Alta Badia: le Dolomiti a misura di bambino

Di cose belle io e Ginevra ultimamente ne abbiamo fatte, ma lasciatemelo dire….. tra le più divertenti, al primo posto sicuramente, c’è il soggiorno che abbiamo passato in Alta Badia. Chi di voi non conosce le Dolomiti? Pensate che con me e Ginevra è venuta la mia mamma e nonostante lei non sia un’amante della montagna mi ha detto “Nicole non ho mai visto niente di più bello!”. Le Dolomiti sono così: o le ami o le adori! Io e la mia bimba siamo andate a scoprire i parchi in quota dell’Alta Badia che sono estesi su una superficie di 32 Mq, hanno 33 tipologie diverse di attività e per gli amanti delle passeggiate in montagna potete trovare oltre 400 km di sentieri.

Noi siamo stati in due parchi: il primo giorno al Summer Park La Crusc situato sotto il Santa Croce e il secondo giorno il Parco Movimënt al Piz Sorega. Abbiamo soggiornato a La Villa, presso l’hotel La Majun, dove tutte e tre siamo state coccolate e trattate come delle vere principesse.

La mattina seguente siamo risalite in alta quota con l’impianto Santa Croce , che abbiamo raggiunto in pochi minuti di auto. Abbiamo infatti trovato il Summer Park La Crusc, un parco diviso in più punti dove in ognuno c’era un’attività molto divertente.

La prima cosa che abbiamo fatto è stata quello di giocare con il laghetto artificiale che abbiamo trovato, poi ci siamo nascoste dentro alle capanne degli indiani e poi abbiamo conosciuto un drago malvagio sotto una grotta.

Mia madre e Ginevra hanno giocato al tiro al bersaglio, dove il lancio veniva fatto con dei sassi reali e il bersaglio era un albero fatto in legno con dei buchi al suo interno. Ginevra ha giocato in seguito con i Castori di legno e tutti insieme abbiamo persino setacciato l’oro!

La mattinata è passata in modo divertente e veloce. In seguito abbiamo preso la piccola seggiovia che porta alla chiesetta del Santuario di Santa Croce e abbiamo pranzato proprio nel ristoro che si trova lì. Siamo rientrate in hotel molto serene e felici.

Il giorno seguente in auto ci siamo recate a San Cassiano e siamo risalite fino al Piz Sorega: l’entusiasmo di Ginevra nel vedere il Bear Park Piz Sorega è difficile da spiegare! C’erano così tante cose da fare che non sapeva nemmeno lei da dove iniziare!

Il parco situato al Piz Sorega si sviluppa intorno alla scoperta dell’Orso. Ecco che potrete trovare uno spazio con la sabbia dove i vostri bambini potranno scavare e trovare il fossile di un vecchio orso lasciato lì da secoli; entrare dentro la caverna interattiva per scoprire di cosa si nutre un orso, dove dorme e quanto può essere protettivo quando è con il suo cucciolo.

Ma potrete anche giocare con i vostri figli nel percorso dell’acqua, in uno spazio dove c’è una sorta di mini palestra; poi ancora al mini golf e potrete andare in altalena con i vostri figli. Andare a pranzo quel giorno è stata un po’ dura….

Ginevra non voleva più staccarsi da tutti quei giochi … ma alla fine ci siamo riuscite e siamo andate a mangiare! Ci sono varie soluzioni per fare un ottimo pranzo. Una delle migliori è quella di continuare la passeggiate, che dura circa un’ora e mangiare nel rifugio Pralongià . In agosto torneremo in Alta Badia, ma non sappiamo ancora quali nuove avventure ci attendono! E allora possiamo dirvi solo di seguirci, perché vi racconterò tutto il prima possibile! Vi abbraccio.

