1.Grazie Paolo per l’ intervista, possiamo partire dall’inizio? Ci vuoi raccontare come nasce la Better Silver?

Better Silver nasce nel 1977 nel garage di casa nostra. Mio padre allora trentenne decise di iniziare questa avventura producendo alcune catene in argento senza grandi mezzi ma con molto entusiasmo. Dopo i primi 10 anni passati a lavorare con il mercato interno facendo il terzista per altre aziende, alla fine degli anni ’80 ha cominciato a vendere direttamente collane e bracciali negli Stati Uniti e questo ha rappresentato un grande volano per la crescita di Better Silver.

2. Tu e tuo fratello Andrea Bettinardi da quanto lavorate in azienda ?

Siamo entrati circa 15 anni fa con differenti ruoli. Io mi occupo dell’aspetto commerciale e marketing, mentre Andrea del complesso mondo della produzione e dello sviluppo prodotto.

3. La Better Silver è tra le prime aziende in Europa , quanto è stato importante collocarsi fuori dall’ Italia prima che la crisi arrivasse ?

Fondamentale anche se l’estero presenta comunque delle difficoltà. Noi lavoriamo con oltre 80 Paesi nel mondo e ogni anno ci sono tensioni nei mercati internazionali che influenzano negativamente l’andamento delle vendite. Pensa ad esempio al mercato russo, completamente bloccato in questi ultimi 2 anni.

 4. Il mercato Italiano è in ripresa nel vostro settore ?

Presenta ancora delle criticità, ma anche qui come in qualsiasi altro mercato vengono apprezzati prodotti innovativi, raffinati e accessibili. Noi stiamo crescendo.

 5. Quanto è importante oggi il mondo digitale per un’azienda come la vostra ?

Per noi è LO STRUMENTO per eccellenza attraverso il quale comunichiamo i nostri valori e il nostro brand. Si ha la possibilità di dialogare direttamente con una clientela targettizzata ed interessata ai nostri prodotti senza disperdere risorse importanti. Siamo molto social.

6. Nasce il vostro brand Roma1947: ci vuoi raccontare da che idea ?

Da anni lavoriamo per i maggiori brand del nostro settore, avevamo quindi voglia di esprimere il nostro know how uscendo con un nostro marchio. Abbiamo messo assieme le nostre capacità e le nostre risorse per creare un brand i cui prodotti fossero di alta qualità, stile, ma allo stesso tempo accessibili. Il nome Roma 1947 nasce da un’emozione provata quando abbiamo ritrovato un vecchio album fotografico di famiglia dove i nostri nonni all’epoca ventenni erano in viaggio di nozze a Roma. Quelle foto in bianco e nero dal fascino indiscutibile e ingiallite dal tempo ci parlano delle nostre origini e di un Italia che aimè non c’è più.  Una di queste foto davanti alla fontana di Trevi, portava impresse un luogo e una data Roma 1947… E’ un omaggio alla Dolce Vita, un periodo iconico della nostra storia, carico di charme, eleganza e spensieratezza.

 8. Il cliente ideale di Roma 1947 qual è?

 E’ una donna a cui piace coccolarsi indossando un gioiello di pregiata manifattura, lavorato a mano e dotato di grande personalità. Abbiamo 18 linee diverse declinate in 3 collezioni Origini, Desideri e Segreti. Ognuna da scoprire e ognuna dotata di una propria identità. Diciamo un gioiello per molte, ma non per tutte.

 9. Siete riusciti a trovare un equilibrio perfetto tra tradizione artigianale e innovazione tecnologica, come ci siete riusciti?

 Queste sono le 2 anime della nostra azienda e penso siano tra le chiavi del successo che Roma 1947 sta avendo.L’artigianalità rende ogni pezzo unico, l’innovazione ti permette di rendere i gioielli accessibili al grande pubblico.

 10. Ci sono progetti futuri che puoi svelarci ?

Abbiamo molti progetti in essere, stiamo già lavorando alle nuove collezioni primavera/estate 2017 e durante l’estate organizzeremo degli eventi a tema in collaborazione con vari locali che sposano il nostro mood. 1. Thank s Paolo for the interview, we can start from the beginning? Could you tell us how did the Better Silver? Better Silver was born in 1977 in the garage of our house. My father then thirty decided to start this adventure producing some silver chains with little means but with great enthusiasm. After the first 10 years of working with the internal market by the subcontractor for other companies, in the late 80s began to sell directly necklaces and bracelets in the US and this has been a major driving force for the growth of Better Silver.

2. We and your brother Andrea Bettinardi how you work in the company? We have entered about 15 years ago with different roles. I take care of the commercial aspect I and marketing, while Andrea of ​​the complex world of production and the product development.

6. Born your brand Roma1947: I want to tell from that idea? For years we work for major brands in our industry, so we want to express our know-how dating a brand. We put together our skills and our resources to create a brand whose products were of high quality, style, yet accessible. The name comes from Rome in 1947 proved an emotion when we found an old photo album of family where our grandparents were in their twenties at the time on their honeymoon in Rome. Ci puoi raccontare che cos’ è e come nasce Joliment?

Siamo una nuova società fatta di persone che in primis pensano all’etica e alla trasparenza. Vogliamo aiutare ed informare tutti dell’esistenza di alcuni prodotti alternativi, prodotti che fanno effettivamente la differenza nel mondo dell’estetica e la cura della persona. Per rispondere alla domanda come nasce la nostra realtà, come spesso accade, il tutto nasce un po’ per caso. Nell’inconscio ho sempre voluto contribuire a qualcosa di eticamente corretto o meglio, che possa aiutare me stesso ed il prossimo. Così, viaggiando per mezzo mondo, tenendo sempre gli occhi e le orecchie aperte, per puro caso ho saputo della realtà di un’azienda chiamata Natural Pharma International. Una società di ricerca che a sua volta ha creato un incredibile prodotto denominato ABAMAV. Il prodotto nasce come medicina alternativa ad ampio spettro e presto si è scoperto che fa estremamente bene all’epidermide. Cosi un giorno ne ho parlato con un’amica/collega , successivamente abbiamo approfondito il discorso fissando un appuntamento con un medico che stava ancora sperimentando il prodotto, cosi abbiamo provato sulla nostra pelle quel prodotto innovativo, con un esito finale a dire poco incredibile.

Quindi eravate delle cavie da laboratorio?

(Ride) Trattandosi di un prodotto innovativo, in un mondo di per sé molto scettico, un noto medico si era proposto per fare alcuni trattamenti estetici, cercando di capire se veramente fossero cosi efficaci come gli veniva detto. Vorrei precisare che i prodotti a base di Abamav sono 100% naturali e privi di effetti collaterali. Anzi, mal che vada sono un potente antibatterico.

E cosi avete deciso di promuovere il prodotto?

Sì, anche se inizialmente non sapevamo minimamente quale porta bussare o dove chiedere ulteriori info. Anzi, non sapevamo nemmeno se fosse possibile in quanto stavamo parlando di un qualcosa molto più grande di noi. Io dico sempre: “Io ho un mio motto : il No l’abbiamo già, il Si lo possiamo avere” e ritengo che non sia mai troppo vecchi per imparare. Non sono un venditore nato, ma ho la fortuna che il prodotto si venda un po’ da sé.

Sono d’accordo con te, le situazioni spesso vanno create. In seguito?

Abbiamo deciso di contattare direttamente il presidente di quest’azienda e chiedere ulteriori informazioni sui prodotti. La fortuna ha voluto che ci rispondessero subito e si sia creato un feeling molto famigliare e di fiducia, trovando subito un’intesa anche professionale. Inoltre essendo loro i finanziatori, ricercatori e medici, (tra l’altro alla continua ricerca di migliorare i loro prodotti e il mondo) non avevano ancora una struttura o studio che si occupasse del marketing promozione e della distribuzione. Abbiamo dunque fatto una proposta ed eccoci qui. Hai presente quei destini incrociati? Oggi siamo Joliment e siamo solo all’inizio.

Una società che ha la sua base in Austria vero?

Sì, abbiamo optato per l’ Austria per vari motivi e uno di questi è la sua propensione nell’agevolare aziende o società che hanno optato per prodotti innovativi con approcci biologici e naturali. Purtroppo “e ripeto” purtroppo, l’ Italia ha una burocrazia e politica un po’atipica.

L’obiettivo principale di Joliment?

Concepire e sviluppare nuovi progetti attraverso i nostri prodotti naturali, quindi non solo soffermarci alla vendita e distribuzione, ma Joliment deve diventare un concetto, un sinonimo di “salute e serenità”.Stiamo ottimizzando proprio in questo periodo un progetto di franchising che prevede delle location in cui benessere, accoglienza e sorrisi vengono in primis, promuovendo anche il Made in Italy se parliamo di materiali e artigianalità. E’ tutto ancora in fase progettuale ma abbiamo le idee già ben chiare.

Il nome Joliment come nasce?

Ci è venuto così, uno perché suona bene, se pronunciato in francese (ride), poi perché in realtà potrebbe essere un gioco di parole. “Joli” sta per carino, bello, piacevole mentre “ment” fa pensare alla nostra mente. Joliment dunque racchiude un po’ il concetto della mente sana in corpo sano, oltre ad essere esteticamente compiaciuti e curati . Il logo doveva essere semplice e significativo, infatti l’azzurro rappresenta l’acqua, il verdino la natura, le alghe la speranza considerando che il principio attivo è un composto acquoso di alghe marine.

Ho visitato il vostro sito e letto un po’ di info e devo dire che è molto interessante

Il prodotto è funzionante e questo al giorno d’oggi non è cosa da poco. E’ una carta vincente. Senza fare nomi, conosco aziende leader a livello nazionale, nonché mondiale che affermano che purtroppo i loro stessi prodotti non funzionano o almeno non come dovrebbero per quello che li fanno pagare. Spesso la pubblicità inganna, è talmente studiata e subliminale che crediamo quasi a tutto ciò che viene proposto, soprattutto attraverso la TV che per molti ancora rimane il Dio del salotto, la verità assoluta. Ma bisogna stare attenti.

Siamo in un’ era in cui ormai le persone hanno la possibilità di informarsi o cercare alternative, o no?

Assolutamente, ed è questo che auspico: che le persone abbiano il buon senso di informarsi bene e di più, leggendo soprattutto il packaging per capire ciò che vanno spalmare sul corpo o ad ingerire come medicina. Non sto dicendo che nulla funziona, ma meglio informarsi. Poi è risaputo che introdurre prodotti chimici nel corpo, non è consigliabile a prescindere. Ma grazie ad internet possiamo fortunatamente fare delle ricerche più approfondite.

Parliamo un po’ di Abamav. Cos’ è?

ABAMAV, acronimo per Antibatterico Antimicotico Antivirale, è il principio attivo presente nella nostra linea di prodotti naturali. Estratti acquosi di un mix di alghe rigorosamente selezionate, al fine di ottenere proprietà antimicrobiche ad ampio spettro.

Il prodotto a che tipo di cliente o paziente potrebbe essere utile?

Mi verrebbe da dire a tutti, non è invasivo, né produce effetti collaterali. Pensate che il presidente della NPI ogni tanto ne assume alcuni cucchiai solamente per rafforzare il suo sistema immunitario.Ad oggi posso dire che è molto efficace per combattere la cellulite, un problema di cui soffre più dell’ 80% delle donne, un problema che naturalmente non si risolve soltanto spalmando creme mentre si fa la doccia, come qualcuna tenta a farci credere. Per la maggior parte dei trattamenti viene usato il Tecnophor, un apparecchio tarato appositamente per ottenere risultati più veloci ed efficaci che arriva sino a 15cm sotto cute. Riduce le cicatrici cheloidi, combatte acne, rughe, zampe di gallina, macchie, dermatite seborroica e funghi, smagliature, herpes , ecc.

In un mondo pieno di prodotti di tutti tipi, come fatte a distinguervi?

