Buon martedì!Come promesso, eccomi  a parlarvi della Sardegna … Che dire? Mentre nel Veneto e generalmente al nord,  il sole si è visto poco e non vi dico nulla di nuovo,  posso dirvi invece che a Santa Teresa il sole è stato sempre presente …  Siamo andati in Sardegna in aereo e non vi racconto quanto Ginevra  fosse contenta e agitata di volare. Non è stata ferma un attimo durante il tragitto. Abbiamo scelto di volare con Meridiana e come sempre è stato un volo puntuale e sereno. In meno di 60 minuti ci ha portati ad Olbia e immediatamente, non appena sono scesa dall’  aereo, ho avvertito quel profumo di mirto che caratterizza la Sardegna! E poi quella vegetazione stupenda, quelle strade meravigliose e soprattutto quel mare. Ginevra quando l’ha visto ha detto: “ Mamma, picina, picina…(piscina, piscina)” Insomma, adoro la Sardegna.  Da che ho memoria almeno una volta l’anno cerco di farci un salto e ogni volta non mi delude mai. Noi eravamo alloggiati in casa di amici, della famiglia Pesoli per la precisione e siamo stati benissimo! Però e c’è un però, come in tutte le cose, le spiagge in Sardegna non sono attrezzate e Ginevra, la mia principessa, la mia piccola peste di stare in spiaggia tutto il giorno non ci pensava nemmeno. A mezzogiorno in punto, come un orologio Svizzero diceva: “ Mamma, pappe e nanne a casa”  e  non c’era verso di potersi fermare un po’di più. E quindi, un bel su e giù dalle varie spiagge… che traffico!  Avete presente, carichi come solo Mustafà  poteva essere?Arrivare in spiaggia alla mattina presto, ripreparare tutto e ritornare a casa per pranzo, alle  16 ricaricare tutto e tornare al mare! Ok,  non lamentiamoci, siamo stati benissimo a parte i mille spostamenti tra casa e  spiaggia.. Ginevra è stata in acqua  per ore, è tornata a casa più abbronzata di me!  Fatemi sapere le vostre esperienze …. Un bacio grande.

Here I am, as promised, telling you about Sardinia…well, what can I say? While in Veneto and in other regions the sun was nowhere to be seen, in Santa Teresa it didn’t missed one day! We flew there, and Ginevra was so happy and excited about being on a plane that she didn’t stop moving for the entire flight. We chose to fly with Meridiana and as usual the flight was smooth and on time. In less than 60 minutes we were in Olbia, as soon as I got off the plane I could smell than scent of myrtle that is typical of Sardinia. And then that wonderful vegetation, those  beautiful roads and that sea. As soon as Ginevra saw it, the first thing she said was: “Mommy, pool, pool…”.

I just love Sardinia and I have been going there at least once a year for the longest time, and it never lets me down. We stayed at our friends’ house, the Pesoli family, and it was great. But there is one thing I have to say: in Sardinia not all the beaches are family friendly and equipped for children, and for that Ginevra could not bear to spend the whole day at the beach. Every day, exactly at 12 o’clock she would go: “Mom, lunch and nappy time at the house!”. And there was nothing that would make her change her mind and have her eat and take a nap at the beach. So we had to go back and forth a few times! Oh well, I can’t complain, we had a great time, except for the continuous moving from the house to the beach and back. Ginevra spent hours in the water and when we got back she was tanner than I was! Let me know what your experiences were…a big kiss!
