratterhof also has a small spa for their younger guests. The cuisine is based on traditional South Tyrolean dishes and refined, tasty and very good Mediterranean dishes.

Saturday

On Saturday morning we were accompanied by Karolin, responsible for PR and Marketing of the Rio Pusteria area (which was then two days with us), to discover the double ski area Gitschberg-Jochtal.
We have been in the Gitschberg slopes and we have traveled the blue track and the new red Wastl Huber track, often climbing into the new Ski Express gondola.
Ginevra was followed for a couple of hours by the skiguide Lorenzo who helped her get off the slopes, in the most correct possible way.
In the part of the Jochtal there is a brand-new track for children and families: the Gimmy Fun Ride, suitable for adults and children who still have little confidence in skiing. Lunch marked a much awaited meeting from Ginevra. When we arrived at the Gitschhutte hut where we had lunch, the Knight joined us: an elegantly dressed figure who skis all day around here, to protect families and their children. This character is ready to help those in need and to answer every question, which concerns the district. The knight, whose name is Tiziano, is a boy who, besides knowing several languages, has traveled the world and cheered us up with his stories, adventurous and exciting. At the end of lunch, he made us get on a real snowmobile, explaining how it works!

Sunday

At 10:30 am a carriage has passed in our Hotel!  Waiting for his coachman Walter and his two horses: Fausto and Elisa. After sitting down, Walter took us for about an hour. We were in Valle Altafossa and then entered into a path in a snowy forest, which brought us back to Maranza and then leave us under the gondola, where Karolin was waiting for us to go back up the Gitschberg. It was time to experience a new adventure! The Knight has been added to us once again, to go on the Brimi Winter Run, the toboggan run which was opened in the winter between 2017/18 with a length of 7 KM.
For us, that we had never climbed on a sledging slope and even less off a track, it was very important, first of all to know the rules that must be absolutely respected, for the safety of adults and children who decide to carry out an activity like this funny.

Rules:

1. Respect for other toboggans.2. Get off at a controlled speed.3. Respect trajectory and intersections.4. Overtaking from one toboggan to another must always be done alone, with good visibility5. Stop: always next to the track6. Ascent and descent: it is forbidden to go skiing on the toboggan run.7. Respect the signs.8. Equipment: suitable boots (with a good profile) and ski suit.9. Fall: help those who have fallen and free the sled from the track10. Helmet obligation for both adults and children.
After taking a little ‘hand, I must say that we have so much fun! Obviously, it is important to remember, that with the sledging, you must only slip in its appropriate track.
After all this activity it was time for lunch again. So we decided to stop at the half-toboggan track, in the Pichlerhutte hut, famous for its dishes and the panorama of the Dolomites, the Valle Isarco and the Val Pusteria. They were three very beautiful and intense days, like the ones we love.
A holiday suitable for every family with children and for those who need to take a break from the thorns and breathe fresh air, to regain the energy that is lacking, in a quiet and very welcoming place.

Ciao a tutti! Come sta andando il vostro settembre?  Io sono qui a raccontarvi un po’ delle mie vacanze estive: a quanti di voi già mancano? Credo in molti… pure a me! Allora non ci tocca che aspettare le prossime e intanto sognare.  Io in un posto da sogno, a tal proposito, ci sono stata l’agosto scorso e si chiama Alta Badia! Se per molti di voi è una meta invernale io sono qui a dirvi che l’Alta Badia in estate ha un sapore diverso, ma altrettanto bello! In agosto mi sono recata in Alta Badia con la family al completo, quindi con Nicola e Ginevra. Abbiamo scelto di prenderci un albergo a San Cassiano, un paese incantato di queste montagne e l’albergo dove abbiamo soggiornato è stato l’hotel Stores.

La scelta è stata a misura di tutte le nostre necessità; quando siamo in vacanza cerchiamo sempre hotel che siano confortevoli e che abbiamo una zona wellness molto bella. L’hotel Stores ha un design moderno e di classe, non a caso le fotografie che ho messo sui social hanno avuto un riscontro molto positivo, sia per quanto riguarda la mia camera da letto, che la zona wellness e piscina. I titolari dell’hotel Stores sono persone molto cordiali e gentili.

Nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato abbiamo fatto varie attività, ma abbiamo anche mangiato moltissimo! La prima camminata l’abbiamo fatta per andare a pranzo al Pralongià, una baita che da al cliente anche la possibilità di soggiornare per una vacanza. Per arrivare al rifugio Pralongià abbiamo preso la funivia Piz Sorega a San Cassiano e quando siamo arrivati in cima ad accoglierci c’era il Park Moviment. Dopo aver pregato Ginevra di proseguire ed essere riusciti a staccarla dalle varie attrazioni per arrivare a destinazione abbiamo camminato circa un’oretta e mezza….  Il panorama è a dir poco incantevole, è una passeggiata adatta ai bambini e poi nella baita Prelongià si mangia benissimo!