Oltre ad avere un prodotto 100% naturale che ribadisco, funziona, alle spalle abbiamo un’azienda che vanta ricercatori mondiali di altissimo livello. Poi sono molto convinto che il passaparola sia sempre un ottimo mezzo per poter divulgare il prodotto. L’informazione è importante, il contatto diretto con i lettori, professionisti e clienti altrettanto, sicuramente non è un processo immediato ma sicuramente più duraturo nel tempo. Un cliente felice parla bene, divulga la notizia.. Ormai su trattamenti per la cellulite siamo veramente molto tranquilli in quanto sono efficacissimi. Vorrei raccontare un caso specifico che riguarda un famigliare della mia socia: la signora soffre di due cisti ossee ormai da parecchio tempo, non comporta un dolore fastidioso ma esteticamente non è un bel vedere. Nemmeno un suo amico dermatologo era riuscito ad indicarle un prodotto efficace. Cosi abbiamo “sperimentato” in famiglia e trattata la zona con Abamav. Risultato? Proprio in questo periodo abbiamo fatto una presentazione a Milano ed un evento dimostrativo in Liguria. Attualmente siamo già attrezzati per poter fare trattamenti a domicilio e a Roma, zona Trastevere, ci appoggiamo ad uno studio medico dove abbiamo posizionato un nostro macchinario. Un altro obiettivo è organizzare delle tappe in ogni regione ed invitare i professionisti del settore. Aggiorneremo continuamente il nostro blog e Facebook per informare i nostri utenti e seguaci, quindi invito a seguirci e a non esitare a scriverci per ottenere info più dettagliate. Che messaggio volete dare ai lettori?

Exactly, it is a pleasure to see that you’re doing what you like, I do follow you since quite some time, and it’s always nice to see your new projects and read your interviews and your latest updates.

Can you tell us some more about Joliment, and how it came alive?

Well, we are a new company, made out of persons who think ethics and transparency comes first. We want to help and inform everyone of the existence of some alternative products that make a real difference in the world of aesthetics and personal care. To answer the question, how became Joliment a reality? as it often happens, it all took place kind of by accident. Personally I always wanted to contribute to something ethically correct, or rather, something that can help myself and others, without loosing the peaceful approach. So, traveling halfway around the world, I always kept my eyes and ears open, so by chance I heard about the reality of a company called Natural Pharma International, a research company, which has created an amazing product called ABAMAV. The product was denominated as an alternative medicine on a broad spectrum but soon it turned out it also works extremely well to cure, heal and resolve skin problems. So one day I spoke with a friend / colleague, we made an appointment with an MD who was still experiencing the product, so we personally tested this innovative product on our own skin, and to be honest, the outcome was more than incredible, considering the short time of treatment.

So you were some sort of laboratory rats?

(Laughs) No, don’t call it that way, it is an innovative product yes, but in this very skeptical world we live in, a well-known doctor proposed to do some beauty treatments on his behalf, trying to figure out if they were really as effective as he was told. I would like to affirm that our Abamav based products are 100% natural and free of any side effects. Indeed, they are a powerful antibacterial.

So you decided to promote this product?

Yes, although at first we did not knew which door to knock or where to ask for more information. In fact, we did not even knew if anything of this would be possible, because we were talking about something much bigger than ourselves. But I always say: “I already have a No, a Yes I can have” and I believe that it’s never too late to learn. I’m not a born salesman, but matching the right collaborators and having a product that does work, kind of makes the marketing process more easy.

I agree with you, situations need to be created. So afterwards?

We decided to contact the president of the NPI company and request further information about some products. They responded almost immediately, and instantly we created a very familiar and trustful impression from both sides, what was pretty flattering, and in short time a professional agreement became reality. Considering they are constantly looking to improve their products (and the world), so they did not yet looked for a structure or company that could take of their marketing, promotion and distribution, at least not regarding the aesthetic aspect of their product. We thus made a proposal, and here we are. You know, those crossed destinies? Today we are Joliment and we are only at the beginning of this wonderful and interesting adventure.

A company based in Austria, right?

Yes, for now we decided to be based across the border, for various reasons, one is the propensity Austria has in facilitating companies that have opted for innovative products with organic and natural approaches. Unfortunately – and I repeat – unfortunately, as beautiful as Italy can be, it has atypical bureaucracy and politics. 

The main goal of Joliment?

Conceive and develop new projects through our natural products, so we focus not only on the sale and distribution, but Joliment must become a concept, a synonym for “health and serenity.”We are optimizing in this period a Joliment Franchise BP, a location where wellness, hospitality and smiles are in first place, also promoting the Made in Italy when it comes to materials and craftsmanship. We do have clear ideas about it, it ‘s a work in progress but soon it will be a Joliment reality.

The name Joliment has a meaning?

Yes, it has! I came up with it because I think it sounds good, if pronounced in French (laughs). Well, actually its more like a pun. “Joli-” stands for nice, lovely, pleasing and “-ment” suggests to our mind, the way we think. Joli-ment therefore encompasses the concept of “healthy mind in a healthy body”, as well as being aesthetically pleased by ourselves and others. The logo had to be simple and meaningful, whereas the active ingredient is an extract from different marine algae. In fact the blue represents water, the green stands for nature, algae and why not, hope.

I visited your website, reading some info and I must say it is very interesting

The product does work, and this nowadays is not a trivial matter, but an asset. Without mentioning any names, I do know managers from national and international leading companies, who say that, unfortunately, their own products do not really work, or at least not as they should for what they are charging. Crazy but true. Advertising often tricks us, and its all well studied, and it doesn’t happen all by chance, as we pretty often subliminally believe those commercials, especially if brought through television, for many still the God of the living room, as it speaks the absolute truth and nothing but the truth.. But we have to be careful on that, it is tricky. But fortunately things are changing.

We are now in an era where people have the opportunity to inform and learn about the unconventional, or not?

Absolutely, and I hope that people have the good sense to be always well informed, especially by reading the packaging, and understand what their about to spread on their skin, or what will be taken as a drug or medicine. I’m not saying that nothing works, absolutely not, but its always best to inquire, as it is well known that introducing chemical products in your body is not really recommended anyway. But thanks to the Internet, we can fortunately do some personal research, or at least compare more easily between one product and the other.

Let’s talk about the ingredient called Abamav. What is it?

ABAMAV is an acronym for Antibacterial – Antimicotic and Antiviral, an active ingredient present in our Rejuveskin natural product line. An aqueous extracts of a mixture of algae strictly selected in order to obtain broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties.

Ciao Nicole,  inizio a raccontarti che sto insieme a Riccardo dal 2003 e che nel 2006, il giorno di S.Valentino mi ha chiesto di essere sua moglie e così nel 2007 ci siamo sposati …

Una coppia giovane e innamorata che corona il suo sogno d’amore.

Esattamente! Non abbiamo cercato subito di avere un bimbo perché volevamo prima conoscerci meglio, divertirci e viaggiare ancora un po’ solo come coppia, ma abbiamo comprato un cane, Rey.

Fino a quando poi…

Nel 2009 pensiamo di avere un bimbo ed è stato incredibile perché sono rimasta incinta a giugno, due mesi dopo che ne avevamo parlato … Eravamo alle stelle! La gravidanza procedeva bene e arrivato agosto siamo andati in ferie sereni. Poi a settembre ho fatto la visita dei tre mesi e il ginecologo di allora riscontra un ematoma sulla mia placenta.

Di cosa si trattava esattamente?

Esattamente si chiamava ematoma sottocoriale ed era un vero e proprio ematoma della placenta, ma che nella maggior dei casi viene riassorbito. All’epoca il mio ginecologo mi disse di stare serena e che non era nulla di grave.

A cosa poteva portare l’ematoma?

Forse l’ematoma c’era perché la placenta non si era attaccata bene e quindi poteva portare ad un  distaccamento. Ma ripeto, il ginecologo mi disse di stare serena e io tornai a casa tranquilla da quella visita.

Cosa è accaduto in seguito ?

Soffrivo di continue contrazioni, avevo sempre la pancia dura e mi davano molto fastidio. Ero triste perché comunque non mi sentivo bene. Finché non ho avuto una piccola perdita di sangue e sono stata ricoverata.

 E ti hanno messa a riposo.

Assoluto. Ero entrata al quarto mese e da lì sono sempre stata a letto … Nel frattempo ho cambiato ginecologo,ma le contrazioni sono continuate, finché  alla ventiduesima settimana una notte,mentre ero a letto, sento una perdita importante d’acqua … Corriamo in ospedale e la diagnosi fu quella meno sperata: rottura franca bassa della placenta.

Che cosa significa ?

Significa che avevo rotto le acque nella parte più bassa della placenta, perché la placenta si può rompere sopra o da una parte, ma se si rompe nella parte bassa vuol dire che il liquido amniotico esce con molta più facilità.

 E lì ti ricoverano un’altra volta. 

Esattamente,  mi mettono sotto antibiotici per bloccare le contrazioni; alla ventitreesima settimana mi spostano dall’ ospedale di Thiene a quello di Padova, perché solo lì avevano i mezzi necessari per salvare un bimbo che nasce prematuro.

 E cosa avviene successivamente?

In quei giorni sono stata aiutata molto a livello psicologico: il bimbo, se fosse sopravvissuto dopo essere stato dentro la placenta così tanto senza liquido amniotico, quasi sicuramente non sarebbe stato sano al 100% e quindi da lì ho iniziato un percorso … Ero nel reparto di ostetricia e anche se in camera da sola, vedevo continuamente mamme entrare e che partorivano, in giro per l’ospedale con i loro figli  e poi andare a casa … ed io , cosa ci sarebbe accaduto ? Vi lascio immaginare lo stato d’animo …

Vuoi raccontarcelo ?

Certo… il bambino è nato il 2 gennaio 2010, ero al sesto mese, me l’hanno portato via subito e non l’ho visto per due giorni. Io avevo perso molto sangue ed ero completamente disabilitata. Ma il bimbo era nato senza un polmone e il suo cranio non era totalmente sviluppato. Il 4 gennaio mi chiamano e mi dicono che il piccolo sta peggiorando e se volevo vederlo. Non sono nemmeno riuscita ad arrivare in rianimazione in tempo … me l’hanno portato fuori ed era già senza vita.

(Barbara scoppia a piangere e io con lei…). Respira e riprende il suo racconto …

Il mio bambino si chiamava Tommaso, era nato di 9 etti, ma il problema è stato che io avevo un’infezione che durante il parto cesario  gli ho trasmesso e lui non ha avuto la forza di lottare per reagire.Ero distrutta, ma con la consapevolezza che il bimbo avrebbe avuto una vita molto complicata e difficile perché di fatto sarebbe stato un bimbo leso fisicamente e psicologicamente. Ovviamente in seguito uno psicologo mi ha seguita e aiutata. Solo che io fisicamente non stavo più bene e sentivo tanto male la pancia, un dolore incredibile.

Cosa ti era capitato ancora?

Successivamente, dopo il parto ho avuto una seconda infezione e solo dopo molte visite, uno specialista ha capito che si trattava di un’ endometrite, un’infezione molto grave, che però sono riuscita a debellare dopo una cura antibiotica

Guarita fisicamente …

Già, non di certo psicologicamente … però grazie allo psicologo ho fatto un percorso personale che mi ha veramente sostenuta. Quell’estate ci siamo concessi un viaggio in America, abbiamo visto San .Francisco, Los Angeles, Il Grand Canyon , ne avevamo un gran bisogno entrambi …

E da qui sei ripartita a vivere?

Non è stato facile , ma la voglia di maternità era più forte di qualsiasi altra cosa, anche della morte… Nella primavera del 2011 sono rimasta incinta con la stessa facilità della prima volta. Questa è stata una gravidanza completamente diversa, cercavo per quanto possibile di essere serena e non pensare a nulla di negativo, non volevo trasmettere al bimbo brutti pensieri e infatti le cose sono andate benissimo, Azzurra è nata il 5 gennaio (un giorno dopo la morte del suo fratellino), è nata in 37 settimane con un parto cesario programmato ed è stata la luce della nostra vita.

Ma la luce non voleva rimanere troppo da sola.