Me and Ginevra have recently made beautiful things, but let me say … among the most fun, in the first place certainly, there is the time we spent in Alta Badia. Which of you does not know the Dolomites? Do you think that with me and Ginevra, came also my mother, and even though she is not a mountain lover she told me “Nicole I have never seen anything more beautiful!”. My daughter and I went to discover the high-altitude parks. The parks spread over an area of 32 square meters, have 33 different types of activities and for lovers of mountain walks you can find more than 400 km of signposted trails. We stayed in two parks: the first day the Summer Park la Crusc located under the Santa Croce and the second day the Park Movimënt at Piz Sorega. We stayed in La Villa, at the La Majun hotel , where we were pampered and treated like royalty. The following morning we climbed at high altitude at the Santa Croce facilities, which we reached in a few minutes by car. Once arrived at altitude, our amazement was incredible … Ginevra started to jump. In fact, we found a park divided into several points where everyone had a very fun activity. The first thing we did was to play with the artificial lake we found, then we hid inside the Indian huts and then met an evil dragon under a cave. My mother and Ginevra played target shooting, where the throw was made with real stones and the target was a tree made of wood with holes in it. Ginevra played with the wood beavers later and together we even sifted the gold! The morning passed in a fun and fast way. Later we took the small chairlift that leads to the church of the Santa Croce Sanctuary and we had lunch at the restaurant located there. We came back to the hotel very serene and happy. The following day by car we went to San Cassiano and we went up to the Piz Sorega plateau: the enthusiasm of Ginevra in seeing that park is difficult to explain!There were so many things to do that she did not even know where to start! The Moviment park located at Piz Sorega develops around the cave bear discovery.Here you can find a space with sand where your children can dig and find the fossil of a bear left there for centuries; enter the interactive cave to discover what a bear is feeding, where it sleeps and how much it can be protective when it is with its cub. But you can also play with your children in the water path, in a space where there is a sort of mini-gym; then again at the mini golf and you can go swing with your children. Going to lunch that day was a bit ‘hard … .Ginevra no longer wanted to break away from all those games … but in the end we succeeded and we went to eat!There are various solutions to make a great lunch. One of the best is to continue the walks, which lasts about an hour and eat in the Pralongiá hut. In August we will return to Alta Badia, but we still do not know what new adventures await us! So, we can only tell you to follow us, because I will tell you all as soon as possible! I hug you.

Back to school : per ogni materia il suo look

Eccoci qui, pronte a ripartire care mamme! Il tanto atteso BACK TO SCHOOL sta arrivando. Avete passato bene le vacanze? Vi siete godute i vostri figli a dovere? Ormai ci siamo: è arrivata l’ora di lasciarli andare e loro, pronti o quasi, come tanti soldatini entreranno nella loro classi e fino a giugno dell’anno prossimo saranno impegnatissimi, come solo le scuole italiane li sanno tenere a studiare sui loro libri! Questo è sempre un momento importante sia per loro che per noi mamme. Diciamoci la verità, perché in fondo l’inizio dell’anno scolastico è un po’ come azzerare ogni cosa e ripartire. La scuola per noi genitori e per i ragazzi scandisce un po’ l’andamento del tempo dell’anno e quindi eccoci qui a parlare di una cosa altrettanto importante: come vestire i nostri figli!Beh Ginevra sarebbe sempre in gonna! Se fosse per lei andrebbe a scuola in gonna e ballerine ogni giorno! SIMONETTA

Mi sono innamorata di questo total look, perché lo trovo aggiornato e veloce grazie ai suoi tessuti in jersey e dai colori azzeccati per un BACK TO SCHOOL grintoso, ma senza eccedere. Il secondo look che mi è piaciuto subito è stato quello dell’abbinamento gonna-felpa. Se poi la gonna è quella a ruota, allora il look è quello perfetto! Primo perché lo stile anni 50 è tornato molto di moda e poi perché con questo tipologia le vostre bimbe potranno tranquillamente muoversi senza nessun tipo di problema. La gonna di Simonetta mi è piaciuta molto anche per le sue stampe, che richiamano la t-shirts nera ma stando sul colore del rosso. Ricordiamo che il rosso è il colore must have di questo inverno! Se dovessi giocare con la fantasia e pensare ad una materia scolastica che mi ricorda il BACK TO SCHOOL di Simonetta e allora penserei di certo all’italiano !

TWINSET

Twinset ci ha abituato al suo incantevole charme, ma manda a scuola una bambina che vuole essere “giusta” e allo stesso tempo comoda (come piace a me) . Il primo look che ho scelto è una felpa abito con cappuccio, (non so voi care mamme ma io da ragazzina ci andavo matta!). Bella l’idea di un ricambio a quadro, altro must have di questa stagione e ciò che comunica una bambina quando veste questo look è molto chiaro, basta leggerlo! Per Twinset ho scelto ancora un’altro abito perché le nostre figlie vogliono vestirsi un po’ più eleganti a volte, ed eccole accontentate! Un abito a fiori tutto a pieghe e con un ricamo infondo alla gonna e nei polsini che rende tutto ancora più chic! L’idea dei fiori mi è piaciuta, altra stampa che troveremo in questa stagione! Ci abbiniamo anche per questi look una materia? Che dite la della storia ?

