Questa estate e chi mi segue lo sa bene, Nicola ed io con Ginevra al seguito ed alcuni amici abbiamo percorso in bicicletta la Melles-Merano. Sono anni che andiamo in vacanza a rilassarci in Alto Adige e anche se ormai siamo di casa e conosciamo il posto perfettamente, torniamo ogni volta pensando di non aver sbagliato nella nostra scelta.

Ragazzi, se decidete di andare a Merano non sbagliate mai! Offre infinità possibilità di alloggio e se amate le Spa, questo è il luogo perfetto. Quando siamo a Merano le nostre giornate sono ricche di movimento: passeggiate in città, in bicicletta, in mezzo ai boschi sino ai vari rifugi dove mangiamo, mangiamo molto. L’estate scorsa abbiamo deciso di noleggiare delle biciclette e percorrere la Melles-Merano, un totale di 60 km di cui abbiamo deciso di percorrere i primi 30 km. Da Merano abbiamo preso il treno della Val Venosta che in un’ora e mezza ci ha portato a Melles. In stazione abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette che poi si possono lasciare in qualsiasi altra stazione che fornisce questo servizio. Caschetto in testa e via, da Melles siamo partiti intorno alle 10 del mattino e con calma siamo scesi sino a Glorenza per fare colazione e un giretto per il paese, un vero gioiello del Tirolo con le sue mura millenarie e le case dalle facciate gotiche.Nel 1291 fu tra i primi ad avere il diritto di effettuare il mercato nella sua piazza. Abbiamo poi proseguito verso Lasa, famoso per le sue cave di marmo. Abbiamo consumato un pranzo al sacco usufruendo dei ristori lungo il percorso. Alle 14 abbiamo lasciato le bici e ripreso il treno per Merano. Per il ponte di Ognissanti , abbiamo deciso di tornare a Merano e considerata la calda temperatura di questo nostro autunno,quale buona occasione per concludere la nostra gita e percorrere i 30 km rimanenti ? Con il treno siamo tornati a Lasa e tra i colori gialli e rossi delle foglie degli alberi abbiamo percorso gli ultimi km arrivando in quattro ore a Merano. Il percorso da fare con la famiglia è fattibilissimo e soprattutto rilassante. La prima parte del percorso è per lo più in mezzo ai boschi, mentre la seconda è più aperta e il fiume Passirio rimane sempre accanto alla pista ciclabile, che si perde in mezzo al profumo dei meli e dei fiori, in un contesto quasi magico. Per Ginevra, in bici con il papà, è stata una bellissima esperienza.

For the bridge All Saints, we decided to return to Merano and considered the hottest temperature of this our autumn as a good chance to end our tour and travel the 30 km remaining? With the train we came Lasa and between the red and yellow colors of the leaves of the trees we drove the last kilometers in four hours arriving in Merano. The path to do with family is fattibilissimo and especially relaxing. The first part of the trail is mostly in the woods, while the second is more open and the Passer river is always next to the bike path, which is lost amid the scent of apple trees and flowers, in an almost magical context. it was a wonderful experience for Geneva, bike with dad.

Sarabanda ci veste per qualsiasi occasione

L’inverno si avvicina, ma sinceramente qui da noi in Veneto, tarda ad arrivare! Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni molto belli in montagna, poi nel week-end vi racconterò della nostra biciclettata, prima però vorrei raccontarvi quello che ha indossato la mia Ginevra. Sì, vi ho parlato spesso di quanto lei sia difficile in fatto di abbigliamento, qualcuno ha cercato di dirmi anche che è colpa del fatto che lavoro in mezzo alla moda e la porto alle sfilate&co.

Credo anch’io che un pochino ne sia influenzata , ma sono anche certa si tratti del suo carattere e della sua natura, perché diciamoci la verità: Ginevra non mi rende in nulla le cose semplici, ma anche se ora devo dannare un po’ , avere un carattere così forte nella vita la aiuterà molto. Mia madre mi ripete sempre che è uguale a me quand’ ero bambina e quindi ora ho solo da imparare da tutta la pazienza che lei ha dimostrato di aver avuto con me. Per andare a Merano ho infilato nella valigia di Ginevra un bel vestitino color rosso bordeaux che dicono sia proprio il colore dell’ autunno 2016/17, come si dice ? Un must have ! Il vestito mi sembrava perfetto per la cena in albergo: frequentiamo spesso posti eleganti e quindi era perfetto per una delle nostra serate.A lei è piaciuto tanto per via del fiore e del ricamo. Per uscire e stare quindi all’aria aperta ho preferito farle indossare, anche se non era freddissimo,una giacca tipo parka con cappuccio in pelliccia in eco-pelle …e meno male che anche per questa è stata felice. Ogni tanto le dico che la manderò a stare per un po’ in Africa con i bambini che non hanno nulla, vediamo se poi torna a casa un po’ ridimensionata. Ah, dimenticavo il suo look è tutto firmato Sarabanda. Buon week-end a tutti. Vi abbraccio.