Infatti ! Nel settembre del 2013 ero incinta nuovamente…. Inizialmente ero molto spaventata, non sapevo se avessi potuto avere altri figli dopo quello che avevo vissuto, ma il mio ginecologo e i dottori dell’ ospedale mi hanno tenuta sotto controllo dal primo giorno. Alla ventinovesima settimana ho avuto una perdita di sangue e quindi non ho più potuto muovermi dal letto.

E in seguito? 

Poi è accaduto nuovamente quello che mai si augura debba accadere: alla trentatreesima settimana c’è stata un distaccamento della placenta e mi ha fatto fare un parto cesario d’urgenza, insomma  grazie al dottore che ha preso la decisione di operarmi d’urgenza sono viva !

E il piccolo a quel punto come stava?

E’ nato il 10 aprile 2014, 2kg300gr, è stato un po’ in terapia, ma è andato tutto bene !

Io respiro un attimo mentre Barbara finisce il suo caffè e guarda Tommaso che è seduto nel suo passeggino e sorride bellissimo.

Quindi per concludere, tu non avevi problemi ad avere figli, ma cosa è accaduto la prima volta?

Nessuno mi ha mai dato una spiegazione: un dottore mi ha detto che quel “famoso” ematoma non era stata per forza la causa di quello che era accaduto mentre un altro mi ha detto esattamente il contrario. Credo che non lo saprò mai.

Rimango in silenzio a guardare Tommaso che continua a ridere.

Ci tengo a dire una cosa. Aggiunge Barbara: ho chiamato il mio secondo figlio maschio come il primo, anche se molti la trovano una cosa assai discutibile, perché ci sentivamo di farlo. Tra l’altro la data di nascita di Tommaso se letta al contrario riporta alla data di morte di suo fratello; quel 4 mi è sempre tornato come un numero fortunato.

Mentre finisce di raccontarmi penso che “gli altri” non dovrebbero nemmeno permettersi di fare pensieri o di dire la propria opinione di fronte ad una storia così … Barbara e Riccardo oggi hanno due figli bellissimi e una stella in cielo che li protegge ogni giorno e chissà, mi piace pensare che un giorno loro potranno riabbracciare quel bimbo …

Infine ci salutiamo, Barbara sta abbracciando il piccolo Tommaso, e mentre ci stiamo salutando mi dice: “C’è una persona che devo ringraziare, per essermi stato vicino, notte e giorno per avermi accudita sempre ed essere andato alla ricerca dei dottori migliori e di ogni cura possibile e che se oggi, noi siamo qui tutti è grazie a soprattutto a lui, devo ringraziare di cuore mio marito, che è una persona meravigliosa.

Good morning dear readers, what did you do during this first weekend of May? The month of May is extremely important to me because my little girl was born on May 20th! That’s right, Ginevra is going to be 3 soon, time flies! But today I won’t talk about us, here is my last interview to a mom, a mom and a woman just like all of us. Her name is Barbara and she has two beautiful kids: Azzurra, 3 years old, and Tommaso, 1 year old. She had to go through a lot in her life and she had to face a lot of challenges. This is not going to be an easy story to tell, but I’m sure it will be helpful to all of the women out there who had experienced the same loss…

Hello Barbara, where would you like to start from? 

Hi Nicole, I would like to start my story by telling you that I am in a relationship with Riccardo since 2003. On Valentine’s day of 2006 he asked me to be his wife and so we got married in 2007…

A couple of young people who are in love and decide to make their dream come true.

Exactly! We decided that we weren’t going to have a baby right away because we wanted to have some time to know each other better, travel and have fun together as a couple, but we did get a dog, Rey.

Until…

In year 2009 we started thinking about having a child and it was incredible because I got pregnant in June, only a couple of months after we started to try…we were unbelievably happy and excited! Pregnancy was going fine and in August we went on holiday…but then in September I went to the doctor for the usual check and he found a hematoma on my placenta.

What exactly is it?

It’s called subchorionic hematoma and it was an actual bruise on the placenta surface, but it normally fades on its own. At the time my gynecologist told me that it was nothing bad and there was nothing to worry about.

What could have been the consequences of the hematoma?

The hematoma could have been possibly due to the fact that the placenta wasn’t properly connected, so it might have caused its detachment. But, like I said, the doctor told me that it was fine, so I went home with no concerns.

What happened then?

I would constantly have contractions, my belly was always stiff and it was quite annoying. I was very upset because I wasn’t feeling good. That’s until I experienced some bleeding and I was taken to the hospital.

They told you to have some rest?

Absolutely. I was barely 4 months pregnant and from then I had to stay in bed until due date. In the meantime I changed doctor, but the contractions were still there. Then one night, when I was 22 weeks in, I felt a large amount of water…we immediately went to the hospital and the diagnosis was that my placenta had broken.

What does that mean?

It means that my water broke on the lower part of

my placenta. Placenta can break on top or on the side, but when it breaks on the lower part, water flows out much more easily.

So you had to go back to the hospital.

That’s right, they start putting me on antibiotics in order to stop contractions. When I was twenty three weeks pregnant they moved me from the hospital of Thiene to the hospital in Padua, as it was the only one properly equipped to save the life of a premature baby.

And what happened there?

During those days I had to be strongly supported and helped: the baby, in the case he had survived, wouldn’t have been 100% healthy, not after staying in the placenta with no amniotic fluid for so long. So that’s when I started a new path… I was in the maternity ward, even though I was in a room by myself, I was constantly surrounded by mothers, I would see them give birth, walk around the hospital with their newborns and then leave to go back home and enjoy their little ones…but what about me? What was in store for me and my baby? I’m sure you can imagine how upset I could have been…

Would you like to talk about it?

Sure… the baby was born on January 2, 2010…I was six months along. They took him away from me right away and I couldn’t see him for two days. I had a severe blood loss and I was totally debilitated.  But the baby was born without one lung and his cranium wasn’t fully developed. On January 4th they called me saying that the baby’s conditions were getting worse and they asked me if I wanted to see him. I didn’t even make it to the emergency room in time to see him, when they brought him out he had already passed away.

– Barbara starts crying and so do I… She takes a deep breath and goes on with the story –

My baby’s name was Tommaso, he weighted 0,9 kilos, but the main issue was that I had an infection that was then transmitted to him during the C-section, and he just didn’t have the strength to fight the infection and react.

I was devastated, but I knew he would never have been able to conduct a normal life as he was a physically and psychologically damaged baby. Of course I needed some help to go through all this, and I was followed and supported by a psychologist. Also, besides the psychological pain I was dealing with, my tummy was hurting really bad as well.

Now what?

After giving birth I had another infection and only after many medical examinations, the doctor found out I had endometritis: a really bad infection that I was luckily able to fight with an antibiotic cure.

You were finally ok…

Yes, at least physically, not psychologically… but with the help of the psychologist who was taking care of me I conducted a personal path that really supported me. that summer we decided to go on vacation in the United States, we visited San Francisco, Los Angeles, the Grand Canyon…we both needed that…

That’s when your new life started?

It was never easy, but I wanted to be a mother more than anything else, that feeling was even stronger than death… in spring 2011 I got pregnant just as easily as the first time. This one was a completely different pregnancy, I tried my best to stay positive and never have negative thoughts: I didn’t want the baby to feel my negativity. And indeed everything went fine, Azzurra was born on January 5th (the day after her brother’s death), after 37 weeks of pregnancy with scheduled c-section, and she came into the world like the love of our lives.

But she didn’t want to stay by herself.

That’s right, in September 2013 I was pregnant again… at first I was really scared, I didn’t know if I could have other babies after all I had gone through, but the gynecologist and the doctors from the hospital kept an eye on me since the very beginning, throughout the whole pregnancy.  When I was twenty nine weeks along I experienced a little bleeding, and after that I had to stay in bed for the rest of the time.

And then what happened?

Then, the one thing you would never want to happen occurred again…thirty three weeks along I had a placenta abruption and I had to undergo an emergency c-section! I am only alive thanks to the doctor who decided to give me an emergency surgical operation!

What happened to the baby?

The baby was born on April 10, 2014.

He’s been in therapy for some time, but now he’s fine and everything went ok!

I take a breath while Barbara finishes her coffee and looks over to Tommaso, who is sitting in his stroller by us, with a beautiful smile.

So, you didn’t have any type of problem for having a baby. What happened the first time?

I never really got an answer to that question: I was told by one doctor that the hematoma on my placenta wasn’t necessarily what caused the whole thing, while another doctor told me the exact opposite. I don’t think I will ever really know.

I am still looking at Tommaso, who sits there and keeps smiling.

I would like to clarify something: my second baby boy has the same name as my first one, I know a lot of people may find that debatable, but we just wanted to do so. And besides, Tommaso’s birth date, if read from bottom to top, is the date of his brother’s death; 4 has always been a lucky number for me.

While Barbara finishes her story, in my head I am thinking that nobody should even dare judging this decision or say something about it, in front of such an experience…

Today Barbara and Riccardo have two beautiful children and a bright star that looks over them from the sky and protects them every day…and maybe one day they will be able to see that baby again…

Before leaving Barbara hugs her little Tommaso, and then she says: “there’s one person I would really like to thank for always being there for me, for taking care of me every day, day and night, for having always looked for the best doctors and cures, and it’s only thanks to him if we are all here today. I want to thank my husband from the bottom of my heart, because he is truly an amazing person.”

Grazie a te, sì ho iniziato nel 2002, allora ero giovanissimo, non come oggi (scoppio a ridere perché ha solo un anno più di me e glielo faccio notare, certo è che giovanissimi non lo siamo più!!!). La radio si chiamava Spazio Libero e io ho una grande passione , la Roma.Ho iniziato facendo proprio le radio cronache della partite della mia città del cuore.

Hai fatto della tua passione il tuo lavoro e poi c’è stato il salto a RTL 102.5, la radio nazionale più ascoltata, com’ è avvenuto il passaggio?

Dopo anni di gavetta un bel giorno ho “bussato” alla porta di RTL.102.5 chiedendo se c’era bisogno di qualcuno che raccontasse le partite della Roma e mi dissero che c’era un posto libero … Ho lavorato molto e da allora ho condotto tanti altri programmi: Non Stop news Raccontami con mio padre; Onorevole DJ; Password; Chi c’è c’è, chi non c’è non parla; Nessun dorma.

Mi piace l’idea che parli di gavetta, insomma hai un nome che potrebbe pensare che non ne hai dovuta fare…

Mediamente le persone pensano a questo, in realtà chi è “figlio di” deve lavorare il doppio per dare credibilità ed io, alla fine, sono contento perché ho sempre lavorato sodo e il mio pubblico alla radio mi conferma ogni giorno che il mio mestiere lo so fare, ovviamente continuando a lavorare sodo.

E’ troppo bello sentire i dibattiti con tuo padre. Spesso lo sgridi anche…..

Sì, sai, lui viene da una generazione completamente diversa dalla nostra; è ancora convinto che il mondo sia pulito e onesto come lo era un tempo, allora ogni tanto gli dico che deve aprire gli occhi e che oggi le cose sono diverse …

Come sono i tuoi genitori?

Ah !! Io vivo per mia madre, le ho scritto TI AMO sulla sua bacheca di Facebook l’ altro giorno, lei è la mia ragion di vita!

Wow che cosa meravigliosa hai detto!

Sì, sì, lei è la mia donna… la mia migliore amica, sai lei ha vissuto per mio fratello e per me …

Sei single?

Eh sì, da due anni sono solo e adesso sto iniziando a sentire il peso della solitudine. Sinceramente ci sono lati meravigliosi del mio status però dopo un po’ si sente la mancanza di una persona accanto …

Non è facile però per un uomo che ama così tanto la madre trovare una donna … come minimo deve assomigliarle molto …

Mah, credo che soprattutto ci deve essere una sintonia mentale perfetta per trovare una persona con la quale costruire una famiglia ed è molto difficile trovarla …

Mentre con tuo padre il rapporto com’è?

Anche lui è presente, anche se ha sempre lavorato molto quindi lo è stato ovviamente  meno. E’ diverso per tutti il rapporto di  un figlio con la madre che con il padre ( sono mamma è chi meglio di una mamma lo sa?). Però anche mio padre ha fatto del suo meglio per essere presente.

