Volersi bene significa prendersi il giusto tempo per coltivare delle buone abitudini che ci facciano sentire pronte ad affrontare ogni giornata, anche la più difficile, nel modo migliore. Per me una corretta alimentazione è fondamentale e in questi giorni, infatti per prepararmi all’estate ho curato il mio benessere psico-fisico con lo Shock Box di Formula 12, un protocollo alimentare della durata di 14 giorni. Grazie a questo non solo i miei pasti sono stati sani e bilanciati, ma ho potuto ricevere la consulenza gratuita di un nutrizionista che ha risposto ad ogni mio dubbio.

Buon week-end a tutti, come state? Oggi è sabato e quindi possiamo prenderci la libertà di rilassarci e andare sino in Puglia, ci venite con me? A fare che, direte voi..
