Mulino Bianco: un Tour nella totale trasparenza

Emozionata e felice come una bambina sono partita ieri mattina alla volta di Genova per scoprire il buonissimo mondo Mulino Bianco…il mondo che mi riporta all’ infanzia, alle colazioni e alle merende con i miei 4 fratelli. Senza alcuna perplessità oggi scelgo ancora Mulino Bianco per mia figlia, che detto tra noi, ha un debole per i Baiocchi (e pure sua madre, non ditelo a nessuno !). Ho ritrovato Genova come sempre molto elegante; una città in continua evoluzione e costante movimento e non a caso è stata scelta come la prima città a battezzare questo nuovo tour, partito ieri e che fino ad ottobre toccherà altre 6 bellissime città italiane. Ed eccomi qui, a raccontarvi la mia experience in questo magico mondo dall’hashtag: #PERDARTILMEGLIO, cosa si può desiderare di più? Il tour si basa sui principi della buona nutrizione e ha lo scopo di insegnare a leggere correttamente le etichette presenti sulle confezioni dei prodotti, a conoscere l’origine e gli usi degli ingredienti e a far scoprire piccoli segreti per rispettare l’ambiente. L’evento si svolge in un bellissimo e inconfondibile Mulino, decisamente tecnologico già dall’ingresso…le entrate di noi ospiti vengono infatti gestite da un APP con QRcode per chi è già registrato o da una Microsoft surface per registrarsi al momento. Ad accogliere gli ospiti sono proprio i testimonial del brand Emma (Nicole Grimaudo) e Giovanni (Giorgio Pasotti) con un bellissimo video in dimensioni reali. Il Tour all’interno del Mulino Bianco è suddiviso in attività di edutainment su display touch screen e tanti contenuti informativi. Il percorso formato da 6 tappe porta alla scoperta delle materie prime di qualità basandosi sull’attenzione delle esigenze alimentari, sulla tutela della natura attraverso piccoli accorgimenti come il riciclo e il risparmio, sul benessere degli animali e sull’importanza di una lavorazione trasparente e controllata. Nella prima tappa “la Dispensa del Mulino Gioca e Crea”, mi sono divertita a scoprire le caratteristiche degli ingredienti che vengono maggiormente utilizzati nei prodotti Mulino Bianco; nella seconda “ la Buona Nutrizione”, ho scelto alcuni ingredienti tramite il monitor touch e ho scoperto in quali prodotti sono contenuti. Al terzo step “la Finestra sul Mulino“ mi è stato richiesto di indovinare, estraendo delle carte interattive a random quali ingredienti contenessero un determinato prodotto. Secondo voi quanti ne ho indovinati al primo colpo? A mano a mano che indovinavo e posizionavo correttamente gli ingredienti ho completato l’immagine di un biscotto e ho cominciato a percepire un certo languorino, tanto d’aver voglia di entrare di corsa all’interno della grafica! A seguire ”La Colonna delle Idee”: la memoria, si sa, non è il mio forte ma mi sono messa in gioco. Il game interattivo mi richiedeva di memorizzare i prodotti che soddisfanno il fabbisogno energetico giornaliero e di riprodurli nell’ordine giusto. Me la sono cavata, anche perché sono decisamente in linea con l’impegno di Mulino Bianco verso la nutrizione.” I Luoghi del Sapere”, nome della quinta tappa, ti portano direttamente all’interno nel reale stabilimento, tramite un videowall, per farti scoprire come nasce un prodotto. 4 le postazioni animate e un sacco di elementi iconici corrispondenti alle 4aree di responsabilità sociale dell’azienda. 4 come le pale eoliche che corrispondono all’energia rinnovabile, il sole al risparmio energetico, il mulino al riciclo, le galline e le mucche sotto tetto al benessere degli animali. Il tutto accompagnato con il rilascio progressivo d’informazioni sotto forma di pop-up sullo schermo. La sesta e ultima tappa è il “Mulino Social”, finalmente la mia, dove scattare e condividere la gioia che solo i cibi sani possono dare. Il tour è durato circa 50 minuti ed è stato molto divertente tanto che avrei voluto condividerlo con la mia famiglia. Voi potrete ancora farlo a Genova fino a domenica 22 aprile. The tour is based on the principles of good nutrition and aims to teach you to read correctly the labels on the product packaging, to know the origin and uses of the ingredients and to discover small secrets to respect the environment. The event takes place in a beautiful and unmistakable Mill, decidedly technological since the entrance… the income of the guests are in fact managed by an APP with QRcode for those already registered or by a Microsoft surface to register at the moment. To welcome guests are the testimonials of the brand Emma (Nicole Grimaudo) and Giovanni (Giorgio Pasotti), with a beautiful video in real size.The Tour inside the Mulino Bianco is divided into entertainment activities on touch screen displays and various information contents. The route consists of 6 stages, leads to the discovery of quality raw materials, based on the attention of food needs, the protection of nature through small measures such as recycling and saving, on the welfare of animals and the importance of transparent processing and controlled.In the first stage “The mill dispensation: play and create”, I had fun discovering the characteristics of the ingredients that are most used in Mulino Bianco products; in the second “Good Nutrition”, I chose some ingredients through the touch monitor and I discovered in which products they are contained.At the third step “The window on the Mill” I was asked to guess, extracting interactive random cards, which ingredients contained a certain product. How do you think I guess at the first shot?!! As soon as I guessed and positioned the ingredients correctly I completed the image of a biscuit and I began to feel a certain languor, so much to desire to enter the race within the graphics! Following ” The column of ideas” … .memory, you know, is not my best side but I got involved. The interactive game required me to memorize the products that meet the daily energy requirements and to reproduce them in the right order.In “Places of Knowledge”, the name of the fifth stage, they take you directly inside the real estate, through a videowall, to let you discover how a product is born. 4 animated locations and a lot of iconic elements corresponding to the 4 areas of social responsibility of the company. 4 like the wind turbines that correspond to renewable energy, the sun to energy savings, the mill to recycling, the hens and cows under the roof to the welfare of the animals. Acquario di Genova un sogno per adulti e bambini