Quindi ricapitolando, da piccolo che volevi fare?

In realtà  volevo fare l’avvocato penalista, volevo proprio andare a lavorare nelle carceri e mi sono laureato in Legge. Poi mi sono reso conto che quello che già allora era il mio lavoro mi piaceva di più e ho continuato a fare lo speaker e il giornalista radiofonico.

In Italia è difficile proprio per le persone della nostra età emergere, cosa ne pensi?

Penso che noi siamo una generazione che rimane bassa perché le persone che dovrebbero non mollano la loro “seggiola” ,e noi ne risentiamo molto: non esiste il cambiamento generazionale ed è deleterio …

In futuro tu hai progetti?

Sicuramente! Visto che i miei genitori vogliono diventare nonni uno è quello di trovare una donna e con serenità formarmi una famiglia e poi ho un progetto con Mediaset sempre nell’ ambito dello sport che andrà a concretizzarsi più avanti.

Secondo te in Italia dei conduttori che hai conosciuto chi meriterebbe più spazio?

Guarda non ho dubbi sul fatto di farti il nome di Alessandro Greco: lui è veramente bravo e spero che  possa avere lo spazio che merita!

Abbiamo chiacchierato ancora di tantissimo altro, ho trovato Federico di una disponibilità e una semplicità difficile da riscontrare nelle persone famose! E come sempre, vi prometto che se ci saranno altre news, ve le farò sapere!

Happy Thursday my dear friends, it’s been a while since my last interview…but I have been busy doing a lot of things lately and it’s not easy to keep up with everything. Though, today I had the chance to go have a friendly talk with a person I really esteem and whom I have been listening to through the radio for the longest time: I’m talking about Federico Vespa. I don’t think I have ever missed an episode of his Friday morning show “Non Stop News Raccontami”, an extremely interesting broadcast in which, along with his father the talented Italian reporter Bruno Vespa, he talks through the current events, politics and many other topics. Here he is for you.

Hi Federico, welcome! Would you like to tell us how your career in the radio started?

Sure! I started in 2002, when I was still young, not like now (and I start laughing considering he’s only one year older than me, but then again he’s right! We’re not that young anymore). The radio was called Spazio Libero, and since I have an obsession for the soccer team of the city of Rome, I started by doing the commentary of their games.

You made a job out of your biggest passion. And then you moved to RTL 102.5, the most followed national radio in Italy, how did you manage such change?

After years of hard work, one day I “knocked on the door” of RTL 102.5 asking if by chance they were looking for someone for the Rome games commentary and they told me that there actually was a vacant position! I worked very hard and since then I hosted a lot of radio shows: Non Stop News Raccontami with my dad; Onorevole DJ; Password; Chi c’è c’è, chi non c’è non parla; Nessun dorma.

I like the fact that you told us how you worked your way up, I mean, your name could lead to the thought that you didn’t really need to work hard to be where you are now.

Well, normally that’s what people think, but the truth is that people with famous parents actually need to work twice as hard as a normal person, and I’m glad because I always have and my audience proves me day by day that I’m good at doing my job.

It’s too fun to listen to you and your dad discussing on the radio, and sometimes you even scold him a little bit.

You know, he’s from a totally different generation and he still thinks the world is a nice place like it used to be, that’s why sometimes I need to make him open his eyes because things are remarkably different now!

How are your parents?

I live for my mother, I wrote “I LOVE YOU” on her  Facebook page the other day, she’s my only reason of life.

Wow, that’s beautiful!

I know, she’s my woman, my best friend, you know, she gave her life for my brother and me.

Are you single?

Yup, I have been for two years now and I am starting to feel the weight of being alone. There are a few cool things about being single, but sometimes you just need someone by your side.

I must be difficult for a man who loves his mother so much to find a woman…

I think it is required to be perfectly in tune with someone you want to start a family with, and that’s really hard to find.

How’s your relationship with your dad?

Also good, even if he’s always worked a lot and he wasn’t always there. As a son the relationship I’ve had with my mom and my dad has always been different. But my dad has always done the best he could to be a good father.

So, what was your dream job when you were a child?

Actually, I wanted to be a criminal defense lawyer and works inside the prisons, indeed I have a law degree. But then I realized that I liked better the job I was doing, and I decided to keep doing it and become what I am right now.

In Italy it is pretty hard for young people to start a career and stand out, what do you think?

I think our generation is finding hard to rise off the ground because those who should step aside and let us in are not willing to do so, and this pushes us down: no generational change is not a good thing…

Do you have any project for the future?

Well, of course I do, considering my parents would like to become grandparents I would like to find a woman for me and start a family. Also I have a project with Mediaset in the sport field that I will realize in a little bit.

Do you think there are some radio hosts like you that should deserve more visibility?

I can tell you without a doubt that Alessandro Greco is one of them, he’s really good and I hope he gets what he deserves!

It was a pleasure to talk to Federico, we talked about many different things and he is an extremely easy and simple person, which is quite hard to find among famous people! And, as always, I will keep you posted!

Intanto ti ringrazio per avermi raccontato la tua storia …

Non è facile raccontare la propria storia. Perché una vita è fatta di molti avvenimenti, ricordi, delusioni, sconfitte, vittorie, dolori, gioie e molto altro ma sono una persona che accetta sempre le sfide. E quindi ho accettato dopo la mia e-mail di essere intervistata da te.

Ti vuoi presentare?

Mi chiamo Monia Uliana e ho 25 anni. 25 anni che sembrano però un bagaglio di 50 anni di vita… almeno è cosi che mi sento.

Da dove vuoi iniziare?

Beh, dall’ inizio: non ho mai avuto una vita facile e fin da bambina, sembra che la vita si diverta a darmi ostacoli da superare e io ogni volta devo trovare la forza per superarli e devo dire che finora sono riuscita a saltarli tutti e tutto ciò mi ha formato molto e mi ritengo una persona molto forte. Ma essere forte non significa che tutto sia facile, molti credono che perché sei forte e hai superato mille dolori allora non ti serve una spalla ma spesso questa viene a mancare: la mia infanzia non è stata delle migliori tra problemi economici e la mancanza di un padre per molti anni perché stava scontando la sua pena in carcere. Devo dire però che ho avuto e ho tuttora fortunatamente una madre eccezionale, che ha cresciuto da sola senza chiedere niente a nessuno due figli. Il suo esempio e la sua forza credo siano davvero la benzina della mia vita.

Fino ai tuoi 18 quando sembra esserci uno spiraglio di luce….

Già, arrivano anche per me i tanto attesi 18 anni per poi capire che la vita è sempre lì che ti attende per metterti alla prova….

Di cosa stai parlando? (Respira piano e continua il suo racconto)

Mancavano tre giorni al mio esame di maturità, i miei pensieri in quei giorni erano solo studiare e cercare di fare il massimo negli esami per poter prendere finalmente questo diploma come perito turistico… ma un suono del campanello in piena notte cambia per sempre la mia vita: mio fratello aveva avuto un brutto incidente, non si sapevano ancora le sue condizioni, si sapeva solo che uno dei 4 in macchina era morto.Ricordo ancora il tragitto in macchina fino all’ ospedale, se chiudo gli occhi vedo ancora io, mia madre e mio padre che entriamo nella stanza in ospedale in cui c’è un dottore che ci dice che la persona arrivata non aveva documenti con sé e che comunque era deceduta… ma doveva essere riconosciuta ovviamente non avendo documenti d’ identità.. mia madre come sempre fu la persona più forte al mondo.. ricordo perfettamente la sua figura che entrava nella stanza per vedere se era lui o no, ricordo la mia speranza che si sbagliassero, mio fratello non poteva essere morto, aveva solo 26 anni… poi ecco ricordo nuovamente la sua figura uscire dalla stanza e dire: sì, è lui. Il mondo è crollato. Non ci sono parole per descrivere un lutto del genere, tutta la vita, il destino ti sembrano completamente diversi, rivedi tutto, tutte le cose della tua vita cambiano di posto, niente è e sarà come prima di quel maledetto 15 giugno 2008.

Terribile …

E il 18 giugno 2008 mi ritrovo ad alzarmi e a dover fare gli esami di maturità… ricordo ancora la sensazione che avevo quando ero seduta tra i banchi e guardavo i miei compagni finché aspettavamo iniziasse l’esame…li guardavo, li vedevo sorridere, parlare della paura dell’ esame e mi dicevo “ma come è possibile, mio fratello è morto, per me il mondo è completamente cambiato ma in realtà lo stesso mondo non se n’è nemmeno accorto… ho cominciato a rendermi conto di molte cose e a dare alla vita un valore del tutto diverso. Comunque faccio gli esami, anche se non al meglio perché tutti i voti che alla fine ottengo nelle varie prove sono  al di sotto delle mie possibilità e  completamente diversi rispetto ai  risultati che avevo avuto nelle prove precedenti… ottengo comunque un voto finale pari a 85 che è comunque soddisfacente.

Sei stata veramente in gamba!  E da lì dovevi ricominciare tutto …

Infatti, una volta preso il diploma dovevo prendere in mano la mia vita e farne qualcosa… la mia aspirazione era l’ università… avevo due passioni: lo sport e scrivere. Ho sempre praticato atletica leggera a livello agonistico con buoni risultati anche. Lo sport mi ha salvato perché mi ha dato un rigore di vita sano, principi veri e valori molto rispettabili.

Ma?

La vita aveva in riserbo per me ancora sorprese… conosco un ragazzo… o meglio un uomo perché aveva 15 anni più di me, me ne innamoro perdutamente e dopo un mese scopro di aspettare un bambino. C’è chi lo ha chiamato errore, chi sciocchezza giovanile, chi in altri modi davvero irritanti … io l’ho chiamato da subito semplicemente mio figlio, la mia vita. Scelgo comunque di tenerlo, nonostante abbia tutto il mondo contro, inizialmente anche i miei genitori ma sento che non posso gettarlo via come tutti mi consigliano, è un bambino, il mio bambino, anche se non lo vedevo, sentivo che lui c’era, aveva un cuoricino minuscolo che già batteva. Tutti ovviamente sono scioccati, io, la  ragazza perfetta con voti sempre alti a scuola, risultati ottimi nello sport, mai fumato, mai bevuto, mai fatto tardi, mai combinato neanche una marachella nella mia vita, ero rimasta incinta di una persona che conoscevo appena. Eppure era successo. Sicuramente il fatto che stavo elaborando il lutto di mio fratello ha voluto dire molto, avevo bisogno di una spalla, di conforto e in quel momento lui aveva saputo darmi quel calore che cercavo, darmi quel brivido che un po’ mi confortatava…

Che cosa hai deciso?

Ho  lottato contro il mondo e decido di diventare madre e moglie. E dopo un po’ anche i miei genitori hanno abbassato l’ ascia da guerra e hanno capito che un figlio già l’ avevano perso e che non era il caso di perdere anche l’ unica rimasta. Dal momento in cui hanno abbassato l’ ascia da guerra devo dire che mi sono stati di grande aiuto e conforto, sia a livello affettivo che a livello pratico in quanto hanno deciso di restaurare la vecchia casa e farne cosi uscire due appartamenti indipendenti, uno per loro e uno per noi. Purtroppo però dopo due anni di matrimonio le cose cominciano andare male, molti problemi, incomprensioni…tanto che mi separo e resto a crescere mio figlio da sola. Fortunatamente possiedo una casa mia e i miei genitori al piano di sotto e questo mi ha molto aiutato in tutti i campi, morale, affettivo e pratico di gestione del piccolo con il lavoro.

Giovanissima a crescere un figlio….

Non è stato facile, e non lo è tuttora. Fare da padre e madre a volte è davvero stressante… a volte si ha bisogno di una pausa, di una boccata d’ aria ma si sa, dal momento in cui diventi genitore lo sei 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 e 365 giorni all’ anno… farlo da sola poi è ancora più dura. Essere mamma è dura, essere una mamma single lo è di più  e essere mamma single e ancora adolescente non ha pari. Ora ho 25 anni e mio figlio ha 6 anni e non nego che di anni me ne sento molti di più… direi che 35 – 40 anni me li sento tutti. Ho dovuto affrontare cose che molti nemmeno in tutta una vita devono affrontare ma non mi piango addosso, no per niente. Questo ha voluto la vita per me e comunque sia la vivo a pieni polmoni e traggo quello che di meglio può dare.