LANVIN

Per Lanvin ho scelto un total look bianco e nero con i fiori che trovo pulito, ordinato e perfetto per una bambina che vuole rientrare a scuola e avere quell’aria di chi si impegnerà a fondo! Seriosa ma con uno stile senza dubbio elegante: il BACK TO SCHOOL di Lanvin ha fatto centro per aver racchiuso tutto ciò che comunica oggi la moda e il bisogno che una mamma ha di vestire una bambina esigente, come solo le nostre figlie lo sanno essere oggi. La matematica è sicuramente la materia da abbinare

Se è il denim che si cerca e noi mamme ne abbiamo bisogno come il pane, i nostri figli lo amano più della cioccolata, allora è Vingino il brand giusto per un BACK TO SCHOOL perfetto! Il bambino Vingino è un bimbo vivace, che non si ferma mai e se dovessi pensare ad una materia scolastica penserei alla geografia! Per quanto riguarda i look che ho scelto, il quadro da quel giusto tono di seriosità ad entrambi e noi mamme amiamo che i nostri figli abbiano almeno quando vanno a scuola quell’aria! Non importa se poi ne combinano d’ogni……….quello è un segreto che dobbiamo tenere per noi! Ma è grazie agli sbuffi nel caso del primo vestito e al sembrare una salopette del secondo, che ci porta ad avere un look smart e posso dire….. Super fashion! I colori sono in piena tendenza e le vostre figlie pronte e vestite per tornare a scuola! In questo caso qual’è la materia che associamo a questo look? Io direi il francese !

Twinset has become accustomed to his charming charm, but sends to school a little girl who wants to be “right” and at the same time comfortable (as he likes me). The first look I chose is a hooded sweatshirt, (I don’t know you moms, but as a kid, I went mad!).Beautiful the idea of a spare part, another must have of this season and what a little girl communicates when wearing this look is very clear, just read it!For Twinset I chose another dress because our daughters want to dress a little more elegant at times, and here they are satisfied!A floral dress with pleats and embroidery on the skirt and cuffs that makes it all the more chic! The idea of the flowers I liked, other press we will find this season! Do we also combine for these looks with a matter? What about history?

For Lanvin I chose a black and white total look with the flowers that I find clean, tidy and perfect for a little girl who wants to go back to school and have the air of those who will work hard!Seriously but with no doubt elegant style: Lanvin BACK TO SCHOOL has centered on enclosing everything that today communicates the fashion and the need that a mother has to dress a demanding little girl as our daughters know it today . Le Enchantimals : le dolls che hanno i valori in cui crediamo noi mamme