Ho ancora negli occhi il colore azzurro, sulla pelle la meravigliosa sensazione provata di fronte alle vasche abitate da pesci e mammiferi nello strepitoso Acquario di Genova. E’ già un ricordo indelebile nel cuore. Quando mai avrei pensato di poter dormire di fronte ad una vasca piena di squali e di farlo con mia figlia tra le braccia? E’ stata un’esperienza unica. Prima di viverla avevo indubbiamente dei timori. Avevo creduto di non riuscire a dormire, invece l’andamento continuo e sinuoso degli squali mi hanno regalato una sensazione di pace e rilassamento al punto di riuscire a dormire benissimo. Credevo che Ginevra avesse delle paure, ma non ne ha avuto neppure il tempo. Appena entrati all’ interno della struttura lei e le altre bambine hanno fatto una gita con la guida ed è tornata da me che sapeva già i nomi di parecchi pesci e diceva di aver fatto amicizia con gli squali. E’ stato tutto come in un sogno. Ci hanno raccontato che gli squali possono vivere fino a 80 anni, che continuano a muoversi perché in quel modo respirano e che quando riposano il loro andamento è più lento, ma tengono sempre gli occhi aperti e non raggiungono mai il sonno profondo. Noi, appiccicati al vetro a bocca aperta, li abbiamo osservati per ore. Nel pensiero comune sono animali feroci in grado di sbranare un uomo, ma io non sono riuscita a vederli in questo modo. Credo siano animali senza la facoltà di comprendere che cosa sia il pericolo e cosa non lo sia, ma per proteggere se stessi e i loro cuccioli possano essere in grado di fare qualsiasi cosa. Gli squali, come tutti gli altri animali sulla terra, hanno bisogno di rispetto. Ma questa è semplicemente una mia sensazione.L’Acquario si trova all’interno del porto di Genova, circondato da barche e sullo sfondo un paesaggio collinare ricco di case e palazzi storici. Una storicità, tra l’altro che si respira: Genova, insieme a Napoli è stato tra i porti più importanti al mondo nei secoli scorsi. Se come me amate la storia, poco più in là rispetto all’Acquario potete trovare il Galata, l’interessante museo del mare dove vi sarà raccontato la storia del porto da quando è nata la Repubblica di Genova ad oggi. Tornando all’Acquario, sabato mattina abbiamo conosciuto le foche e il nuovo cucciolo che è ormai già famoso perché sul sito ufficiale e sui social l’Acquario aveva creato un concorso per trovargli un nome. Un concorso che in collaborazione con l’Alpitur ha messo in palio un viaggio in Lapponia di 4 giorni, vinto poi da una signora che ha votato per prima il nome Baffo! Questo bellissimo cucciolo è nato il 5 luglio scorso e a tre mesi dalla sua nascita ora è ufficialmente svezzato. Il “piccolo” mangia più di un 1 kg di pesce al giorno e pesa 25 kg. Baffo è un cucciolo magnetico, curioso e dolce: appena lo vedi te ne innamori. Abbiamo assistito al suo battesimo e Ginevra era molto emozionata! La guida ci ha poi accompagnato a vedere i delfini, mammiferi notoriamente molto intelligenti che vivono circa 40 anni e sembrano animali magici. Appena le bambine si sono avvicinate al vetro delle loro vasca, i delfini si sono diretti verso di loro: è incredibile come nell’immediato abbiano iniziato a comunicare. Ginevra mi ha addirittura detto che capiva perfettamente cosa le stavano dicendo. Sono rimasta in silenzio ad osservare: pazzesca la naturalezza in cui il mondo delfino e il mondo bambino si stavano incontrando. Ma non è finita qui! All’Acquario di Genova sono nati anche dei simpatici pinguini e a battezzarli sono stati chiamati tre padrini d’eccezione: Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo che durante i festeggiamenti del pomeriggio hanno inviato un simpaticissimo video messaggio. Che dirvi si più? Andate a visitare l’Acquario di Genova, portateci i vostri figli, prendetevi il tempo per perdervi all’interno di questo magico mondo e scoprire quali sono gli animali che vivono in fondo ai nostro mare: non ve ne pentirete. Voglio ringraziare tutto lo staff dell’Acquario, Barbara, la responsabile del progetto #cuccioliacquario, le mamme blogger e le loro meravigliose bambine. Semplicemente grazie.