Cosa ti rende felice oggi?

Dopo tutto questo ho imparato ad amare le cose semplici: una prato verde, un bel sole e mio figlio che corre e gioca felice sotto un cielo limpido e azzurro e io non chiedo altro. Purtroppo però si deve anche mangiare, pagare le bollette, le tasse e i lavori sono sempre meno e precari.

Che cosa fai nella vita per vivere?

Ho 25 anni e ho provato tanti di quei lavori… ho fatto la baby sitter, ho dato ripetizioni, ho raccolto verdura nei campi, ho fatto pulizie presso alcune famiglie, ho lavorato al mercato vendendo piante e fiori, ho fatto l’articolista free lance per vari siti e blog, ho fatto la rappresentante, ho lavorato per un’ agenzia viaggi online, poi nuovamente mercato a vendere frutta e verdura, ho fatto la cameriera. Insomma pur di crescere mio figlio mi sono adattata a tutto ma è sempre più dura; i lavori sono sempre meno e sempre più precari. Io ho dentro di me un grande fuoco, una grande energia e sento che potrei e vorrei fare molto di più. Credo di avere davvero una forza dentro e questo nessuno lo capisce, sono stanca di porte in faccia, di “le faremo sapere”. Attualmente faccio pulizie presso due famiglie, faccio due mercati alla settimana di frutta e verdura e scrivo qualche articolo qua e là per qualche sito internet… insomma tiro avanti come posso ma non si può vivere cosi. Non si può vivere con l’ angoscia che ogni settimana non si sa se si lavora 4, 5 o 6 giorni, e se si ha la febbre non si è pagati, sapete quante volte sono andata a lavoro con 38 e più di febbre per la paura di perdere il posto o comunque perdere la paga giornaliera? Non si può.. dove è finita la valorizzazione della persona, il renderla soddisfatta della sua vita, del suo lavoro, renderla una persona realizzata?

Un sogno nel cassetto?

Se dovessi davvero chiudere gli occhi ed esprimere un desiderio, oltre alla salute per mio figlio e la mia famiglia, chiederei di riuscire a realizzarmi come persona. Mi piacerebbe molto riuscire a fare l’ articolista free lance come professione stabile cosi da poter realizzarmi ed in più riuscire a gestire mio figlio e aiutarlo nella sua crescita, perché c’è poco da dire come cresce la mamma i propri figli non li cresce nessuno. Infondo non credo di chiedere molto… credo anche di meritarla un po’ di felicità e serenità. Ho affrontato tutto a testa alta e continuerò a farlo così come continuerò a lottare pur di riuscire a realizzare il mio sogno di essere una donna realizzata e madre allo stesso tempo. Tutte abbiamo il diritto di essere entrambe le cose. Le cose non vanno separate anche perché, ricordiamo bene,  una donna realizzata è una donna in pace con se stessa e una donna in pace con se stessa è una donna serena.. a sua volta una donna serena è una donna felice e una donna felice non può che essere una mamma migliore.

Good morning friends, today we are talking about something serious. This is my world: my simple, small and big blog which I fully pour myself into…the diary that allows me to share with you a lot of things, because I am a lot of things, a lot of dimensions, from the surface to the deepest and sensitive side of myself, which I mostly keep for the people I love and only let it out for my job as my creative side… but today, I feel the need to tell you about something that has really touched me. Every day I receive many and many Emails and comments from all of you, the biggest part of them are usually very brief and are mostly compliments. I want to thank you so much for everything, I never received any negative comment! Never, since my blog started…thank you! But besides that, like I said, I also receive a lot of Emails, in which you tell me things that you would only say to your psychologist and share with me your thoughts, your problems, your fears, looking for some advice from me… Most of you request to work with me for my blog because you love to write as much as I do, and my answer is always that behind my blog there’s a great team of people that I would never change and for now I don’t need any more people to work with me…some of you also write me to get some help from me and my many connection, and at the end of the day, the issue is always the same: you’re asking for a job because don’t have one! I picked out one Email from the many I have. It is from a girl who lives in Padova and her story is incredible and just like many of you, she needs a job too. I decided to interview her to give her the chance to stick out and I really hope someone out there will be able to contact her. I think we are all here to help each other…and we must keep in mind that, even if things for us are going great right now, life can turn any moment and tomorrow we could be the ones in need for some help, so LET’S HELP HER!

First of all, thank you for sharing your story with me…

It is not easy to share one’s story because life is made of many events, memories, disappointments, defeats, successes, pain, joy and a whole lot more. But I always accept every challenge, that’s why I agreed to be interviewed by you after my Email.

Would you like to introduce yourself?

My name is Monia Uliana and I am 25 years old. I’m 25, but it feels like I’m 50 for all the experiences I had…

Where would you like to start from?

Let’s start from the beginning: my life has never been happy and since I was little it seems like someone enjoys giving me a hard time, and every time I need to find the strength to try and overcome all the hurdles. So far I was always able to make it and this certainly made me a very strong person. But becoming stronger didn’t make everything easier, that’s what a lot of people think: if you’re strong and you went through a lot then you don’t need help anymore, but most of the times that’s absolutely not the case. My childhood didn’t go smoothly, due to financial problems and the lack of a father figure for many years, as he was in prison. But luckily I had, and I still have, an amazing mother, who raised two kids by herself, without ever asking for help. I think her strength, as well as following her example, are truly what make me go on in life.

That’s until you turn 18, when there seems to be a glimmer of hope…

Yes, I  finally turned 18, the goal I had been waiting for! But only to find out that life is always there, ready to challenge you…

What do you mean? – she breaths slowly and keeps on with her story –

It was three day before my high school final exam, all I was thinking about during those days was studying and I was focused on doing my best in order to finally get my diploma as a tourist surveyor. But in the middle of the night the ring of the doorbell changed my life forever: my brother had a terrible accident, they still didn’t know what his conditions were, all they knew was that one of 4 people in the car had died. I still remember the drive to the hospital, when I close my eyes I still can see my mom, my dad and myself walking in that room, the doctor was there, he told us that the guy didn’t have any documents on him and that, by the way, he had passed away…but obviously, not having any documents, he needed to be identified… my mom, as usual, was the strongest person in the world, I remember her entering the room to look at the body, in my head I knew they were wrong, my brother couldn’t have been dead, he was only 26! But then my mom walked out: “yes, that’s him.” The world collapsed. No words can describe such a loss. Everything, your whole life, your destiny, everything seems so different when you look at it after something like that. Your perspective of things changes and everything gets redimensioned, and nothing could ever get back to normal after that cursed day, June 15 2008

That’s awful…

And…on June 18 2008, I have to get up, go to school and go through my final exam… I still remember the feeling I had as I was sitting at my desk, looking at my classmates waiting for the exam to begin… I was staring at them, I could see them chat, smile, talk about how scared they were of the upcoming test…and all I could think of was: “how can my brother be dead?”. My whole world had changed, but the world didn’t even notice… I started realizing a lot of things and life since then has had a totally different value for me. However, I do all my tests and finish the exam, even if it didn’t really go as expected: all my partial grades in the different classes were remarkably lower than what I was used to… but I still make it to a final grade of 85, which is still alright.

You really did a great job! And from then everything was going to begin…

That’s right, after graduating I wanted to grab my life and actually do something with it… what I really wanted to do was going to university. I had two passions in life: sport and writing. I have always done athletics on a competitive level and I also achieved some good results. I can say sport has saved me because it led me to a healthy life style and game me true and honest values.

But?

Life has something different in store for me, more surprises…I met a guy, or should I say a man, as it was  years older than me. I deeply fell in love with him and after only one month I found out I was expecting a baby. Some people call it a mistake, some others say it’s just the result of the recklessness of youth, some describe it in a quite annoying way, I simply call it my son. My life. I decided to keep him, despite the whole world was attacking me, even my mom and dad at first. But I knew I could get rid of it like everyone kept telling me! It’s a baby, it’s my baby! And even if I couldn’t see him yet, I could feel he was there, his tiny little heart was already beating. Of course, everybody was shocked, me, the perfect diligent girl who never even got a bad grade in school and was always successful in sports, the girl who has never smoked, never drank, was never late and never gotten into trouble, I had fallen pregnant with a person I had just met. Certainly the fact that was still trying to accept the loss of my brother had a lot to do with it, I needed a friend, I needed someone to comfort me, and in that moment, he was the one who was able to give me what I was looking for, that chill that made me feel a little better…

What did you decide?

I fought against the world and I decided to become a mother, and a wife. And after a little while my mom and dad buried the hatchet as well because they understood they already lost one child and didn’t want to lose the only one left. From the moment we reconciled they have been a great support and comfort for me, both on the emotional level and on the practical one too: they decided to renovate their old house and they made two separate apartments out of it, one for them and one for us. Unfortunately though, after the first two years of marriage, things started going wrong, a lot of problems, a lot of misunderstandings…and that’s when we decide to split and I find myself raising my child on my own. Luckily I had my own house and my parents lived pretty much downstairs…these factors definitely helped out a lot, emotionally, practically and mostly in the management of the baby and the job.

So young and raising a child…

It was never easy, and it still isn’t. Being a mother and a father can be extremely stressful…sometimes you really need to take a break. But when you become a parent, you need to be a parent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long…and doing it all alone makes it ten times more difficult. Being a mom is really a tough task by itself, being a single mom is even tougher, being a single adolescent mom….well you can imagine what it feels like! Now I’m 25 years old and my son is 6 and I can honestly say I do feel much older than what I actually am… I would say at least 35 or 40! I had to go through things that most people out there don’t even see throughout their entire existence, but I don’t feel sorry for myself, not at all. This is what life had in store for me and no matter what happens I live my life fully, always trying to get the best out of it.

What makes you happy today?

After all this, I learnt to love the most simple things: a green field, warm sun and my son playing and running around cheerfully underneath a clear blue sky, that’s all I could ask for. But unfortunately we can’t just live like that, we also need to get ourselves something to eat and pay the bills, and nowadays jobs have become impossible to find and  almost every job is temporary.

What do you do for a living?

I’m 25 and I have tried so many different jobs… I worked as a baby sitter, a tutor, a housekeeper, I picked up vegetables in a field, I worked at the local market selling flowers, freelance columnist for several websites, salesperson, online tour operator, then again at the market selling fruits and vegetables and waitress. I mean, in order to raise my child I had to adjust to pretty much everything but it gets harder and harder. I have a huge fire inside of me, a strong energy, and I feel like I could, and I would like to do a lot more. I really do think I have some sort of energy within, the problem is that nobody can see it, I am tired of looking at doors getting shut in my face. I am currently working as a housekeeper for two different families and two days a week I also work at the market selling fruits and vegetables, also I write some articles here and there for a few websites… I do what I can but I can’t live like this. I can’t live with the constant worry that, week by week, I don’t even know if I’ll be working 4, 5 or 6 days. Of course if I get sick I don’t get paid, I don’t even know how many times I went to work with a high fever and the fear of losing the job, or even just the daily paycheck. It’s impossible… where is the appreciation? Why can’t we all be happy of who we are, of the job we have and feel realized and successful?

Do you have a dream?

If I could really close my eyes and make a wish, besides wishing for my son to be always healthy, I would like to be a successful person. I would really like to be a freelance columnist as a permanent job so that I could feel satisfied and successful and take care of my son and help him in his path of growth at the same time. The truth is that only a mom can raise her children like a mom does. I am not asking for much…and I think I possibly deserve some happiness and serenity in my life. I faced everything with my head always held high and I will continue fighting to make my dream come true and finally be a successful woman and a successful mom as well. We all have the right to be both things. Being a mom and having a job should always go together because a satisfied woman is also serene, a serene woman is also happy and a happy woman can only be a better mother!