Il secondo giorno, invece, siamo saliti sempre in alta quota, ma questa volta per andare al Rifugio Jimmi e per arrivarci siamo saliti con la funivia che parte da Colfosco. Da Jimmi Ginevra ha potuto giocare perché c’era un po’ di tutto: saltarelli, scivoli, vari giochi divertenti e per noi genitori una bella terrazza dove godersi una buona  birra, piuttosto che gustarsi un buon pranzo e godersi tanto sole. Per il ritorno abbiamo imboccato il sentiero e siamo scesi a piedi: è stato molto bello e rilassante perché oltre a goderci il panorama, il rumore del ruscello che passa accanto alla strada, ci ha accompagnato a valle ed era molto rilassante.  Una volta arrivati in fondo alla montagna siamo stati a visitare la cascata e dal gran caldo abbiamo tolto scarpe e calze e messo a mollo i piedi! Giunta l’ora di pranzo eravamo arrivati in paese e con una grande fame!A Colfosco proprio quel giorno, in mezzo al bosco e agli animali, c’era una festa gastronomica chiamata Delizie del Bosco; ovviamente abbiamo deciso di fermarci e abbiamo fatto decisamente bene.Siamo poi andati in albergo a rilassarci un po’, anche se Ginevra moriva dalla voglia di correre in piscina….è proprio vero che i bambini non sono mai stanchi !

Usciti dalla piscina ci siamo preparati al volo per viverci un aperitivo da favola. Siamo andati infatti all’Hotel Ciasa Salares, famosissimo anche per la sua Cantina Vini, dove potete trovare 24 mila bottiglie con più di 1800 etichette diverse. Potete immaginare il volto di Nicola quando ha visto tutto questo? È stato un aperitivo delizioso e abbiamo assaggiato dei vini che abbiamo ancora nel cuore! Anche la piccola Ginevra è stata trattata come una principessa ed ha bevuto un buonissimo succo di mela biologico. Il giorno seguente è stato il giorno della passeggiata con i Lama! Non vi dico nemmeno l’emozione che aveva in corpo Ginevra, non vedeva l’ora! Ovviamente poi però durante la passeggiata durata qualche ora, il “nostro” Lama l’ha tenuto quasi sempre Nicola perché anche se docile e tranquillo, Ginevra alla fine ne aveva paura.Ovviamente di tutto il gruppo era l’unica bimba ad averne timore, ma lei è fatta così. Nicola quel giorno è stato battezzato e messo sui social come “il pastore”.

La cosa divertente è stata che quando siamo rientrati a casa, anche nel paese dove viviamo hanno iniziato a chiamarlo così…… a distanza di tempo l’altro giorno un signore l’ha fermato chiedendogli se aveva portato a casa un Lama! Che ridere! Questo è il potere pazzesco dei social. Detto questo, la passeggiata con i Lama è stata un’ esperienza molto bella; il vero pastore ci ha raccontato che quest’anno sono partiti da Bolzano di Sopra, dove vive in una tenuta con tutti i suoi Lama e sono arrivati a San Pietro: una camminata di 50 giorni che si è conclusa di fronte al Papa che li ha accolti in persona.

Come mi avete scritto voi su Instagram, non è necessario andare in Perù…. per fare questa esperienza basta andare in Alta Badia! L’ultimo giorno siamo stati al Piz Boe Alpine Lounge un bar, ristorante meraviglioso con una vista panoramica pazzesca! Prima di pranzo siamo saliti con le seggiovie fino al Rifugio Franz Kostner al Vallon, una passeggiata che vi consiglio solo perché sembra di “atterrare” in un altro pianeta! L’Alta Badia mi ha fatto innamorare di lei tanti anni fa in inverno, ma quest’ estate è stata la rivelazione che non mi aspettavo e che riconferma che io e tutta la mia famiglia adoriamo quelle montagne!