Acquario di Genova : io e Ginevra dormiremo con gli squali

Buongiorno amici, come state ? Ieri pomeriggio ho raccontato a Ginevra cosa faremo venerdì sera e siccome è stato molto divertente, colgo l’occasione per raccontarlo anche a voi..Io e Ginevra siamo state invitate con altre mamme Influecer, all’ Acquario di Genova al progetto #cuccioliacquario (l’hashtag ufficiale). Ma di cosa si tratta esattamente?

Dormiremo insieme con le altre mamme e i loro figli di fronte alla vasca degli squali! Pazzesco. Non è emozionante? Io non vedo l’ora, perchè sono sicura che sarà una bellissima esperienza! Andremo a scoprire il mondo marino attraverso le similitudini con il mondo umano, osservando le stesse cose che abbiamo vissuto con i nostri figli come: l’allattamento , lo svezzamento, l’accudimento e il primo allontanamento dalla mamma. Vi prometto che nei miei social vi racconterò tutto e soprattutto vi aggiornerò su come Ginevra reagirà a livello emozionale a tutte le varie esperienze che avremo la possibilità di vivere. Oltre a dormire di fronte alla vasca degli squali, ai nostri bambini verrà spiegato il rapporto mamma-cucciolo squalo e verrà fatto capire loro che questi animali descritti sempre e solo dall’immaginario collettivo, come feroci e pericolosi, hanno in realtà una natura buona di fronte ai loro simili e ai loro cuccioli. Nella giornata seguente invece, siamo state invitate al battesimo di un cucciolo di foca. Posso solo immaginare quanto Ginevra sarà felice.Per iniziare il discorso con mia figlia le ho chiesto che cosa conoscesse del mondo marino e la sua risposta è stata immediata e spontanea come sempre: “Mamma io conosco le sirene e poi c’è Nemo, mamma dai non te lo ricordi?”.L’ho guardata e le ho sorriso, Ginevra ha 4 anni e nonostante passi la sua estate al mare e io ore a spiegarle i nomi dei pesci e mammiferi che vivono in fondo al mare, la sua fantasia e i cartoni animati preferiti prevalgono quasi sempre. Però poi mi ha anche detto che lei conosce molti pesci e anche i granchi e alla domanda che cosa pensasse dello squalo, è stata assai esplicita…… si è chiusa verso se stessa con le braccia, si è spostata e mi ha detto: “Mi fa paura mamma”.Le ho spiegato che andremo a dormire di fronte ad una vasca con gli squali e lei è rimasta di sasso, ma quando ha compreso che dalle vasche gli squali non sarebbero mai usciti, beh allora si è calmata e mi ha detto che non vedeva l’ora di conoscere gli altri bambini che sarebbero stati con lei durante questa esperienza. Ne vedremo delle belle! Non vedo veramente l’ora di vivermi a pieno questa nuova avventura con la mia bimba, perché so che le servirà per tutta la sua vita. Voglio ricordarvi che questo tipologia di esperienze rientra in un’attività che l’Acquario di Genova fornisce per prassi alle famiglie e ai loro figli oppure alle scuole che lo richiedono.