Il numero 8848 rappresenta l’altezza della Vetta del Monte Everest, conquistata, il 29 maggio 1953. E’ stato un viaggio incredibile, non solo esteriore ma anche interiore, compiuto da persone normali capaci di cose straordinarie: sono state in grado di superare le proprie paure e vincerle avendo un rispetto incredibile per la natura, sono stati in gradi di conquistare il loro sogno.

Questa conquista l’avete fatta un po’ vostra…

La società Muraro Lorenzo Spa di cui Barakà è parte compie oggi 40 anni e per noi la capacità di aver conquistato il tetto del mondo è un valore da perseguire, dobbiamo sempre andare avanti , elevarci fisicamente e spiritualmente. Questa è la filosofia dell’azienda, questo è il motivo perché la collezione che nasce per celebrare il 40° anniversario della fondazione ha preso spunto dalla conquista dell’ Everest.

8848 è anche un numero molto importante per un’altra ragione.

Sì l’otto è il numero universale, rappresenta l’infinito ed è pazzesco e incredibile che proprio nella misurazione della vetta più alta al mondo ci sia 3 volte,  ma non è certo un caso! Questo deve far riflettere tutti noi sulle nostre singole capacità , anche noi siamo infinito e sta solo a noi avere il coraggio di scoprirlo…

La collezione in cosa consiste?

La collezione è composta da 4 bracciali, abbiamo fatto delle ricerche, siamo andati a vedere gli attrezzi che adoperavano al tempo per arrampicarsi sulle montagne e devo dire che erano incredibili. Oggi si possiedono dei mezzi tecnologici a 360 gradi, ma una volta no. I bracciali sono fatti dello stesso cordone che usavano per arrampicarsi allora …

I vostri gioielli sono da sempre artigianali, che rapporto avete con i vostri artigiani?

Assolutamente stretti e familiari, la nostra è un’azienda a conduzione familiare e chi ci lavora ne fa parte; ai nostri artigiani spieghiamo la filosofia di ogni nostro progetto di modo che loro possono riprodurla non usando solo le mani, ma anche il cuore, loro sanno che ogni pezzo che vanno a creare ha una sua storia che diventa anche la loro.

Dalla tua esperienza di brand manager di una azienda che distribuisce i propri gioielli in tutto il mondo, che cosa ci dici della crisi che ha colpito fortemente  tutti i settori?

Credo vivamente che oggi ci siano delle nazioni sature che si riprenderanno, ma ci vorrà del tempo, ma questo non vuol dire che il commercio sia finito, anzi ci sono mercati nuovi e da esplorare ancora, bisogna avere il coraggio di uscire e andare a vedere …

Progetti per il futuro?

Non voglio svelare molto, ma nei prossimi mesi amplieremo la collezione che abbiamo lanciato a settembre in collaborazione con Pininfarina, come e quando te lo svelerò la prossima volta che ci vediamo.

Nei prossimi mesi andrò a scoprire le novità e come sempre vi terrò aggiornati! Un abbraccio a tutti!

Are you there? And how have you been doing? Seat back and get comfortable because today we are going to have a talk with Alberto Muraro, Brand Manager of Barakà, the famous jewelry company from Vinceza. What I like of my job is that I am constantly in contact with a lot of people and I am lucky enough to always get to know some really great men and women. One of them is certainly Stefano Muraro, who talked to me with an extremely friendly and modest attitude. This meeting with Alberto Muraro was scheduled in occasion of the prestigious Vicenza Oro, the fair of gold here in Vicenza that just ended in these days. I went to their beautiful booth located in the area n. 7 of the fairground: a new and astonishing pavilion where he talked to me and showed me their new collection…

With this edition of Vicenza Oro you presented a new collection called 8848, can you explain this name?

The number 8848 represents the height of Mount Everest, conquered  on May 29, 1953. It is an incredible journey, mostly an interior journey. At the end of the day, they were ordinary people, who were able to do extraordinary things. They overcame their fears maintaining full respect for the nature and that’s how they achieved their dream.

With this name this great achievement is a little bit yours too…

The company Muraro Lorenzo Spa, which Barakà is part of, is 40 years old today and for us, to have been able to conquer the top of the world is a model to follow: we must always move forward and rise physically and spiritually. This is the brand’s philosophy and this is the reason why this collection, that was specifically designed to celebrate the 40^th birthday of our company, recalls the conquest of Mount Everest.

8848 is also a very important number…

Yes, eight is the universal number, it represents infinity and it’s crazy that in the height measure of the highest mountain in the world the number 8 is repeated three times! But this is not a coincidence, this is meant so that everyone of us can reflect and realize that we all are infinite, we just need to find out…

What does the collection consists of?

The collection is composed of 4 bracelets: we have been conducting some researches, we went to see the old equipment people used for climbing mountains and I have to say that what we saw was incredible. Nowadays we have all sorts of technological instruments, but it wasn’t like this back then. The bracelets are manufactured with the same rope used for climbing years ago.

Your jewels have always been handmade: what kind of relationship do you have with your workers?

The relationship is absolutely close and friendly. Our company is family run and the people who work in it are part of the family as well. We try and explain our craftsmen the philosophy of every project, so that they can reproduce it on the product not only with their hands but also with their heart. They know that each piece they create has a story that becomes their own.

From your experience as a Brand Manager of a worldwide company, what can you tell us with regard to the big economic recession that has remarkably hit all the sectors?

I strongly believe that today some countries are commercially overfilled, they will get better but that’s going to take some time. This doesn’t mean marketing is done, there are some new markets that are still to be explored. We just need to be brave and go out there…

Do you have any projects for the future?

I don’t want to tell too much, but in the next months we are going to expand the collection that we have launched in September in collaboration with Pininfarina. When and how we will do that, I will tell you next time.

Ciao Simona, benvenuta! Ci racconti com’è iniziata la tua esperienza da mamma fashion blogger?

Grazie Nicole e ciao a tutti! Il mio è stato un inizio particolare, perché prima di iniziare a scrivere il mio blog ho cominciato a postare delle foto di outfit di mia figlia Fiammetta su Instagram (@fiammisday) e vedevo che giorno dopo giorno venivo sempre più seguita, le persone erano interessate a me e quello che avevo da dire , insomma per me era un gioco, ma con il tempo ho capito che la mia passione più grande che è quella della moda appunto, poteva essere trasmessa ad altri e così ho aperto il sito.

Infatti tu sei una commercialista, come si fa avere una mente matematica, ma nello stesso tempo diventare una senior del fashion?

Guarda, la passione per la moda nasce con me ed è sempre stata nel mio DNA, forse perché vengo da una famiglia che aveva un calzaturificio e quindi è un’aria che ho sempre respirato. Poi nella vita ho studiato e fatto altro, ma grazie al mio blog ho potuto entrare anche in questo ambiente e sviluppare conoscenze e capacità.

Come si fa ad essere mamma, moglie, avere un lavoro e un blog?

Eh, non è facile, esco alla mattina alle otto e rientro alle 20.00 ogni giorno … con la bimba mi aiutano molto le nonne e poi sono super organizzata, ogni minuto della mia giornata deve esserlo,  altrimenti non sarei in grado di fare nulla e a dirti tutta la verità dormo molto poco, sto in piedi anche fino a tarda notte per lavorare al mio blog (come la capisco!!!).

Hai detto che sei partita con Instagram, cosa ne pensi dei social?

Io personalmente adoro Instagram per la facilità e immediatezza che comunica,  ma anche Facebook e Twitter e gli altri sono importantissimi, solo che ho capito, con la mia esperienza, che poi non sono loro a supportare un blog. (sono pienamente d’accordo con lei).

Quali sono i tuoi negozi di riferimento?

Sai, come dicevamo prima ho talmente tante cose da fare durante la giornata che non ho molto tempo per lo shopping reale;  io sono una che compre molto online e posso andare a comprare da Zara così come in e-commerce più fashion, dipende.

Ci sveli cosa non deve mancare nel tuo armadio?

Sì certo, tre cose semplici non devono mancare mai: un blazer, camicia bianca e un jeans.

Mentre Fiammetta decide già lei come vestirsi?

Nonostante alla sua età molte bambine decidano già da sole,  la mia invece si fa ancora gestire bene, sarà che è un po’ maschiaccio, ma per il momento la vesto io e per lei adoro leggins e maxi pull, adoro i colori e scelgo i tessuti facili da lavare e i cotoni più buoni.

All’appello manca tua marito.

Lui è un medico e quindi per professione  e carattere è più classico, adora le camicie e il colore blu, ogni tanto mi da soddisfazione e mi ascolta soprattutto  per la scelta delle scarpe.

Qual e è stato il marchio che per primo ti ha cercato per collaborare con te e il tuo blog?

Come ben sai anche tu, le richieste sono varie, ma il più importante e quello che ancora oggi è per me una collaborazione importante, è il marchio di scarpe Naturino.

Aiuti nella scelta del prodotto marchi importanti come Il Gufo, a chi ti ispiri?

Come tutti noi, seguo la professionalità della Ferragni, però per i bimbi è molto diverso, ciò che mi ispira sono le persone per strada, a scuola dalla mia bimba, al supermercato, insomma osservo molto le persone e da queste porto il mio contributo e collaborazione.

Hai scritto anche un libro: Fiammisday .com il blog delle mamme, vuoi parlarcene?

Il libro sostanzialmente parla del primo anno di vita del blog, all’interno ci potete trovare vari consigli di outfit per donna e bambino e di come si possa giocare nella scelta.

I rarely talk about it because I don’t feel comfortable doing it…but there’s this blogger I always read and I am extremely glad to have known her  and met her along my path…I am talking about the super mom of Fiammetta, 4 years old, married to Lorenzo, she works as a business consultant and she has become famous thanks to her blog which is one of the most followed in the entire nation, but don’t tell her that she’s in the top 100 bloggers in Italy because she’ll tell you that these charts are hardly truthful… J

 Hello Simona, welcome! Can you tell us how your experience as a fashion blogger mom started?

Thank you Nicole, and hi everyone! Actually, I would say that I started in a quite unconventional way, because before starting my blog I had been posting my daughter Fiammetta’s outfits on Instagram (@fiammisday) and I noticed that, day after day, always more and more people were following me, they were interested in what I had to say. For me it was kind of a game, but then I understood that I could have been able to share my biggest passion, which is clearly fashion,  with other people, and that’s when I decided to start my website.

You work as a business consultant, how can one have an accounting mind and at the same time become a fashion master?

This huge passion for the fashion world has always been with me since I was little, it’s in my DNA, maybe also because I was raised in a family that owned a shoe factory. And even if in my life I have studied and pursued a different career, it was quite easy for me to get back to this topic and develop my knowledge and capacities.

How do you manage to be a mom, a wife, have a job and also a blog?

Well, it is certainly not easy. I leave the house at 8 o’clock every morning and get back at 8 o’clock every night…with my daughter I can always rely on the help of her grandmas and for everything else I am extremely organized: each second of my day must be fully organized otherwise I wouldn’t be able to do any of the things I do. And to be honest, I sleep very little, I stay up till late night to work on my blog (and I totally feel her!).

You said that you started from Instagram: what are your thoughts regarding media?

I personally love Instagram because it is a quick and easy way to share, but I think Facebook, Twitter and all the other ones are just as important. But I got to see with my own eyes that it’s not them to increase the views on my blog (I totally agree with her).

 What are the stores you mainly make reference to?

You know, like we said before, I have so many things to do during the day that I don’t really have much spare time to go shopping. I principally buy online, and I can either buy from Zara or from the most fashion online stores.

 can you tell us what are the things you couldn’t do without?

Sure, three simple things that are fundamental: blazer, white shirt and a pair of jeans.

 Does Fiammetta pick out her own clothes already?

At her age a lot of little girls already pick out their own outfits, but Fiammetta is still easy to manage, maybe because she is a tomboy. For the moment I dress her  and I like for her leggings and maxi pullovers, I love colors and I choose easily washable fabrics and the highest quality cotton.

 What about your husband?

Well, he is a doctor and therefore he necessarily has a more classic style. He likes shirts and the color blue. Sometimes he listens to my advices, especially when it comes to shoes.