Winter is approaching, but honestly to us here in Veneto, long in coming! We spent some very nice days in the mountains, then the weekend will tell of our bike ride, but first let me tell you what I wore my Ginevra .Yes, I have often spoken of how much she is difficult in terms of clothing, someone tried to tell me that it is also the fault of the fact that work in the middle of the fashion and the port to parades & co. Ginevra does not make me anything in the simple things: now I have to condemn a little ‘, but having such a strong character will help a lot in life. My mother always repeated that is equal to me quand ‘I was a child, and so now I only have to learn from all the patience she has shown to have had with me. To go in Merano I put in the suitcase Ginevra a pretty dress burgundy color that say it’s just the color of the ‘2016/17 autumn, as they say? A must have! The dress seemed perfect for dinner in the hotel: frequentiami often elegant places and so it was perfect for one of our serate.A she liked it so much because of the flower and embroidery. To exit and stay outdoors so I preferred to wear them, although it was not cold, a parka type jacket with hood in faux fur skin … and thank goodness for this was happy. Every time I say that I will send to stand for a while ‘in Africa with children who have nothing, let’s see if he comes home a little’ resized. Oh, and her look is all signed Sarabanda. Buongiorno a tutti…. Rieccomi qui, mi siete mancati un bel po’, lo sapete? Ma queste vacanze ci volevano perché sono ritornata rigenerata e voi, come state? Dove siete andati in vacanza? Allora: noi abbiamo fatto 10 giorni in Sardegna e un’altra settimana a Merano. In Sardegna eravamo a Santa Teresa di Gallura, per chi mi segue sui mie vari social già lo sa perché ho postato molte foto, siamo stati ospiti a casa della famiglia Pesoli dei nostri carissimi amici, tra l’altro lui gioca a pallone e per chi segue il calcio sa anche che ora gioca nel Pescara e sempre per voi amanti del pallone, vi anticipo, che presto mi rilascerà un intervista dove ci racconterà molte cose… Come sono andate la vacanza in Sardegna lo approfondirò in un prossimo post… e in un successivo vi racconterò di Merano che, come sempre siamo stati all’ Hotel Hohenwart, ci sono degli aneddoti che vi voglio raccontare belli e divertenti… Oggi prima di tutto devo fare una cosa: RINGRAZIARVI perché mi state seguendo sempre più numerosi e non so che dire, se non GRAZIE! Good morning everyone! I’m back…I missed you a lot! But this vacation was much needed and now I feel reinvigorated, how about you? Where have you been? We spent 10 days in Sardinia e another week in Merano. In Sardinia we stayed at Santa Teresa di Gallura, those of you who follow me on my several social networks already know that as I have been posting lots of pictures. We were guests by the Pesoli family, who are great friends of ours. Also, he plays soccer and currently plays for the Pescara team, I am going to interview him very soon for all of you soccer lovers. I will let you know how our vacation in Sardinia went in the next post… As for Merano, we stayed at the Hohenwart as usual. I have already talked to you about this Hotel, but there are some curious and funny facts that I would like to tell you in one of my next posts as well… I would like to thank you because there are always more and more of you following me every day and I all I can say is THANK YOU! Buongiorno, eccoci qui a preparare nuovamente le valigie, mi aspettano settimane di solo relax! Quest’anno abbiamo optato per la Sardegna per i primi 10 giorni di agosto e come ormai d’abitudine, Merano per gli altri 7. Adoro viaggiare, andare, conoscere … come tutti del resto! Ginevra non vede l’ora di riprendere l’aereo, lo adora! Però quando torni dal mare e hai soltanto un giorno per rifare tutta la valigia e partire per la montagna, non sempre le cose sono semplici … i problemi sono altri ovviamente, qui è solo una questione di organizzazione e io che viaggio da quando sono piccola sono abbastanza preparata in materia. Intanto ho deciso di mettere in valigia un abbigliamento che ci tiene anche caldi, perché con i climi e le piogge di questi tempi non si sa mai, di conseguenza cose che andranno bene anche per la montagna… Preparo già, prima di partire, sul lettone gli indumenti per la seconda vacanza, così quando arriverò a casa farò le lavatrici delle prima e infilerò gli abiti per Merano nello spazio vuoto … così in una giornata dovrei riuscire a fare tutto! Ovviamente Nicola si lamenterà come solito fare perché porto via troppe cose, ma non importa … sapete io ho sempre l’alibi di essere bionda e di soffrire della sindrome di Marilyn Monroe… Vi auguro buone vacanze e vi ringrazio tanto per essere sempre così numerosi (e preziosi ) nel leggermi! Seguitemi sui mie vari social, così vi racconterò come stanno andando le vacanze e se vivete all’ estero e non sapete dove andare, vi ricordo che io vivo nel paese più bello del mondo! Good morning, here we are, packing once again, some relaxing weeks are waiting for me! This year we picked Sardinia for the first ten days of August and then, as usual, Merano for the following seven days. I love traveling, going places, seeing things…just like everybody! And Ginevra cannot wait to get on a plane again, she loves it! But you know, it’s not very easy to come home from a sea place and pack again to go to a mountain place in just one day…real problems are clearly different, but good organizational skills are required in situations like this, and I have been traveling since I was a child so I’m quite good at it. First of all, I decided to put in the bag for the seaside also some garments that could keep us warm, just in case, especially considering the current rainy weather conditions and cold temperatures…which will be perfect for going to the mountains as well… Also, I’m going to prepare all the clothes for the second vacation on the bed before we leave, so that when we get back from the seaside all I will have to do is washing the clothes from the first vacation and stick the warmer clothes that I have already prepared in the luggage. Obviously Nicola is going to complain about me bringing too many things, as usual…you know, I always use the alibi of being blond and suffering from the Marilyn Monroe syndrome… I wish you a great vacation and I want to thank you for being so many and so precious reading my posts! L’ Hotel per il relax perfetto: Hohenwart

