Ciao a tutti!  Questa mattina mi sono svegliata con un cerchio alla testa tanto che mi sembra di essere uno di quei vecchi cartoni animati che vedevo quando era bambina. Avete presente Titti e Silvestro? Quando Titti gli tirava una bastonata in testa e si vedeva Silvestro con le stelline sul capo che giravano intorno? Ecco,l’immagine rende bene l’idea. (A proposito, ho letto di recente che Titti era un maschio, ma rimango dell’ idea fosse femmina), ne sapevate qualcosa? Va beh,pensiero a parte , il resto è per dirvi che nelle mattine come queste, mi tocca truccarmi perché altrimenti sembro uno zombie! L’ho detto spesso e qui lo ribadisco: non amo molto truccarmi e di conseguenza il mio trucco migliore è quello che va di moda ora, ossia “il nude”.  Se fossimo negli anni 70 non sarei fortunata, nel senso che con tutti quegli ombretti coloratissimi che andavano tanto di moda e che, con tutta sincerità, mi piacciono tantissimo, non ci sarei andata a nozze. Il trucco “nudo” sembra fatto appositamente per me! Vanity Fair l’ha definito “impercettibile, delicato e quasi impalpabile, simbolo di una bellezza raffinata che non ha bisogno di ostentare” , eccola qui!  Mi ci ritrovo e siccome mi chiedete spesso come mi trucco e che prodotti utilizzo, ora ve lo racconto. Consigli non ve ne do perché ognuno deve trovare la propria strada, però vi dico cosa uso io.  Prima cosa: mi spalmo una crema nutritiva per la precisione la  Hydramax+ Active di Chanel , poi nel mercato comunque ne esistono di ogni tipo. Successivamente mi metto il fondotinta che deve essere assolutamente in linea con il colore della propria pelle. Avete presente quelle che vanno in giro con la riga a bordo viso?? Nooooo!! Non ci siamo, il fondotinta deve essere una crema che opacizza il viso e lo rende luminoso, non deve essere usato come autoabbronzante . La marca di riferimento per me è sempre Chanel.  Poi vado di  correttore che spalmo bene, seguendo il punto T del volto. Per punto T s’intende: orizzontalmente la fronte e verticalmente il naso fino al mento,  poi sotto gli occhi (perché ho le occhiaie da quando facevo la quinta elementre !). Successivamente illumino usando dei correttori colorati in crema he possono essere, nel mio caso, rosa o gialli, quelli della Mac sono fantastici. Ne spalmo sugli zigomi e sulle palpebre, dopo di che via di terra e anche questa deve avere un colore idoneo alla propria pelle: la numero uno  per me è quella di Estee Lauder. Sopracciglia: io non amo i tatuaggi, anche se per me sarebbe stata la soluzione migliore, perché le ho chiare e fini. Comunque con una matita le rimarco in modo naturale e a volte giocando con la forma. Cosa manca ancora? Il rimmel che uso è nero per dare tono allo sguardo e che mi aiuti a rendere le ciglia più lunghe e folte e quello della L’Oréal è perfetto . Per finire un gloss trasparente che mi renda la labbra luminose e morbide: Dior mi da molte soddisfazioni a riguardo. Il tutto è molto più complicato da raccontare che da mettere in pratica, infatti io ci perdo 10 minuti al massimo! Buon martedì sera….

Hello everyone! This morning I woke up with such a headache that it felt like I was in one of those cartoons I used to watch when I was little. Do you know Tweety and Sylvester? When Tweety would hit Sylvester in the head with a bat and he would start seeing stars spinning around his head? That’s exactly how I felt. Speaking of that, I have recently read that Tweety was a boy, but I’m still convinced of the opposite, did you know about it? Oh well. Besides that, all of this was to tell you that in mornings like this I need to wear makeup, otherwise I would look like a zombie! I’ve said it a few times and I reaffirm that I don’t really like doing my makeup, and in light of that my best makeup is the one that’s very popular right now, the “nude look”. If we were in the 70’s I wouldn’t have this luck, as I wouldn’t have gotten along with all those super bright a colorful eyeshadows, which anyway I really do like a lot. The “nude look” makeup seems to be made for me! Vanity Fair has described it as “imperceptible, delicate and almost intangible, it represents an elegant beauty that doesn’t need to be shown off”, here it is! I find myself in this description and since you often ask me how I do my makeup and what products I use, I’m about to tell you. I don’t want to give you suggestions because everyone needs to find their own method, but I will tell you what I do. First of all: I apply some nourishing lotion, specifically the Hydramax + Active by Chanel, but you can find all sorts of different types on the market. Then I apply foundation, which absolutely needs to be suitable for my skin tone. Have you ever seen those girls who go around with a darker line above their neck?? NOOO!! That’s not how foundation should be used, it is supposed to mattify and lighten your skin, not to serve the purpose of a self-tanning lotion. My reference brand is always Chanel. Then I thoroughly rub in the concealer, following the T zone, which includes forehead (side to side), nose (whole vertical length) and chin, and then underneath my eyes (as I have bags since fifth grade!).Afterwards I highlight my face by using colored cream concealers that could be, in my case, either pink or yellow, the Mac ones are great. I rub them on my cheekbones and on my eyelids, and after that I apply the bronzer which, just like foundation, also needs to be a suitable color: the number one for me is the Estée Lauder’s. Eyebrows: I don’t love tattoos but for me it would have been the best solution as mine are very light and thin. However I naturally accentuate them with a pencil and sometimes I play with their shape. What’s left? I use black mascara to emphasize my eyes and make my lashes look longer and thicker, the L’Oréal one is perfect. Last but not least, I apply a clear gloss to make my lips shinier and softer:Dior helps a lot. It is all way harder to tell than it actually is to be put into practice, indeed it only takes me 10 minutes, at the longest! Have a good night…