 What was the first brand that contacted you for a collaboration with your blog?

As you well know from your own experience, I received many requests , but the main brand is the one I still have a collaboration with, which is the shoe brand Naturino.

You also work with the important brand IlGufo for the choice of the products: who inspires you?

I follow, like everyone else, by the professionalism of Chiara Ferragni, but when it comes to kids it is much different. I get mostly inspired by people down the street, in my daughter’s school, at the grocery store. I simply observe a lot the people around me and that’s where I get my ideas from.

You also wrote a book: “Fiammisday.com the blog for moms”. Can you tell us something about it?

The book essentially describes the first year of my blog. You can find in it many outfit suggestions for women and kids.

Will you tell us your future projects?                     

No! they are super-secret (we burst into laughter)! I promise I will tell you about it very soon but for now all I can say is that it is something important that has to do with charity.

1. Iniziamo dal principio.,.ti chiami Antonio Andrea Pinna e sei famoso per “LePerlediPinna”, come ti chiamano gli amici? 

Allora gli amici storici mi chiamano Pinna, perché a scuola ci si chiamava per cognome. Gli amici recenti mi chiamano Andrea e quelli che non sono ancora amici Antonio. No, non ho conflitti con la mia personalità. Sono semplicemente UNO e TRINO. 🙂

2. 🙂 Bene Andrea, ti chiameremo così anche noi, il mio blog tratta dell’argomento soprattutto mamma-bambino, ci vuoi raccontare il tuo rapporto con la tua mamma? 

Viscerale. La mia mamma, che ironicamente da sempre chiamo PANINA, è la persona più importante della mia vita. Fin da quando ero piccino ho avuto con lei un rapporto profondissimo, spesso pure esagerato. Per farvi un esempio, piangevo se andava alla toilette perché non potevo entrare con lei.

3.Ti descrivi da ragazzino?

Ero un bambino strano. Viziato, insicuro, problematico e sognatore. Problematico non in maniera seria, ma le mie attitudini un po’ inconsuete mi hanno creato diversi problemi nel relazionarmi con gli altri bambini. Mentre i miei compagnetti giocavano a calcio, io imparavo a memoria le canzoni di Madonna o guardavo le sfilate di Versace. Non è stata una passeggiata. Ma sono qui, contento del percorso che ho compiuto.

4.“LePerlediPinna” ti hanno fatto diventare super popolare, ma quando hai capito che ciò che scrivevi poteva diventare il tuo lavoro?

L’ho capito quando, 3 anni fa, avevo più fan su Facebook della Marcuzzi. Mi son detto: “Io non ho le gambe storte. Mi devo dar da fare!”

5.Da quando hai intrapreso questo cammino lavorativo qual’è una dell’emozione più forte che hai provato?

La presentazione del mio libro presso la sede del quotidiano più importante della mia Regione: “L’Unione Sarda”. Un sacco di gente, la mia famiglia, gli amici. È stato bellissimo.

6.Ciò che scrivi apparentemente può sembrare nel bene o nel male frutto del tuo istinto, ma a me sembra invece che “dietro” alle “PerlediPinna”ci sia un vissuto, a volte anche una sofferenza e comunque una grande riflessione che solo menti brillanti come la tua sono in grado poi di farci sopra dell’autoironia, ci sono andata vicina?

Molto. Non tutto arriva dall’esperienza personale, ma buona parte dell’ispirazione migliore viene dal mio vissuto. Me ne son capitate tante, e ora strumentalizzo le “sfortune” in racconti, battute e “perle” ironiche da condividere con i miei lettori.

7. Oggi anche i bimbi possono indossare le tue “Perle”, come scegli le tue citazioni per loro…

Non è facile scrivere per i bimbi. È facilissimo scadere nel volgare, e provo ad essere ironico con dolcezza.

8. Dalla tua esperienza pensi che la nostra generazione sia una generazione di sfaticati o che viviamo piuttosto in una società che ci da poco spazio? 

Penso sia una generazione di gente disillusa. Ci avete tutti detto che studiando avremmo trovato lavoro, e invece facciamo stage a titolo gratuito. Siamo incazzati, arresi, stufi.

9. Sei di Cagliari, ma da poco ti sei trasferito a Milano, com’è stato l’impatto?

Ottimo. Milano sarà grigia, ma ti ripaga di quello che il clima non ti concede con una marea di opportunità.

10. Un sogno ancora nel cassetto, ce lo sveli?

11. Per finire, “LePerlediPinna” sono tutte famose, me ne crei una a DOC per il Nichylove?

Good morning, how are you? Is everything ok? I hope all of you are doing great. Today I interviewed for you someone who is a friend to all of us (he is basically followed from the entire country of Italy and more…). To me he is a daily commitment: I read his articles every day which are always very funny and couldn’t be more exact and precise. But besides making me smile he also knows how to make me think, which is not something to be taken for granted…he doesn’t need an introduction, he is Antonio Andrea Pinna.

1. Let’s start from the beginning…your name is Antonio Andrea Pinna and you are famous for your column “LePerlediPinna”, what do your friend call you?

Well, my old friends call me Pinna, as in school we used to call each other by our last names. As for the most recent friends, they call me Andrea, and those who are not friends yet, they call me Antonio. No, I don’t suffer from multiple personality disorder. I simply am ONE in THREE. J

2. J Fine, so we’ll call you Andrea! My blog is mostly focused on the mother-child topic, would you like to tell us about the relationship between you and your mom?

I would say it is visceral. My mom, who I have always called PANINA, is the most important person in my life. Since I was I child I have always had an extremely fond relationship with her, sometimes maybe even exaggerate. Just to give you an example, I used to cry when she had to go to the toilet because I couldn’t go with her.

3. Can you describe yourself as a child?

I was a weird kid. Spoiled, insecure, difficult and a big dreamer.  I wasn’t difficult in a bad way, but my unusual habits caused me several social issues. While my schoolmates would play soccer, I would learn by heart some of Madonna’s songs or even watch Versace’s fashion shows. I can say it hasn’t been a walk in the park. But here I am, satisfied of the path that I have followed.

4. “LePerlediPinna” made you super famous, but when exactly did you understand that your words could have become your job?

I figured that out three years ago, when my fans on Facebook were actually more than Alessia Marcuzzi’s. I told myself: “I don’t have crooked legs, I need to get down to business!”.

5. Since you have started this career, which is the strongest emotion you have experienced?

It certainly was the presentation of my book at the headquarter of the most important daily newspaper in my region: “L’Unione Sarda”. So many people, my family, my friends. It was awesome.

6. What you write could sometimes seem to be, for better or worse, extremely instinctive, but I actually think that behind “PerlediPinna” there are lots of experiences, maybe even pain, but definitely a great work of thinking that only a bright mind like yours can do, and be able to turn it into sarcasm, I am mistaken?

Nope, you are very close. Not everything comes from personal experience, but a good amount of my best inspiration comes from my past. I have been through a lot and what I do now is take advantage of my “bad times” and turn them into stories, jokes and sarcastic bloopers that I like to share with my readers.

7. Now kids can wear t-shirts with your words printed on them, how do you choose the quotes for them?

It’s not easy to write for children. It is instead extremely easy to fall into rudeness, so I try to be sarcastic but in the sweetest way.

8. According to your experience, do you think that our generation is mainly characterized by lazy people or do we have to blame the society for not giving us enough possibilities?

I think people of our generation are mostly disappointed. We have always been told that studying would have gotten us a job but all we get to do are unpaid internships. We are simply mad, we have given up and we are sick and tired.

9. You are originally from Cagliari but you just recently moved to Milan, how was the first impression?

Great. I know Milan is quite a grey city but the numerous opportunities that it offers certainly pay back for the weather.

10. Do you still have a childhood dream? Can you tell us something about it?

Well, being interviewed by Daria Bignardi in her TV show “Le invasion barbariche”.

11. Last but not least, “LePerlediPinna” are all famous. Would you create one ad hoc for the Nichylove?

Talk to your children like they were adults and you will raise intelligent kids, instead of making them go nuts with stupid little songs and toys.

Ciao Martina, ci vuoi raccontare prima di tutto come si diventa Naturopata?

Ciao a tutti! Io ho iniziato leggendo moltissimi libri soprattutto di rimedi naturali ed di erboristeria, non so nemmeno quanti ne ho letti, ma mi hanno aiutata a capire molte cose e successivamente, quando ho capito che era il mio mondo ho frequentato l’accademia di Naturopatia a Torino ed ho preso il diploma.

Gli italiani come si stanno approcciando con la naturopatia?

Sicuramente oggi c’è stato un boom, soprattutto per le mamme con i propri bambini e devo dire che è un mondo che sta prendendo sempre più piega;  il paese comunque in cui usano questo modo di curarsi da più tempo è  la Francia, io stessa le materie prime vado a comprarle la;  quest’estate sono stata in Provenza e mi sono letteralmente persa dentro a tutti quei favolosi negozi che hanno medicine e cosmesi naturali.

Una volta che hai capito che questo è il tuo mondo e hai preso il diploma, che hai fatto?

Mi sono immersa nel mio “laboratorio “ che è la mia cucina e da lì ho iniziato a lavorare e a creare ricette naturali e creme per tutto il corpo. Dopo di che ho aperto il mio blog www.ilmioangoloalchemico.com e da lì è nato tutto…

Ci vuoi spiegare?

Piano piano il blog è iniziato ad essere seguito e poi ho creato un mio canale Youtube dove faccio vedere esattamente come fare tutte le mie ricette e creme. In pochi mesi ho iniziato ad essere seguitissima e tre anni fa sono stata chiamata dalla redazione di “Detto Fatto”.

Nel tuo tutorial infatti descrivi e fai vedere come creare varie cose.

Sì e faccio testare in diretta i miei composti a Caterina Balivo e solitamente ad altre ospiti, sono la fornitrice ufficiale di creme da corpo di Caterina.

Oggi oltre al tuo blog, il canale Youtube e Detto Fatto, stai facendo altro?

Sì, ho intrapreso altri studi e sto per diventare consulente di alimentazione psicosomatica.

Spiegaci esattamente di cosa si tratta.

Le malattie psicosomatiche sono malattie che nascono dalla mente, da ciò che abbiamo dentro  e anche quello che mangiamo  contribuisce molto al nostro stato interiore. Il mio studio è rivolto a capire il perché un individuo mangia in maniera disordinata e a volte proprio male; una volta elaborato il  problema, si studiano le cose sane da assimilare per ognuno .

Sei anche una sorta di psicologa.

Indagare sul vissuto della persona e capire da dove nascono certe abitudini malsane è fondamentale per portare un rimedio.

Dove compri i prodotti per creare le tue ricette?

Solitamente in farmacia o in erboristeria, a volte anche al supermercato.

I tuoi attrezzi di lavoro?

Sono molto semplici, come faccio vedere spesso su Rai due a Detto Fatto, sono una pentola e un bicchiere, tutti ce li abbiamo in casa, pertanto tutti potremmo iniziare a creare prodotti naturali.

Ci dai una ricetta per creare una crema che possa andare bene per uomo, donna e bimbo,  magari per proteggere  la pelle che deve essere protetta dai primi freddi ?

Certo questa è ideale per tutti.

1 cucchiaio di olio di riso o mandorle dolci

1 cucchiaio di gel d’aloe vera (rinfrescante, idratante, cicatrizzante).

Si miscelano con le fruste elettriche qualche secondo finché non otteniamo un composto cremoso ed omogeneo, si trasferisce in un barattolino, come quello di una crema terminata, ben pulito e si applica sulle parti interessate..

si conserva in frigorifero o a temperatura ambiente un mese.

Oggi con la mia bambina mi metterò subito a lavorare in cucina !! Sarà divertentissimo…. Nonostante la tua giovane età sei arrivata a fare molte cose, ora quali sono i tuoi obiettivi futuri?