Quando Ginevra, lo scorso 20 maggio ha compiuto 5 anni, ho pubblicato un post scrivendo una frase che lei dice spesso quando si presenta: sono Ginevra, ballerina, fata dei boschi e proteggo la natura dal male. E’ pazzesco come sia così attenta a tutto ciò che abbiamo intorno: adora i boschi, le montagne, il mare e soprattutto ogni forma di animale. Io sono cresciuta in Svizzera, in mezzo alla natura e agli animali con un’educazione fondata fin dai primi anni sul rispetto completo per il nostro ecosistema, ma di certo lei no, forse in qualche modo quest’amore gliel’ho trasmesso attraverso ciò che sono io. Il mio è un lavoro “particolare” e spesso lei è con me in un mondo fatto di moda e tanta apparenza… Dentro questo ambiente che può sembrare frivolo, io non perdo mai di vista chi sono realmente e soprattutto so definire un confine marcato tra il lavoro e la vita privata. Più che una mamma super fashion, sono una persona molto semplice che vive per sua figlia e che segue anche l’attività del proprio compagno. Certo, scrivo spesso di moda, beauty, viaggi, ma poi Ginevra ed io conduciamo una vita distante km da questo mondo. Sono molto felice di far crescere Ginevra in un paesino veneto lontano dalla città e in mezzo alla natura. I nostri pomeriggi sono puro divertimento al parco giochi ai piedi di una montagna oppure lunghe camminate tra colline o boschi ed ovviamente la scelta dei giochi è molto condizionata dal nostro stile di vita reale. Quando ho saputo che Mattel stava per lanciare una linea dolls, mi sono subito interessata per capire se fossero adatte per Ginevra. Le Enchantimals sono una nuova linea di bambole che nasce con un focus importante: l’amicizia e l’amore per gli animali. Ogni doll quindi è legata ad un animaletto e crede nel valore dell’ amicizia. La loro missione è custodire e proteggere la foresta incantata. Io per prima mi sono innamorata di queste bamboline bellissime e colorate e in questi pomeriggi, Ginevra passa ore in loro compagnia a giocare immersa in chissà quale mondo magico. Infatti spesso quando scendiamo in giardino porta con sé le sue bambole adorate e in un attimo siamo in mondo colorato. Taylee la tartaruga con la sua super bicicletta corre veloce dalle sue amiche, mentre Felicity coccola la sua piccola volpe. Tutti i personaggi della foresta non vedono l’ora di incontrarsi per vivere una nuova avventura: Patter e il suo pavone Flap stanno attendendo Bree con il suo coniglietto Twist. Queste fantastiche amiche sono così unite da fare sempre tutto insieme! Anche questa volta si ritrovano per una missione segreta: proteggere la foresta incantata dalla “GRANDE CASTAGNA” (non fatemi domande perché la storia è stata inventata da Ginevra).Grande Castagna ha una missione malefica: vuole spegnere tutti i colori della foresta e portare tristezza in tutti i suoi abitanti. Le Enchantimals capiscono che solo la loro amicizia può salvare la foresta: decidono di piantare moltissimi fiori e di prendersene cura insieme. Piantano i semi, annaffiano le piantine, si occupano di liberarle dall’ erbaccia perché crescano meglio… Grazie al lavoro di tutte, il bosco si riempie di mille colori e profumi e così fallisce il piano di Grande Castagna.Per fortuna, l’amicizia e l’amore per la natura vincono sempre! E siamo già pronte per vivere un’altra bellissima avventura .

When Ginevra, on May 20, is 5 years old, I posted a post writing a phrase she often says: I am Ginevra, ballerina, fairy of the woods and I protect nature from evil. A parlare di Natale non mi stanco mai……sarà che lo amo moltissimo ? Credo di sì . Vi ho lasciato pochi giorni fa con due regali per Ginevra da scoprire , ed ora eccomi di nuovo qui! Dicevamo appunto che quest’anno “Babbo Natale” ha scelto di comprare i regali per la mia bimba da Imaginarium.it , un sito web a cui ormai mi affido per fare i miei acquisti per lei e anche per altri suoi amichetti.
La volta scorsa vi ho parlato della pianola e del cofanetto con dentro i trucchi, mentre questa volta i regali scelti saranno ovviamente altri. Ginevra adora cucinare insieme a me e infatti ha già imparato a fare la frittata da sola! Logicamente io devo essere presente, starle dietro e oltretutto avere 1000 occhi, ma lei da brava bimba sa già tutti gli ingredienti e poi è una bravissima “mescolatrice”, si dice così?!! Allora ho pensato proprio che era arrivato il momento di comprarle la sua prima cucina. Ho scelto un angolo bellissimo fatto in legno , non è adorabile? Lei l’altro giorno me l’ha anche chiesta in verità e mi ha detto che se Babbo Natale le portasse la cucina, la piacerebbe metterla proprio vicino a dove cucino io. Giusto perché era l’unico angolo della casa sempre in ordine!!! Per quanto riguarda il secondo regalo invece, ho pensato alla sua mania del canto e mi sono ritrovata a scegliere tra moltissime cose fino a quando mi sono soffermata su un karaoke, quanti ricordi! Vi ricordate quando portavamo tutti i jeans colorati, la giacca era il bomber e Fiorello aveva il codino? Eh sì erano gli anni novanta, che tempi! Ho deciso di acquistare per lei un bel karaoke e non si sa mai che faremo delle belle cantate insieme … Ora vi lascio e vi abbraccio.

