For each child the father is the most important man in the world, and let’s face it, who has not loved to madness your father? While I am looking for a nice article to be written for this event I thought about how much my father left me in and how his behavior towards me in a profound way, has contributed to my life choices. Mom is mom, but for every girl dad is the first true love. No coincidence that I chose a man who in some ways is very similar to my father, you know, and I’ve told several times: my father died of malaria in 2008, and I met Nicola exactly one year later. Nicola looks a lot like my father: a man full of attentions for Ginevra that is able to make her do anything, have a unique harmony and sometimes even think he’s smaller than her: hear them play together in the evening is very fun.As I tried to write an article that was worthy of this party I found data that I wanted to bring back, retrieved from very significant interview about it. Were interviewed 500 Dad with underage daughters and were detected 20 issues in which these dads have become good after living this experience. This research was made by Isabel Ferrer, EMEA Marketing Director of the Barbie brand that has added, in addition to the results, which dads learn from their own daughters how important do everything for them.Dads coexist better with the concept of not conform to stereotypes, accepting more easily for example that girls like to play football or climb a tree. Dads pose far fewer limits and are very good to paint the face of their daughters with colors or tricks without worrying glitter are going to use.Fathers of doughter know how to fasten a ballet shoe and know what a twirl. Research has shown that 73% of fathers teach their daughters the kindness and courage and in 52% of cases they say that they can be anything they want. 65% teach them prepare for the future and encourages them and 42% teach the practicality. The father now loves to play in the enchanted world of his daughter and loves even leave free to make their own mistakes.Dad 9 in 10 think that encourage their daughters to become strong women is of the utmost importance. It ‘been approved by some of the Wake Forest University study that girls who have more confidence in themselves and in their abilities, are those who from birth had a loving relationship with his father. The top 20 things that fathers can learn with their daughters:

1. How to make her feel special

2. Know what a twirl

3. How perfectly cuddle

4. like playing with dolls

5. Know what color matching is important

6. Even girls like to get dirty

7. How to dance with her on your feet

8. how to make plait

9. The sequins may end up everywhere

10. How to dance

11. Know which kind of objects can turn into a perfect microphone popstar

12. Skate

13. How to do everything better

14. How do cartwheels

15. How to ice skate

16. How to stop a nightmare

17. How to paint your face

18. Even the girls want to learn how to build a shelter and to climb trees

19. Even the girls play soccer

20. Fasten your dancing shoes

In questi giorni Ginevra ha avuto tosse e raffreddore forte e poi mi ha attaccato tutto, come stiamo ora? Lei balla e canta e io sotto antibiotici…

Ti adoriamo….

Hello my friends, how are you? These last days Ginevra has been fighting a bad cold and cough and I ended up catching everything as well! The current situation is: she’s perfectly fine, dancing and singing around. Myself, I’m on antibiotics…oh well! But today I felt like writing something because, besides being father’s day, it is also my mom’s birthday! I wrote this a hundred times, my dad is not with us anymore and I miss him so much, but his loss taught me a lot: I learnt to enjoy my time more, never to give things for granted and to love my loved ones deeper! Today I want to thank my father for giving me this last lesson, and my best wishes go to my mother. She taught me what a mom is willing to do for the sake of her children. There are a lot of moms out there, but not all of them would make certain choices only for her child, and my mom was able to do so! She put up with a lot of pain, but for us she always gave her best! I wish I had half of her strength… Thank you mom and happy birthday! And last but not least, today is also the day of my little Ginevra’s father! What could I say…I don’t exactly love to share my feelings for him on my blog or on the media, I found it quite childish. But Nicola is a great father, that kind of father who gets emotional every time he looks in her daughter’s eyes, he never misses to sit at the table for dinner with her and kiss her goodnight! He keeps mommy calm every time I would get crazy over whatever little thing might have happened to Ginevra, and for Ginevra he spent more than one night awake… He’s that kind of father who would take her daughter everywhere in the world since the day she was born: to the beach, to the mountains, in the car, on a plane, wherever and whenever! He plays with her in a way that I could never replace and tells he things that would never be able to explain to her, he takes her to the pool and lets her swim without her water wings (which literally freaks me out!). He lets her jump on our bed but he also knows how to scold her better than I do when it is necessary! He tells me not to give her too many sweets but then he gets her all the candy she wants, he complains because she still won’t sleep in her bed but then he never wants to take her away from in between us (hopefully by the time she’ll go to college we’ll have managed to have her sleep in her room!). He’s always there, day and night, he loves his women and he puts so much effort in doing everything he can for us!

Happy father’s day daddy Nicola, we love you!