Innanzitutto ho aperto due settimane fa un altro blog: www.cucinarenaturale.com  dove dispenso consigli per ricette alimentari completamente naturali ed il mio obiettivo è quello di farlo crescere il più possibile. Poi il mio sogno nel cassetto, anche se fino ad oggi di sogni ne ho già realizzati molti , è un altro: scrivere un libro nel quale racchiudo in modo semplice le mie ricette, è una richiesta che ricevo dalle molte persone che mi seguono e spero di realizzarlo presto anche perché amo molto scrivere.

My weekend is going to be full: I have been invited to store presentations and there’s the Fashion week, yeah, this weekend is definitely going to be full! But today I have interviewed, directly from the Rai Due Studios, from the TV show “Detto Fatto”, hosted by Caterina Balivo, the naturopath Martina Rodini who, thanks to her studies and to her capacities, prepares in her kitchen natural remedies and she also teaches us how to make them.

Hello Martina, first of all, would you like to tell us what is required for becoming a naturopath?

Hi, I have started by reading many many books, mostly about herbal medicine and natural remedies. I couldn’t even tell how many I have read, but they definitely helped me understand a lot of things and later on, after realizing that this was what I wanted to work with, I attended the Naturopathy Academy in Turin where I got my degree.

How do Italians approach naturopathy?

Nowadays there has certainly been a boom, especially for moms and their children. It is constantly getting bigger. However, the country where this curative method is used the most is France, I get all my raw materials from there. Last summer I went to Provence and I got lost among those beautiful shops of natural medicine and cosmetics.

What did you do after you took your degree?

I got in my “laboratory”, which is my kitchen, and started creating natural recipes and body lotions. After a little while I started my blog www.ilmioangoloalchemico.com and that’s when everything started…

Can you tell us about it?

Little by little my blog has started to become popular and then I opened my Youtube channel, where I show in detail how to create all of my recipes and lotions.

Within a few months I started to become very famous, a lot of people were following me and watching my videos and three years ago the editorial board of the show “Detto Fatto” contacted me.

Indeed in your tutorials it is possible to see exactly how you prepare several things.

Yes, and I have Caterina Balivo, and usually other guests as well, test my mixtures live on television. I am the official supplier of body lotions for Caterina Balivo.

Today, besides your blog, your youtube channel and the show “Detto Fatto”, are you taking part in any other project?

Yes, I have been studying more and I am about to become a psychosomatic nutrition consultant.

Would you please explain us what that means?

Psychosomatic disorders are nothing but diseases that derive from our state of mind and from the way we feel, as well as what we eat deeply depends on our feelings. What I am going to study now is why a person would experience eating disorders or would eat inappropriately: you need to figure the reason out and once you’ve worked on the problem you will be able to start eating much more healthier.

So you are a sort of psychologist too.

Well, digging into a person’s past in order to understand the cause of such unhealthy habits is fundamental to find a remedy.

Where do you buy the products for your recipes?

I usually buy them either in pharmacies or at the herbalist’s shop, but sometimes I also find them at the grocery store.

What about your working tools?

They are actually very simple. As I always show during the episodes of “Detto Fatto” on Rai Due, they are just one pot and one glass, everyone has them at the house so we are all ready to start creating awesome natural products. Could you give us one recipe that would work for men, women and children to protect our skin from the cold of the winter that’s about to come?

Absolutely, this one is good for everybody:

1 spoon of rice oil and sweet almonds

1 spoon of aloe gel (refreshing, moisturizing and healing)

You need to mix them with the electric whisk for a few seconds until it all turns into a creamy and homogeneous mixture, you put it into a well cleaned jar, like the empty one of an old lotion, and then you are ready to rub it on the spots where your skin feels more sensitive.

It lasts about a month either in the fridge or at room temperature.

My daughter and I will immediately start working in our kitchen!! It will be so much fun… despite your young age you have been able to accomplish a lot of things. What are your future goals?

First of all I have just opened a new blog, a couple if week ago: www.cucinarenaturale.com, where I give advices for food recipes that are completely natural and my goal is to make it as popular as possible. My dream, even though so far I have achieved so much, would be to write a book that contains all of my recipes . Ciao Sonia, ci racconti i tuoi nuovi progetti?

Certo, attualmente mi sto occupando di “Avanti un altro” che sta tornando in onda dal  14 settembre, ma sto impiegando molta energia anche per un progetto nel quale credo molto che nasce dalla volontà di mia figlia Adele.

Puoi dirci di più?

Ora vi racconto tutto… mia figlia Adele un giorno mi dice che vuole creare un abito con un cuore dietro alla schiena, da lì iniziamo a disegnare e a creare un modello con il prezioso aiuto di Silvia Frattolillo (esperta costume designer) , da quello stesso modello nascono i primi 4 abitini. Essendo io una mamma molto attenta e una persona che per lavoro fa molta ricerca, ho cercato di creare questa mini linea con dei materiali naturali e posso dirmi contenta del risultato. Desideravo qualcosa di diverso per le nostre bambine che oggi crescono usando I pad e che sono molto intelligenti, ho voluto dare loro la possibilità di crearsi i loro abitini personalizzandoli sia nel colore che nelle diverse combinazioni di tessuti e applicazioni.

In che modo scusa?

Ad ottobre sarà attivo il sito ufficiale www.adelevirgi.it dove ci sarà all’ interno  un vero e-commerce  dove le nostre figlie potranno interagire. In  che modo? Scegliendosi  un modello di abitino tra quelli già esistenti e dando loro la possibilità di poterselo colorare come più amano, te lo ricordi che da bambine giocavamo a “Gira la moda”?

Certo, ho passato ore a giocarci.

Ecco,  il sistema sarà uguale.  Quindi riceveranno a casa il loro abito personalizzato.  Ora esiste già una collezione che è stata sviluppata anche per le mamme e il nostro obiettivo è arrivare a creare un total look e  anche abiti da cerimonia.

E’ un progetto meraviglioso! Esiste già un contatto dove possiamo vedere le creazioni?

Certo, esiste una pagina Instagram: instagram.com/dress_adele , lì si possono vedere degli scatti dei primi abiti.

E’ una collezione che prevedete che partirà quando?

Il lancio lo si farà per l’autunno-inverno 2014/15 ma la vera presentazione verrà fatta per l’estate 2015.

Avete degli obiettivi per questa nuova linea di abbigliamento?

Vorrei che il nostro lavoro si espandesse oltre…  Vogliamo  andare a  creare giocattoli, bambole e inoltre stiamo lavorando per creare un Applicazione. Il nostro obiettivo è quello che i bambini svolgano delle attività che servano loro per crescere nelle varie dimensioni: che si sviluppi la loro curiosità, l’intelligenza e soprattutto l’ autostima. Non puoi immaginare quanto contente siano le bimbe di indossare gli abiti che sono stati creati con i loro colori preferiti!

Ma come fa una donna come te a conciliare lavoro-figli?

Ammetto,  ci vuole molta organizzazione, io per esempio ho due tate che mi aiutano e delle quali mi posso fidare ciecamente.

Hai postato una foto su Instagram,  io quando l’ho vista sono esplosa a ridere, di tuo marito sdraiato in un letto di ospedale che tu hai commentato: “Ricordati che devi morire!”.  I giornali hanno scritto di tutto, come sta lui?

(Scoppia a ridere) Ma dai, era uno scherzo, una visita di controllo, se fosse stato male non mi sarei mai permessa di mettere foto sui social, lui sta benissimo!

Ho una mia curiosità da molti anni, ma come fai con la proprietà di linguaggio che si ritrova tuo marito a discutere con lui?

 (Scoppia nuovamente a ridere) No guarda, lascio proprio perdere, inizialmente era dura ma dopo 17 anni che stiamo insieme ho imparato a non superare certi confini, e come fai altrimenti?

17 anni non sono pochi, secondo te qual è un segreto per arrivare così lontani?

Credo che il primo sia la pazienza, poi la tolleranza e amore, ci vuole tanto amore.

 Tornando a noi Sonia, quali sono i tuoi sogni futuri?

Spero di creare, come sto facendo da anni,sempre nuovi posti di lavoro. Con la linea di abbigliamento AdèleVirgi  vorrei riuscire a creare dei Franchising a modello Americano, mentre nel mio lavoro per la televisione continuare e crescere sempre in questa direzione, ovviamente per entrambi i campi il mio lavoro è quello di continua ricerca.

Io e Sonia ci salutiamo promettendoci di sentirci presto. Non so voi ragazzi, ma io non vedo l’ora di andare online e far scegliere a Ginevra l’abitino del suo colore preferito! Ovviamente vi terrò informati di tutte le news a riguardo!

Good morning, how are you? I’m doing great! And I would really like all of you feeling like me. The key word is positivity! Do you agree? Today I have interviewed for you an amazing woman, not only for her beautiful look but for the role model she represents. Who is she? I am talking about Sonia Bruganelli, married to Paolo Bonolis, awesome mom of three beautiful children: Silvia, Davide and Adele. She is a great worker, in charge of the Society Sdl2005, which selects people for several different TV shows. And here she is:

N. Hello Sonia, can you tell us your new projects?

S. Sure, I am currently taking care of the TV show “Avanti un altro”, which is going back on the air from September 14, but I am committing many resources also on another project in which I deeply believe and that comes from my daughter Adele’s will.

N. Would you tell us something more specific about it?

S. Of course… One day my daughter Adele told me that she wanted to create a dress with a heart on the back. So we started designing a model with the valued collaboration of Silvia Frattolillo (expert costume designer). From that one model we created the first 4 dresses. Since I am a very careful mother and I am used to doing a lot of research for my job, I tried to create this clothing line with natural materials, and I feel very happy about the result. I wanted something different for our little girls, who nowadays grow up using Ipads and are extremely smart. I gave them the opportunity to create their own dresses, customizing the colors, the fabrics and the embroideries.

N. How did you do that?

S. Starting from the month of October this project will be online on the website www.adelevirgi.it. This website will be a real e-commerce site where our daughters will be able to interact by choosing one of the many dress models offered and changing the color of it as they please. Just like when we were little and we would play with the game “Gira la Moda” and we would color all those little dresses.

N. I know, I spent hours playing with it.

S. Well, the concept is the same. And then the girls will receive their customized dress. There already is a collection that has been developed for moms as well and our goal is to create a total look, including formal dresses.

N. That’s a great project! Is there a way to check out the creations yet?

S. Asbolutely, we have an Instagram page where you can already find the first dresses: instagram.com/dress_adele.

N. When are you expecting this collection to be on the market?

S. The launch will be for the 2014/2015 Fall-Winter season but the real presentation is going to be for summer 2015.

N. Do you have any goal for this new clothing line?

S. I would like our job to expand further…we are planning on creating toys, dolls, and we are also working on a new App. Create activities that could help children grow in different ways is what we aim to: we would like to help develop their curiosity, their intelligence and most of all their self-confidence.  You can’t imagine how happy the little girls are to be able to wear the dresses that have been created by them in their own favorite colors!

N. How can a woman like to combine work and children?

S. I have to admit that it takes a lot of organization, for example I have two nannies who help me and who I deeply trust.

N. You posted a photo on Instagram of your husband laying on a hospital bed, and you wrote a comment like “remember that you must die!”. That picture made me laugh so hard. The media had so much to say about that, how is he doing?

S. (bursting into laughter) Come on, it was obviously a joke, it was nothing but a check. If something really happened to him I would never have posted it on the social networks, he is doing great!

N. There is something I have been wondering for so long, considering your husband’s property of language, how can you discuss things with him?

S. (bursting into laughter again) I don’t even try, at first it was hard but after 17 years together I have learnt that I am better off not crossing some lines. What else could I do?

N. 17 years are a lot, in your opinion what is the secret to go this far?

S. I would say the first thing is patience, tolerance and love. It takes a lot of love.

N. Back to us, Sonia, what are your dreams for the future?

S. I hope to be able to create, like I’ve been doing for years, many more jobs. With the clothing line AdèleVirgi I would liketo start an American Franchising. As for my job for the TV shows I hope to keep growing on this path. Of course, on both fields, my job is to constantly research.

Sonia and I left with the promise to talk to each other again soon.

I don’t know about you but I cannot wait to go online with Ginevra and have her pick out her own dress in her favorite color!