Buongiorno love people! Rieccomi qui … perdonate l’assenza, ma tra influenze di Ginevra e mie, feste e festine, qui ci si è un po’persi! Per rimediare, oggi vi porto in una delle Spa resort tra le più grandi d’Europa che si trova a Scena, tra le montagne di Merano, l’ Hohenwart! Per me non si tratta soltanto di una vacanza di relax, bensì di un luogo in cui mi sento proprio come a casa e ora vi racconto perché. Primo: adoro i centri benessere e questo hotel a quattro stelle superior ne ha uno stupendo, secondo: amo mangiare e qui si mangia divinamente, terzo: qui sei coccolato in tutto e per tutto come solo a casa propria appunto. Ci rechiamo in questo albergo da tantissimi anni, ma non mi dimenticherò mai il periodo in cui sono venuta quando è nata Ginevra: era agosto, lei non aveva ancora tre mesi ed io stavo vivendo il mio momento magico da neo mamma, ma allo stesso tempo non dormivo e la stavo allattando giorno e notte ogni tre ore. Ricordo che a chiunque mi parlasse in quel momento, rispondevo a malapena, ero così stanca che riuscivo solo a stare attenta alla mia piccola. Poi Nicola ci ha portato qui e in questo luogo magico sono a dir poco rinata! Per una mamma questo è l’hotel ideale! Ricordo che sono entrata in camera e avevano già preparato tutto: culla, fasciatoio, scalda biberon, bidoncino ermetico per gettare i pannolini … insomma, forse anche più organizzati di casa propria! Per lei, ora che è più grande, ci sono sale gioco e un grande parco! Se si hanno figli più grandi c’è un mini club con tanto di baby sitter disposte a tenerli mentre tu ti rilassi e facendo far loro delle bellissime attività. Noi siamo amici della famiglia titolare dell’hotel, i Mair e di tutto il personale formato da persone fantastiche! Colgo ora l’occasione per ringraziarli della loro ospitalità. Logicamente questo albergo ha un clima caloroso che è ideale anche per le coppie e perché no, anche per i single! Scena è a 10 minuti da Merano e per le amanti dello shopping come me, qui c’è solo l’imbarazzo della scelta. Ci sono boutique e negozi super esclusivi e non mancano Zara e H&M. Inoltre se vuoi berti una buona birra, sei sicuramente nel posto giusto! Insomma, ora vi lascio un po’ di foto che parlano da sole e il link del sito! Good morning love people! I’m back…I apologize for my absence but, between Ginevra’s flues and mine, holidays and such, I kind of lost the track of time! To make up for that today I’m taking you to one of the biggest Spa Resort in Europe located in Scena, between the Merano mountains, the Hohenwart!To me, it is not just a relaxing vacation, but a place where I really feel like home, and here’s why.First: I love wellness centers and in this four star superior Hotel there is an amazing one, second: I love eating and the food here is awesome, third: here you get pampered in every aspect like you would do at home.We have been going to this Hotel for many years but I will never forget the time we came here after Ginevra was born: it was in August, she wasn’t even three months old yet and I was going through that magical moment of a new mom, but at the same time I couldn’t sleep and I had to breast feed day and night, every three hours.I remember that I could barely reply to whoever would talk to me, I was so tired all I could do was looking after my baby.The Nicola took us there and in that magical place I literally revived! For a mom this is the ideal Hotel! I remember entering in our room and they had already prepared everything: cradle, changing table, baby bottle warmer and airtight bin for trashing diapers… maybe even more organized than home! For her, now that she’s bigger, there are playrooms and a big park!For older children there’s a kids club with babysitting service, so they can take care of your babies with awesome activities while you relax. The family that owns the place, the Mairs, and all the fantastic members of the staff are friend of ours! I use this occasion to thank them for their hospitality.Obviously this Hotel has a warm ambiance which is perfect for couples and, why not, also for singles! Scena is 10 minutes from Merano and for those who love shopping, like me, there’s a wealth of choices.There are boutiques and super exclusive stores, as well as Zara and H&M.