Hello everyone! How is your September going? I’m here to tell you a little about my summer holidays: how many of you are already missing? I believe in many … me too! So, we do not have to wait for the next and in the meantime dream. In a dream place, in this regard, I was there last August, and it’s called Alta Badia! Maybe for many of you it is a winter destination but I am here to tell you that Alta Badia has a different taste in summer, but just as beautiful! In August I went to Alta Badia with my family, then with Nicola and Ginevra. We chose to take a hotel in San Cassiano, an enchanted country of these mountains and the hotel where we stayed was the hotel Stores.The choice was tailored to all our needs; when we are on holiday we always look for hotels that are comfortable and that we have a very nice wellness area. The hotel Stores has a modern and classy design, it is no coincidence that the photographs I put on social media have had a very positive feedback, both for my bedroom, the wellness and swimming area. The owners of the hotel Stores are very friendly and kind people. On the days we stayed we did various activities, but we also ate a lot! The first walk we did to go to lunch at Pralongià, a hut that gives the customer the opportunity to stay for a holiday. To get to the Pralongià shelter we took the Piz Sorega cable car to San Cassiano and when we arrived at the top to welcome us there was the Park Moviment.After begging Ginevra to continue and be able to detach her from the various attractions to get to the destination, we walked about an hour and a half …. The view is enchanting, it is a walk suitable for children and then in the hut Prelongià you eat very well! The second day, however, we climbed always at high altitude, but this time to go to Jimmy Hutte Refuge and to get there we climbed with the cableway that starts from Colfosco. From Jimmy Hutte Ginevra could play because there was a little bit of everything: jokes, slides, various fun games and for us a nice terrace where to enjoy a good beer, rather than enjoying a good lunch and enjoying lots of sun. For the return we took the path and we went down on foot: it was very nice and relaxing because in addition to enjoying the view, the noise of the stream that passes by the road, accompanied us to the valley and was very relaxing.Once we reached the bottom of the mountain we visited the waterfall and from the heat we took off shoes and socks and put our feet to soak! When lunch time we arrived in town and with a big hunger!At Colfosco that day, in the middle of the woods and the animals, there was a gastronomic feast called Delizie del Bosco; obviously we decided to stop and we did very well. We then went to the hotel to relax a bit ‘, even if Ginevra was dying to run in the pool … it is really true that children are never tired! Leaving the pool we prepared to live a fabulous cocktail. In fact, we went to the Hotel Ciasa Salares, also famous for its wine cellar, where you can find 24 thousand bottles with more than 1800 different labels. Can you imagine Nicola’s face when he saw all this? It was a delicious aperitif and we tasted some wines that we still have in our hearts! Even little Ginevra was treated like a princess and drank a very good organic apple juice.The following day was the day of the walk with the Lamas! I do not even tell you how emotion was Ginevra, could not wait! Obviously, however, during the walk that lasted for a few hours, “our” Lama almost always kept him because even if docile and quiet, Ginevra was afraid of it at the end. Of course, the whole group was the only child to be afraid of it, but she is like that. Nicola that day was baptized and put on social media as “the shepherd”. The funny thing was that when we returned home, even in the country where we live they started calling it so …… after some time the other day a man stopped him asking if he had brought home a Lama! So funny! This is the crazy power of social media. That said, the walk with the Lamas was a very nice experience; the true shepherd told us that this year they left from Bolzano di Sopra, where he lives in an estate with all his lamas and they arrived in San Pietro: a 50-day walk that ended in front of the Pope who welcomed in person. As you wrote to me on Instagram, it is not necessary to go to Peru …. to do this experience just go to Alta Badia! On the last day we stayed at the Piz Boe Alpine Lounge in this wonderful  bar with an amazing panoramic view! Before lunch we climbed with the chairlifts up to the Franz Kostner Refuge at the Vallon, a walk that I recommend only because it seems to “land” on another planet!Alta Badia made me fall in love with it many years ago in winter, but this summer was the revelation that I did not expect and that reconfirmed that me and my whole family adore those mountains!

Buongiorno! Sono leggermente in ritardo, anche se attraverso i miei social gli auguri ve li ho già mandati. Comunque rieccomi qui: Buon 2016 cari amici miei . Come state ? Nonostante abbia un po’ latitato nel blog, mi avete seguita in tantissimi, Grazie!