Dopo capricci e sonno, è d’obbligo affrontare l’argomento che sta alla base di tutta la questione educativa…..le REGOLE e soprattutto come farle rispettare ai nostri adorati bambini. Spesso sentiamo dire che i tempi sono cambiati, che i nostri genitori sapevano farsi rispettare mentre noi oggi facciamo molta più fatica ad ottenere il rispetto dei nostri figli! Consideriamo anche che siamo in un’epoca in cui quasi tutte le mamme lavorano (per diletto o per necessità) e il senso di colpa nei confronti dei figli, regna ahimè sovrano!!!Questo senso di colpa, ci spinge a volte a compiere errori nel tentativo di “farci perdonare” la mancata partecipazione ad ogni attimo della vita dei nostri figli (sopperire alle mancanze con regali o vizi non aiuta!)Proprio per questo motivo credo molto nelle regole perchè aiutano a mettere un po’ di ordine nella vita che conduciamo e soprattutto ci danno una direzione.Acquisire delle regole serve quindi a diventare delle persone adulte autonome e indipendenti. Perchè questo sia possibile, i bambini hanno bisogno sia di affetto e amore, sia di educazione e regole. Poichè credo che nessuna di noi sia dotata di “bacchetta magica” (oserei dire…….magari l’avessimo!) e tanto meno credo che nessuna abbia in borsa un libro di ricette miracolose (altrimenti siete gentilmente pregate di farne subito un numero infinito di copie!!!), cerchiamo di capire quali possono essere dei suggerimenti utili, per aiutare noi genitori ad esercitare un’autorità equilibrata ed efficace, non dimenticando mai che i principi della buona educazione sono ancora: amore, poche regole chiare e indiscutibili e coerenza. Le regole devono essere poche per non confondere il bambino e perché le regole davvero importanti nella vita non sono tante.Le regole devono essere chiare: soprattutto a noi stessi, altrimenti non riusciremo a farle rispettare e creeremmo tanta confusione.Le regole devono essere positive: istituire una regola in positivo incoraggia il bambino e un bambino, incoraggiato e gratificato, sarà più propenso a rispettarla sempre.Le regole devono essere realizzabili: porre degli obiettivi irraggiungibili crea frustrazioni immense, quindi meglio regole semplicemente attuabili, che rendano soddisfatti tutti quanti.Le regole devono essere rispettate prima di tutto da noi: offritevi ai vostri bambini come esempio. Se dovete fare delle eccezioni (ci sono regole che valgono solo per i piccoli e non per gli adulti) giustificate sempre al bambino il perché voi potete fare una cosa e lui no!Siate autorevoli e non autoritari o permissivi: le regole sono fondamentali! Educare vuol dire condurre, guidare, Se manca il punto di riferimento il bambino rischia di perdersi.Un bambino che cresce rispettando poche regole (giuste), sarà un adulto che rispetterà le poche regole sociali del vivere civile.E voi? Come fate a far rispettare le regole a casa vostra? Quali sono i vostri piccoli stratagemmi che utilizzate?

L’autunno è arrivato e anno dopo anno mi sembra che entri in punta dei piedi, dolcemente e regalando sempre un calore tenue e colori semplicemente meravigliosi. A tratti si trasforma in una stagione pazzerella, la temperatura mite si trasforma improvvisamente in gelo artico e poi torna di nuovo a regalare calore… e allora come vestirci ? Ma soprattutto, come dobbiamo vestire i nostri bambini ? Io vesto Ginny come me, ossia…A cipolla! T-shirt manica lunga e golfino, un pantalone o una gonna. Solitamente con la gonna le faccio indossare le calze facili da levare se la temperatura si alza. Vi ricordate che vi avevo raccontato di averle comprato online abbigliamento sfizioso, firmato Sarabanda ? Ecco, oggi volevo mostrarvi la mia scelta per lei! Sì, l’ho vestita proprio a cipolla. Vi piace ? Adoro il blu e le righe e poi non è meraviglioso quel cappottino con quel gusto un po’ retrò ?!! Mi sono fatta prendere così tanto la mano che le ho comprato anche un pellicciotto ecologico stupendo ! Cosa volete che vi dica, adoro fare shopping per lei… Fatemi sapere come state e cosa fate indossare in questo dolce autunno ai vostri figli. Vi abbraccio.

Buongiorno People love il Natale è alle porte… E allora non resta che farvi tanti auguri. Auguri di cuore a tutte le persone che mi hanno letta in questi mesi, siete tantissime e numerosissime è stata una sorpresa non pensavo mai.Alle persone che in meno di tre mesi hanno voluto fare parte del progetto di questo blog e che ci credono come me. Auguri di un sereno Natale a tutte le famiglie che mi seguono e soprattutto a tutte alle mamme… Ai ragazzi giovani e a quelli meno.