Siamo appena rientrati dalla montagna  dove per una settimana mi sono “riposata”, (sì. perché una mamma si riposa ? Ma quando ?? ). Direi allora che mi sono rilassata,sì, quello tanto. Pronta ora per iniziare un nuovo anno,  già ricco di bellissimi appuntamenti che vi svelerò ad uno ad uno, a suo tempo. Sono proprio felice in questo periodo e spero che anche voi lo siate o per lo meno di essere un bel mezzo di trasmissione di felicità per voi. Le vacanze di Natale mi hanno senza dubbio rigenerata. Avrei voluto sciare anche un pochino, ma Ginevra ha deciso che prima toccava a lei e come non accontentarla: ed è così che la mia principessa ha fatto il suo primo corso di sci per tutta la settimana ed io ho trascorso maggior parte del tempo  a bordo pista a guardarla. A Corvara ho vinto il premio per la mamma più ansiosa dell’ anno. Mica male no, come primo premio dell’anno? Insomma, vorrei essere più serena, ma come fai quando hai una bimba di tre anni che non ha paura di nulla e fa sempre le cose anzitempo ? Immaginatevi la scena: intorno a me solo mamme provenienti dalla Russia, Croazia,Germania, bravissime a lasciare i figli piccoli e andarsene. Ed io l’unica mamma a rimanere immobile per ore a ghiacciarsi anche i denti, ferma a guardare la  propria bimba. Ogni volta che il maestro di Ginevra mi vedeva “mi riempiva” di  parole: “Si sposti. Non si faccia vedere. Distrae la bambina.” Ad ogni sua salita con lo skilift le chiedevo  se aveva bisogno di qualcosa. Volevo solo sapere se aveva : freddo, fame, sete, bisogno di soffiare il nasino, se andava tutto bene. Giusto quelle 10 piccole cose che una mamma ha bisogno di sapere ogni 5 minuti dal proprio figlio. Sono esagerata ? Forse sì. Nicola me lo dice sempre che sono troppo attaccata a Ginevra. Forse lui, mia suocera,mia  madre, la mia  famiglia, i nostri amici e ora maestri di sci, hanno ragione. Ma sapete cosa ho deciso ? Che me ne fregherò di tutto quello che mi verrà  detto. Ginevra è mia figlia,  l’unica cosa giusta e bella che ho fatto nella mia vita e le starò vicina fin quando lei mi dirà che non avrà più bisogno di me … magari me lo dovrà ripete per qualche… anno? Ma insomma, imparerò piano, piano…Ho visto un bambino francese piangere per due ore e quando i genitori sono arrivati non lo hanno assolutamente consolato. Ok, io sono una mamma appiccicosa, ma alla fine della settimana il maestro di sci mi ha detto che ha finalmente conosciuto una bimba  serena e sempre sorridente…  Detto questo si riparte cari amici e vi assicuro che ne vedremo delle belle ! Vi abbraccio forte…

I’m really happy at this time and I hope that you too will be, or at least to be a good means of transmission of happiness for you. The Christmas holidays I have no doubt regenerated. I wanted to ski a little bit, but Ginevra has decided that before she had to and how not please her: and that’s my princess made its first ski course for the whole week and I have spent most of their time on board track at her. In Corvara I won the award for the most anxious mother of ‘year. Not bad, not, as the first award of the year? In short, I would be more serene, but how do you do when you have a three year old who’s not afraid of anything and always does things prematurely? Picture the scene: around me only mothers from Russia, Croatia, Germany, very respectable to leave the children and leave. And I the only mother to remain motionless for hours to freeze even the teeth, stops to watch their child. Whenever the master of Ginevra I saw “filled me” words: “Move over. Not to show up. Just those 10 little things that a mother needs to know every 5 minutes from your son. They are exaggerated? Maybe yes. Nicola always tells me I’m too attached to Geneva. Perhaps he, my mother-in-law, my mother, my family, our friends and now ski instructors, they are right. But you know what I decided? What do I fregherò of all I will say. Ginevra is my daughter, the one thing right and beautiful that I did in my life and I will close until she tells me that he will not need me … maybe I will repeat it for a year …? But still, I will learn slowly, slowly … I saw a French child crying for two hours and when the parents arrived they did not absolutely consulate. Ok, I’m a mom sticky, but at the end of the week the ski instructor told me that he finally met a girl happy and smiling … always said that we leave good friends and I promise you will see some good! I embrace you strong…

Good morning, here we are, packing once again, some relaxing weeks are waiting for me! This year we picked Sardinia for the first ten days of August and then, as usual, Merano for the following seven days. I love traveling, going places, seeing things…just like everybody! And Ginevra cannot wait to get on a plane again, she loves it! But you know, it’s not very easy to come home from a sea place and pack again to go to a mountain place in just one day…real problems are clearly different, but good organizational skills are required in situations like this, and I have been traveling since I was a child so I’m quite good at it. First of all, I decided to put in the bag for the seaside also some garments that could keep us warm, just in case, especially considering the current rainy weather conditions and cold temperatures…which will be perfect for going to the mountains as well… Also, I’m going to prepare all the clothes for the second vacation on the bed before we leave, so that when we get back from the seaside all I will have to do is washing the clothes from the first vacation and stick the warmer clothes that I have already prepared in the luggage. Obviously Nicola is going to complain about me bringing too many things, as usual…you know, I always use the alibi of being blond and suffering from the Marilyn Monroe syndrome… I wish you a great vacation and I want to thank you for being so many and so precious reading my posts!
